A neutral port city that stays out of regional conflicts and is the main city of Thetyra. It offers an array of services and specialty shops for adventurers and pirates but happily welcomes anyone who wants to visit or even live here. The Port of Ocerris is known for both the vast sealife that lives beneath its waters, but also its advancements in seacrafts and aircrafts, though more so in the former. The city is fairly large, with many cobblestone alleyways between buildings winding every which way, and there are regular celebrations and festivals held. Its most known for having the freshest and best seafood and street food stalls, and is the major trading destination for merchants.
