Play as much as you want. You do NOT need to wait for an admin in order to host a game.

Games will be held here regularly such as Truth or Dare and BrantSteele Simulators (like Hunger Games or Circle) though the latter requires a bigger group of people (usually 10+).

For smaller group games, a wheel or the dice will decide turns.
