1/ ooc username revelation: this is an optional thing to do, yes?

2/ resort entrance room: this assumes the same monologue style we've done thru the intro room, no? are all the participants assumed to enter the resort one by one or will the couples arrive at the same time?

3/ proposals: do we follow the same process of dm-ing opto about this?

4/ townhouses: are they situated near the sharehouse or do the couples have to walk a bit to get to the rest of the group? assuming sleepovers are allowed, are the couples permitted to spend the night with friends at the sharehouse or are they strictly bound to the townhouse?

5/ sharehouse: in terms of bedrooms, does everyone get a room of their own or is this split by gender? if it's a room of their own, can people come and go from one person's room (ie. a male participant entering a female's room and vice versa no matter the time)?

1/ yes. ooc reveal is entirely optional. one does not have to do it. if you DO, we ask that you wait 1 week. (jun. 13 is the earliest date to ooc reveal).

2/ yes. entrance room will assume same monologue style, but also be mindful of the other characters that are already in the room. we encourage that you try to mention, acknowledge or be observant of the other characters in your muse's surroundings. yes & couple dependent. those who are not engaged can arrive whenever they choose (one by one), those who are engaged can arrive together if they'd like to do so.

3/ yes. **please dm opto at any time if you'd like to propose**. tell us who you'd like to propose to, we will message the chosen fiancé / fianceé. once they have made their decision, we will dm you their answer (yes/no).

4/ everything is located within the same central area and within 5 minutes walking distance. the sharehouse is part of the same block as the townhouses. think everyone of as neighbors. sleepovers are allowed, anyone can visit anyone's room / house, with permission from the respective parties.

5/ for unengaged contestants, rooms will be split by gender and shared to encourage cohabitation and socialization. yes. the same discretion regarding visitation of rooms / houses from question 4 would apply to this as well; as long as the people of the room are aware and okay with having guests over, it would be permitted. plotted fxm are permitted in gender rooms as well (i.e fights, etc). keep explicit content in dms or walls. use your judgement!

Q: are we to choose a pod to establish the proposal and reveal or will there be specific instructions sent out to start this off with a description of the setting / reveal parameters?
A: Yes, please choose a pod to establish the proposal in. There are no specific instructions or descriptions as we are giving free range for writers to be creative without too much restriction on admin’s end. You may start from when one person asks for the other’s hand in marriage, or when faces are revealed and get on one knee then, or simply just have a discussion in pms on how you would like the proposal to go and skip to when everyone meets at the resort in the future. This is meant to be low stress!

exciting times!! < 3 thank you so much for keeping this space up and running! i have some qs:

1/ during the first face reveal for couples who chose each other, does this mean other muns ooc will be able to see their identities when viewing the pod? does this cover profile photo changes too?

2/ what happens to those who will not get proposed to? do they still have a chance in the future eps of the show?

3/ what happens to inactive participants? will they be replaced or are we keeping the current group as is given all the developments so far?

1. First face reveal for couples: yes “technically”. obviously ooc, we will be able to know who is who if we’re stalking and seeing who is getting revealed. however, our characters that are not involved in the reveal will NOT be able to know who the identities are. Please keep ooc and ic separate. This does not effect what happens in the rp much and to make sure of this, we have shorted the proposal time and will allow other contestants to reveal a few days after so everyone can resume roleplaying and plotting together. Hopefully this makes sense!

2. Of course! Those who do not get proposed to will still have chances to get proposed to, however it will be in person in the real world (aka the show will still resume but on an island.) This is a little different than it was in the show but it’s to make sure everyone isn’t feeling left behind and still allows for creativity even though it’s outside of the pods. Think of it like unreleased scenes where people connect and realize they still do want to continue talking even if it wasn’t shown on camera. (I think this happened in season 6).

3. we will be keeping the current group as this rp is a trial run! there are users who want to join and they have been notified that this rp is event based. if they would still like to join despite not being able to experience certain aspects of the rp, they were given instructions to do so. This being said, there may or may not be more friends that will trickle in to join our little family!
