@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ jungkook eyed aeri's outstretched hand skeptically, his arms still folded across his chest as he leaned back in his chair. ' a pact? ' he repeated, raising an eyebrow. ' you make it sound like we’re signing a contract to save the world.' his tone was dry, but there was a faint flicker of amusement in his eyes.
he let out a low sigh, shaking his head as he uncrossed his arms. ' fine, if it’ll get you to stop pouting,' he muttered, reaching out and clasping her hand in his. his grip was firm but warm, and a small smirk tugged at the corner of his lips. ' but just so we’re clear, this doesn’t mean I completely trust you yet. you’ve got to earn that. '
he gave her hand a light shake before pulling back, leaning forward now with a spark of determination in his gaze. ' alright, let’s get to it then. so, where do we start, ms. pact maker?' his tone was laced with a playful edge, the earlier tension between them replaced with a sense of camaraderie.
@☼┊wen jungkook ᵃ Aeri slumped her shoulders when Jungkook still not giving his hand, while her hand hangs on the table but she responded to him, "We'll start with your crushed bike." She said before she quickly added. "Come on, don't leave my hanging here! You asked for help and now you're not going to trust me with this." She pouted a bit with a squint. When the other asked if they are going, "Not until we made a pact with our hands, we're not going yet." She persuade with a grin.
@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ jungkook’s dark eyes flickered toward aeri as she leaned back, her posture exuding an air of confidence and ease. everything about her screamed that he should trust her, but he wasn’t so easily convinced. his arms remained firmly crossed over his chest, his expression neutral but his gaze sharp as he silently observed her.
'and how,' he finally asked, his voice low and measured, 'are we going to do that?'
his attention shifted momentarily as he poked at the remnants of his meal with a half-hearted nudge of his finger. the once-full tray now held only a few scattered fries and a crumpled burger wrapper. taking one last bite of his burger, he chewed slowly, his eyes still on her as if weighing every possible outcome of their plan.
with a quiet crinkle, he balled up the wrapper and tossed it onto the tray. the cup followed soon after, drained to the last drop, as he set it down with a finality that matched his tone ' are we going now?' he asked, his voice carrying a subtle challenge, as if daring her to prove she wasn’t all talk. his gaze never left her, a mix of skepticism and reluctant curiosity lingering in his eyes.
@☼┊wen jungkook ᵃ Aeri's face softened when the other seemed to let down his guard for the first time. On the outside, most of the people think Jungkook is nothing more than a bad boy who doesn't care if the world burns. The few people could see that Jungkook still has a kind soul from within, their father might have been scarred him with the ambition of power and strength.
She looked at him directly with hardened resolve, she sighed and nodded. "I will help you." Aeri responded then she brought her hand on the table as a way that they trust each other. "Qinghe Nie values trust and do not turn their backs to those who are in need of help."
@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ he rubbed the table he had just slammed, his fingers smoothing over the spot as if trying to erase the force of his anger. a wry smile tugged at the corner of his lips, but it didn’t reach his eyes.
' as per usual,' he muttered, his voice quieter now but still tinged with bitterness. ' my father and my uncle were the same. always rivals. always at each other’s throats.' his gaze grew distant as he rested his chin on his palm, leaning heavily against the table. his fingers drummed idly against his cheek, but his focus was elsewhere. the world outside the window seemed to beckon him, a temporary escape from the turmoil inside.
after a long pause, he spoke again, his tone softer, almost vulnerable. ' are you going to help me?' he asked, his eyes shifting back to meet hers. there was something raw in the way he looked at her - an unspoken plea that carried more weight than his words alone. for a moment, he let the silence linger, the tension between them thick but unyielding. it was clear he wasn’t just asking for assistance - he was asking for her trust, her allegiance, in a battle he couldn’t face alone.
@☼┊wen jungkook ᵃ “And that’s why you’re a hard-headed idiot than I was.” She said as she leaned against her seat and crossed her arms while looking at him deadpan. “I can’t convince a Wen to think without even smacking their head on the table to make some sense.” She muttered.
“Listen, Jungkook. I know you don’t need some lecture from anyone but I’m giving you an advice.” Aeri fixed her posture and leaned her arms on the table as she looked at the Wen alpha, “People can outmatch you when they know your strength, and so they target your weakness. The more people focus to your weakness, the more you fall from the battle.” She said as she quoted what the professor from Military Strategy class told them when it comes to strategizing against enemies.
“I think, your sister is using your ex because she knows he’s your mate?” She starts making up a theory before looking at Jungkook, “Or maybe I was wrong?”
A long pause before Aeri groaning in her seat, “Does your family have had a long history of sibling rivalry?” She asked Jungkook. Their family is a chaotic one than Aeri’s family. “But anyway, back to business, would you want me to help you investigate about the sabotage?”
@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ he rolled his eyes at her comment. 'you think I don’t know bikes? I’ve been riding them since I was 16. I know every detail, from a to z, and I can tell when a wire’s been cut in half,' he said, his voice tinged with both irritation and pride.
jungkook adjusted the hood of his jacket and leaned back, the faint sound of fabric brushing against the chair breaking the momentary silence. casually, he popped another fry into his mouth, chewing with an almost deliberate nonchalance. as aeri spoke, he let out a thoughtful hum. ' honestly, I’m glad I did. otherwise, I’d still be clueless,' he said, the words slightly muffled as he finished chewing, his eyes glinting with mischief.
' don’t underestimate me, ' he continued, his tone now sharper, edged with determination. ' sure, she might be more skilled power-wise, but I’m stronger. after the coma, yeah, I got weak. but it’s just a phase - I’ll get my strength back in no time.' he crossed his arms, exuding an air of defiance that filled the room.
' you do realize I act first and think later, right? I’m all muscle and no brain,' he quipped, her voice dripping with playful arrogance. jungkook scoffed, a sound that was equal parts disbelief and amusement, and let out another hum. ' and since when have I ever cared what others think about me?' he shot back, his brow arching as he leaned forward, the fries momentarily forgotten. his words hung in the air like a dare, his confidence practically radiating from him.
@☼┊wen jungkook ᵃ Aeri rubbed her chin while munching on a fries, "There is still some speculations that it might be a coincidence that your brakes tore apart while you drive in a high speed, but I know someone like you won't be riding a bike unchecked before you going around the road." She nodded at her own statement. When it comes to coma, Aeri would definitely agree on that.
She was reminded of her awakening as a wolf when she fights a grizzly bear when she was about to leave home and still has huge claw mark on her back from the incident in the past, leaving her in a coma for a month. "I've been in a coma before and it does not look good for me, I lost weight for a month." She groaned a bit before shaking her head and listened to Jungkook's experience when in coma, "You have been in a very bad situation and I kinda hate that one when people didn't even thought making a private conversation while a person is inside the room, in a coma. Still hearing things they don't want to know."
"But I get the reason why your sister wants you six-feet underground, she's a first born and a pureblood- But I heard she disappeared and came back wanting to take your title." Aeri said, "But hey, I'm not siding her!" She raised her hands a bit in surrender. "I would feel threatened too if I have a sibling who is a pureblood and capable to do more than I do." She said. "I would be in the same situation as you."
She finished her burger and dusted her hands before sipping on her large diet coke then she respond to him, "I'm more scared of how people will think of you after that." She sighed and shook her head, "Can we just... be reasonable and be civil? And if we found out they sabotaged your bike, you can't act out of anger or what you're feeling right now. We need to gather evidences, strong ones that could prove that your accident was an act of sabotage."
@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ ' ah, yes, that ,' jungkook sneered, twirling a fry in the air before popping it into his mouth. the mere mention of his sister sent a wave of heat through his veins, his blood boiling as his jaw tightened. she was relentless - always scheming, always clawing for the throne she thought was hers. the more she pushed, the more determined jungkook was to hold his ground. there was no way he'd let her win.
he took a long sip of his coke, the carbonation fizzling down his throat as his mind raced. placing the cup back on the table, he continued, his voice laced with sarcasm and barely contained fury. ' because, you know, my brakes just happened to fail out of nowhere? totally normal. how is that not sabotage?' he shook his head, the absurdity of it all making him scoff.
leaning forward, his tone shifted, carrying a sharp edge. ' and have you ever been in a coma? funniest ever.' his lips curled into a bitter smirk as he explained, his eyes narrowing. ' you can't move. you can't talk. you're trapped in your own damn body, but you can hear everything. feel everything. you're just... locked in.' he exhaled sharply, his fingers drumming on the table as he leaned back in his seat.
' i heard them talking,' he said, his voice dropping to a low, almost menacing tone. his arms crossed over his chest as he locked eyes with aeri, the weight of his words hanging in the air. ' you want to investigate this?' he asked, the corners of his mouth twitching into a dangerous smirk. ' you’re not scared I’ll rip them to shreds if we find out the truth?' his eyes gleamed with a mix of dark amusement and raw anger, daring her to take the challenge.
@☼┊wen jungkook ᵃ Aeri flinched at the Wen alpha’s actions as she saved her fries and her burger from his fist slamming on the table, seeing a little damage, her brows raised and whistles a bit. “Calm down now, we don’t want to make a scene and make you pay for this damage.” She whispered.
She almost coughs while eating her food when Jungkook spilled the beans, “I’m sorry- what?!” Aeri exclaimed before she shook her head and leaned closer to the table before she whispered. “Taehyung is a spy working for your sister— one of the academic councilor, and may have sabotaged your accident?” She rephrased as she tries to piece together what the other said.
“Hold on hold on… So you found out your former mate, is a spy. How do you know this?” She asked Jungkook, she gently put her burger down. “And how can you be sure it was a sabotage? Since you said ‘what if’ in your statement about the sabotage, that means you’re not sure about it yet.” Then her eyes slowly sparkled, this smells like a detective work for Aeri. “You know what, this calls for some investigation! I can help you confirm it, Qinghe Nie are the best on detective works.” She said with a proud grin. “And being targeted by your sister to get your title- but I do hope I won’t see her everyday.”
@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ jungkook shrugged, his expression tense as he stabbed at the ketchup with a fry. the anger in his movements was palpable, each jab speaking volumes. he chewed thoughtfully, his brows knitting together as if he were fighting off a storm inside.
' if you only knew,' he muttered darkly, his lips before leaning back. ' I have every right to be angry. I don’t want to be heard; I want them to suffer.' his fingers clenched into a fist, and in one heated motion, he slammed it on the table. the sharp crack of splitting wood startled the room, causing both him and aeri to flinch.
' ah, .' he grimaced, staring at the now-cracked table, realizing too late that he had once again underestimated his strength. brushing it off with a frustrated shake of his head, jungkook popped another fry into his mouth and leaned forward, his voice lowering conspiratorially. he motioned for aeri to lean closer, his movements almost frantic, eyes glinting with a mix of intensity and bitterness.
' did you know the whole car crash was sabotage?' he whispered, his words landing like a heavy weight. he glanced around to make sure no one else was listening, then continued. ' it was all planned.'
his voice grew quieter but more venomous as he leaned even closer. ' and the worst part? the whole damn time, taehyung was working with my sister. he fed her everything I’ve done - every move I made. you know how badly she wants me gone, right? what if... what if the two of them orchestrated the whole thing?'
the thought alone made his blood boil, his jaw tightening as his fingers flexed involuntarily. his fries were forgotten, his appetite lost to the seething anger that now coursed through him. for a moment, his dark eyes bore into aeri’s, desperate for some kind of reassurance - or perhaps validation of his suspicions.
@☼┊wen jungkook ᵃ Aeri noticed how the other changed his normal expression into a more grimmer one, she start to think the two Wen mates are in a sort of bad blood in a while. Her calm demeanor contradicts his bitter one as she learned that Taehyung was off the hook in their relationship. She felt sorry about the omega but she knew she shouldn’t go further with that topic. She can’t say sorry to Jungkook since he doesn’t even care if she’s sorry or not.
She munches on her fries a bit while listening to Jungkook, “Easy there, wolfy. I won’t ask about how you two get to that situation since I don’t know the reason.” She shrugged, “The further the topic, the more you’ll burn our food.” Aeri teased as she calmed Jungkook from his little madness in his tone. She takes another bite on her burger, “I know I have been telling these to some people but, maybe there are reasons as to why those who you were close with tends to hurt or giving you a headache.” She advised him.
“You’re a Wen, I do understand most of y’all are stubborn and out for blood, reasoning isn’t your best suit to cover up your ‘violent’ tendencies.” She spoke and sighs before sipping her diet coke, “We may be from different packs but… I know you wanted to be heard too.” She said softly in those last words. Aeri wanted to be what is best for her pack and her being the heiress of Nie Mingjue wasn’t easy for her, since her mother always wanted what is best for her but Aeri’s own interest was never been recognized. Her lips were tied whenever she is with her mother or her father, the only people she could rely on is her brother, her friends and Eunbi.
@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ jungkook shoved his hands deep into his pockets, the chill in the air matching the icy glare in his eyes. at the mention of taehyung, his demeanor shifted sharply, his jaw tightening as his steps slowed. his gaze darkened, simmering with fury. ' what the do you mean, a mate?' he snapped, his voice low and cutting. 'i don’t have a mate. he’s nothing but lowlife trash.' his words dripped with venom as memories of betrayal replayed in his mind, each one fanning the flames of his anger.
trailing behind her, jungkook’s heavy boots thudded against the pavement. when they reached the cafe, he barely waited for the door to swing open before stepping inside, making no effort to hold it for anyone. his grumbling was a constant undercurrent, a storm brewing just beneath the surface.
the warmth of the cafe hit him like a wave, and at the mention of beef burgers, his irritation momentarily gave way to hunger. the growl of his stomach betrayed him, loud enough for her to notice. with a begrudging nod, he muttered, ' this is so good. had it yesterday. you know i’ve got the appetite of a wolf.' he hummed as they approached the counter, his mood softening slightly at the sight of the familiar menu.
after placing their orders and grabbing the steaming bags of food, jungkook followed her to a free table. shrugging off his black leather jacket, he draped it across the seat beside him and dropped his bags to the floor. the scent of the burger was enough to distract him for a moment, but her words drew his attention back.
' what do you mean by that?' he asked sharply, his tone defensive as he unwrapped the burger. his fingers tensed around the wrapper before he bit into the burger, the flavors melting onto his tongue. swallowing, he leaned back against the chair, a bitter laugh escaping his lips.
' i kicked his sorry out of the house,' jungkook continued, his voice a mix of anger and bitterness. his dark eyes locked onto hers, challenging any argument she might have. ' i don’t need someone like him dragging me down. he made his choices, and i made mine.' for a moment, his gaze dropped to the burger in his hands, and he took another bite, chewing slowly as if grounding himself in the act. the faint buzz of conversation around them and the scent of freshly cooked food softened the sharp edges of his fury, but the tension in his shoulders remained. ' and I’m doing just fine without him,' he muttered, more to himself than to her, as he reached for his drink.
@☼┊wen jungkook ᵃ Aeri rolled her eyes before looking at the mcfenrir sign, her brows raised at the sign. She gave Jungkook a smirk as she paces beside him as they walked inside the restaurant, "You're not the only alpha heir who has a mate." She teased before looking at the menu in front of cashier. "Let's see..." All of the orders above she had tried them already until...
Her eyes sparkled when she sees the limited time Tomahawk Beef Burger. "Oh my fenrir..." She said then she pointed at the large scale menu of the Tomahawk beef meal, "They have the Tomahawk beef! Let's get it." Aeri grinned and shows the half of her black card. Then she went to the cashier and ordered a pair of the tomahawk beef burger for her and Jungkook, with the side of large fries and a large diet coke for her.
As they sat down on a distant seat, Aeri looked at Jungkook and was surprised that she never get to see this side of the bad wolf like him. "Since we're talking about our mates, how is you and Taehyung been doing?" She asked him as she starts taking a bite of the burger.
@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ as they both peered into the contents of the bag, his eyes widened for the briefest moment, almost letting out a gasp. drama coursed through his veins like lifeblood - it was his element, his stage - but he quickly masked his reaction, slipping into his usual snarky demeanor. a wicked grin tugged at his lips as he cast a sly glance at aeri.
' well, well, color me surprised. someone actually wants to mate with you? shocking.' his tone dripped with mockery, punctuated by a dramatic wave of his hand for added effect. before aeri could retort, a loud growl from her stomach cut through the air, making her wince. his teasing smirk widened as he crossed his arms, his own stomach rumbling in sympathy.
' looks like you’re not the only one with a beast inside. burgers?' he gestured toward the glowing neon sign of a mcfenrir cafe just down the street, its warm light promising greasy salvation. ' I’m so hungry I could eat a deer. or maybe a moose if they’ve got it.' without waiting for an answer, he started toward the café, rubbing his stomach theatrically. ' come on, before your stomach decides to start its own mating call. '
@☼┊wen jungkook ᵃ When she helped Jungkook up to his feet and looks at his bag when he showed it to Aeri, she looked at his expression and he seemed a bit off right after waking up from his coma. She couldn't help but to feel soft towards him despite her teasing him through the chatroom.
She couldn't help but to chuckle at his response towards her newly died hair, "Well, I decided to change since I..." Then she was reminded why she changed her hair. "...found my mate." Aeri said truthfully before quickly said after that, "But don't tell anyone yet!" She told him. "I know you had a knack for trouble but I know you still have dignity to keep secrets." She winked.
Then her stomach had another round of grumbling, she really need to eat. She groaned and rubbed her tummy a bit, "I'm actually looking for a place to eat, are you hungry as well?" She asked Jungkook, wanting to have a more private conversation with him alpha to alpha.
@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ jungkook landed with an unceremonious thud, his backside colliding with the slippery pavement in a way that could only be described as mortifying. he winced, more from the embarrassment than the pain, and looked up just in time to see aeri dusting herself off. she was already on her feet, her hand extended toward him.
he huffed but took her hand anyway, letting her pull him up as he brushed at his pants, though there was no visible dirt to remove. his eyes shifted down to the bags in her hands, then to his own. ' i just bought a new one,' he said, holding up a sleek, minimalist bag for her to see. ' now I’m off to find accessories to match.'
his tone was casual, but there was a flicker of something in his gaze - curiosity, perhaps. it had been a while since he’d seen her. not since their spat in the chatroom, at least. despite the time apart, aeri hadn’t changed much. same sharp attitude, same way of making him feel simultaneously annoyed and entertained. except…
' wait a second.' his eyes narrowed as they settled on her hair, now a rich shade of brown. ' why are you a brunette? what happened to that pink mess you used to call hair? '
@☼┊wen sunwoo ᵒ For a long while, I let the silence stretch between us, cradling it as one would a fragile glass sculpture—precious, delicate, and trembling with the weight of everything unsaid.
My arms remain steadfast around him, holding Sunwoo against me as though the world itself might fracture if I let go. There’s a vulnerability in this stillness, a quiet intimacy that feels almost sacred, and I dare not disturb it with careless words. Instead, I allow myself this fleeting moment to simply feel—to feel the faint tremor of his breath against my chest, the warmth of his skin pressed to mine, and the way his presence threads itself through the cracks of my carefully constructed walls.
My hand traces an idle path down the curve of his spine, fingers moving with a tenderness that feels foreign even to me. I press my lips to his hairline, letting them linger there as though they might imprint something permanent—a promise, perhaps, though I know promises often crumble in the face of reality. When I finally speak, my voice is low, softened by the weight of morning and the closeness of him.
“You unsettle me, Sunwoo,”
I murmur, each word deliberate, each syllable wrapped in something heavy and unguarded.
“In a world where everything is calculated, precise, and contained, you arrive like a storm—unpredictable, wild, and… achingly alive.”
My thumb brushes along the nape of his neck, reverent in its path. “You make my silence feel too loud, and my solitude feel too empty. And yet, with you here, it feels as though the world holds its breath, as though time itself bends to grant us these stolen mornings.”
I exhale softly, the faintest sigh, as my chin rests lightly atop his head.
“You are a contradiction I cannot solve, a fire I cannot extinguish, and, somehow, the calm I didn’t know I needed.”
My arms tighten around him, just slightly, as though anchoring myself in this fleeting moment. The sunlight filters softly through the curtains, painting the room in hues of gold, and I let it wrap around us like an embrace from something greater than either of us.
“No matter how far you pull away, Sunwoo,”
I whisper, my voice barely louder than a breath,
“you always find your way back to me. And I—”
I pause, my words caught in the delicate space between honesty and vulnerability.
“I will always be here. Right here. Just like this.”
I close my eyes, letting the stillness settle once again, letting the quiet confession hang suspended in the warm air between us. For now, there’s nothing more to say—just this fragile peace, this fleeting eternity, and the unspoken truth carried in the way I hold him as though he is both fragile glass and unyielding fire.
@❀┊jiang dongwook ᵃ The words he speaks hang in the air, warm and tender, like the sunlight that spills over us. I can feel their weight pressing into my chest, their truth seeping into places I’ve tried to keep walled off. He makes everything so maddeningly easy—wanting him, needing him—and yet, it feels impossible all the same. My pride doesn’t let me take his softness without a fight. But now, here, with the quiet morning wrapping around us like a cocoon, even my stubbornness falters.
I lift my head slowly, reluctantly breaking the sanctuary of his embrace to meet his gaze. His eyes are a storm of emotions, raw and unhidden, and they pull me in like a tide. Damn him. Damn the way he looks at me like I’m some kind of miracle, like I’m fragile and precious and his all at once. It’s suffocating, overwhelming, and so achingly beautiful it nearly breaks me.
“You’re relentless,” I murmur, my voice rough with sleep and something deeper I can’t name. My fingers curl into the fabric of his shirt—his warmth, his scent, grounding me as I force myself to stay still. “You think saying things like that will make me melt? That it’ll make me forget who I am? You’re delusional.”
And yet, even as I say it, my voice softens. My hand, traitorous and tender, reaches up to rest against his cheek. My thumb brushes the faint stubble along his jaw, slow and reverent, like I’m mapping every part of him. The world feels too big, too loud, too cruel, but here, in this sliver of morning, it’s just him and me. Just us.
“I don’t need you to tell me to stay,” I say, my tone quiet now, threaded with something fragile and unguarded. “I’m still here, aren’t I? Against all odds, against every instinct I have telling me to run, I’m still here. With you.”
I tilt my head slightly, my lips brushing his in the faintest of kisses—soft, fleeting, a confession I can’t bring myself to speak aloud. When I pull back, his eyes are on me, steady and unwavering, and it makes me want to both fight and surrender all at once.
“Just for now,” I murmur, pressing my face back into the curve of his neck, my voice muffled against his skin. But I know that it’s a lie, even as the words tumble from my lips. My fingers tighten their grip on his shirt as I let the words settle between us, letting myself exist in this fragile peace he’s created. The world outside can wait. For now, for this fleeting eternity, it’s enough to let myself be held, to let myself be his.
@☼┊wen sunwoo ᵒ Sunwoo feels fragile in my arms, not in body—he’s always been stronger than he realizes—but in the quiet vulnerability he allows me to see in these fleeting morning hours. The weight of him against me, the warmth of his breath ghosting across my collarbone, feels sacred in a way I cannot fully articulate. My fingers trace a slow, reverent path down his spine, lingering at every curve and hollow like they’re writing silent vows into his skin. The golden morning light spills across us, soft and forgiving, catching in the strands of his hair and painting them with a faint glow. In this stillness, it feels as though the world has stopped turning, as though time itself has conspired to give us this fleeting eternity. My chest tightens with a sweetness that aches, my thumb brushing softly against the faint crease between his brows. He’s always wearing his armor, even when he sleeps—always ready for a fight, always bracing for something sharp. But here, right now, he’s just Sunwoo. And I am hopelessly, irrevocably his.
“Do you know how unbearable you are?”
I murmur, my voice soft, edged with something tender and raw.
“You take up space in me, Sunwoo—every corner, every shadow. There’s nothing of me left untouched by you.”
My forehead lowers to rest lightly against his, our breaths mingling in the thin space between us. I watch his lashes flutter, his lips part slightly as he breathes me in, and it feels like something fragile and infinite all at once.
“Stay like this,”
I whisper, my thumb brushing the curve of his cheek, lingering as though I could hold this moment still with my touch alone.
“Just for a little longer. Just until the world calls us back.”
The words hang in the air between us, heavy and sweet, and for now, in this fragile sliver of dawn, it feels like forever is something we can hold in our hands.
@☼┊wen jungkook ᵃ As Aeri was going to the next platform, she bumped into someone familiar. Jungkook. She gasped a bit and it was surprised for her to meet him again in person despite both of them not seeing eye to eye inside the school and also surprised that he recovered quickly from his coma.
“Jungkook?” She called the other’s name and a smile on her face before helping the other up gently despite both of them had a cast on their arm, “Never thought I’d see you too soon again.” She greeted fixing her red scarf, “I’ve been buying things for Christmas,” she responded at his question. “I assume you came here to buy a new bike?” She guessed.
@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ jungkook moved through the bustling streets of moonstone valley with a deliberate pace, his cast-clad hand tucked awkwardly in his jacket pocket. the chill in the air was biting, and the scent of pine and roasted chestnuts lingered in the festive atmosphere. he wasn’t in the mood to soak in the seasonal cheer, though; his mind was set on finding the perfect decorations for his new bike, his latest obsession.
the cast on his hand was a constant reminder of his recent recklessness, but this time he’d vowed to keep it on - at least until it was somewhat healed. a rare concession for someone as stubborn as him.
as he rounded a corner near the marketplace, his thoughts were abruptly interrupted by a collision. the force knocked him slightly off balance, and his good hand shot out instinctively to steady the other person. his fingers closed around a slender arm, pulling the person upright before either of them could tumble.
groaning, jungkook’s gaze settled on the familiar face of aeri, her wide eyes blinking up at him. her scent was instantly recognizable, mingling with the crisp winter air and the faint smell of cinnamon wafting from a nearby stall. ' what have you been doing here?' he asked, his tone hovering between curiosity and exasperation as his brows furrowed. his grip on her arm softened, and he took a small step back to give her space.
@☼┊wen jungkook ᵃ It was that time of the year, Aeri had been checking up with the doctor in the hospital and it might take a few days for her arm to fully heal completely and will remove the plaster on her arm but she can now go outside the school and the first thing she did is to buy things that her friends wanted for the christmas eve. She hummed and went to each store and buy respective gifts for them and she didn't bother looking at the price as she enough money to buy for it.
Then she walked in one store and buy another gift for her twin brother, he must have been busy these past few weeks, it would be nice to give him a gift for this season. After buying all the things she wanted, her stomach starts grumbling, she forgot to eat lunch this afternoon, she can't miss eating dinner tonight before she starts looking for some restaurant to eat.
@❀┊jiang dongwook ᵃ His kiss is my undoing. Every ounce of my defiance, every carefully constructed wall I’ve built around myself, crumbles the moment his lips touch mine. It’s maddening. Infuriating. And yet, as much as I want to pull away, to maintain some shred of the control I pride myself on, I can’t. My body betrays me, leaning into him, melting under the weight of his tenderness.
When he pulls back, his forehead resting against mine, the air between us is thick with a quiet vulnerability I’m not sure I know how to handle. His words—soft and pleading—settle over me like a balm, and for a moment, I let myself indulge in the quiet they offer. But only for a moment.
“You’re insufferable,” I whisper, my voice rough with sleep and emotion. My fingers curl into the fabric of the sheets beneath us, needing something to hold onto as I try to steady the storm inside me. “Do you know that? The way you look at me, the way you say my name like that… It’s suffocating.”
My words are sharp, but they lack the bite I wish they had. Because the truth is, I don’t hate the way he makes me feel. I hate how much I don’t hate it.
I tilt my head back just enough to look at him, my gaze meeting his. The morning light casts golden hues across his face, illuminating every curve, every line, and it’s almost too much to bear. My breath hitches, and before I can think better of it, I lift a hand to his cheek, my touch hesitant but steady. My thumb brushes against his skin, tracing the faint shadow of his jawline.
“You talk too much for this hour.” I murmur lowly, my voice hoarse with sleep as a small, teasing smile pulls over my lips.
@☼┊wen sunwoo ᵒ The morning light spills gently across the room, casting golden patterns over the sheets, over Sunwoo’s bare shoulders, and across the faint flush coloring his cheekbones. His face is pressed close to the hollow of my neck, his breath warm and steady against my skin, and yet his words linger in the space between us—soft, sharp-edged, and undeniably his. My hand, still tracing slow, deliberate patterns down his spine, pauses briefly before continuing its path, my fingertips savoring every ridge and dip of his back. There’s something fragile about this moment, something sacred in the way he lets himself rest here, unguarded and still.
“Dangerous,”
he called me. And perhaps I am—but not in the way he thinks. The danger isn’t in my control, in the authority I carry in every word and movement. No, the true peril lies in how effortlessly he disarms me. Every breath he takes, every sleepy flicker of his eyes as he looks up at me, pulls me under in a way I cannot fight nor resist. My fingers slide into his hair, cradling the nape of his neck, tilting his face up to meet mine. His lashes flutter slightly, and when our eyes meet—amber and onyx locked together—it feels as though the air between us stills. My thumb brushes lightly across his bottom lip, and I lean down, closing the distance between us with a kiss that is tender, deliberate, and unhurried.
It’s not a kiss meant to ignite or conquer, but one that speaks of devotion—of a truth I can’t bring myself to say aloud but hope he feels in every soft press of my lips against his.
My hand remains steady in his hair as I deepen the kiss, drawing him closer, as though I might pull him into me completely. When I pull back just enough to breathe, our foreheads remain pressed together, the warmth of him anchoring me in place. My voice, when it comes, is low and soft, a murmur spoken against his lips.
“Stay here, Sunwoo. Just for now. Let the world wait a little longer.”
@❀┊jiang dongwook ᵃ The warmth of his voice wraps around me like a second blanket, seeping into my skin and settling in the hidden corners of my heart where his words always seem to leave their mark. I stir faintly, reluctant to fully break the sacred stillness of this moment but unable to ignore the magnetic pull of his presence, his voice, his touch.
His hand on my back sends shivers cascading down my spine, each deliberate of his fingertips igniting sparks that contradict the calm of the morning. My lips twitch into the barest semblance of a smirk, though my eyes remain closed, the stubborn part of me unwilling to give up this rare surrender too easily.
“You’re talking too much,” I murmur, my voice hoarse with sleep yet threaded with something fiery, as it always is when it comes to him. My breath catches as his thumb presses those infuriatingly gentle circles against the small of my back, his tenderness dismantling my defenses in a way that infuriates and soothes me all at once.
I shift slightly, angling my face upward, my lashes fluttering open just enough for me to catch the way his eyes drink me in like I’m some sort of miracle. I hate how easily he makes me feel like one.
“You know,” I start, my voice still raspy, “I’m not some fragile thing you need to worship like this. I’m capable of sharp edges too. Don’t let this—” I gesture vaguely between us, though my hand barely lifts from where it rests on his chest, “—fool you into thinking otherwise.”
His lips curve into a soft smile that makes my heart clench in rebellion. I hate that smile. I love that smile.
“But,” I add, my voice softening despite myself, “you… You have this infuriating way of making me want to stay right here...” my words trail off as a hint of a blush burns my cheeks.
My fingers slide up to rest over his heart, the steady thrum beneath my palm grounding me in a way that nothing else ever has. I pause, closing my eyes again as I wrestle with the storm of emotions he always stirs in me.
“You’re dangerous, you know that?” I murmur, pressing my face back into the crook of his neck. His scent surrounds me, woodsy and warm, laced with that underlying note that is uniquely him and I instantly feel myself relaxing, listening to the steady notes of his heart.
@☼┊wen sunwoo ᵒ The morning light spills like liquid gold across the silk sheets, bathing the room in a gentle warmth that feels almost sacred. The faint hum of the world outside barely touches the stillness here, in this sanctuary where time seems to hold its breath. Sunwoo lies draped across me, his body warm and pliant, his face nestled into the crook of my neck. His lashes rest delicately against his flushed cheeks, and his breath, soft and even, fans over my collarbone in a rhythm so steady it feels like a lullaby. My arm remains securely wrapped around his waist, keeping him anchored against me, while my free hand begins a slow, reverent journey down the length of his spine.
My fingertips trace each delicate ridge, every slight curve, as though committing him to memory for the thousandth time. His skin is impossibly soft beneath my touch, smooth and warm, carrying the faint scent of lavender and something uniquely him. I let my hand linger at the small of his back, my thumb brushing gentle circles there, as if to reassure myself that this moment is real—that he is here, wrapped in my arms, vulnerable and trusting in a way he allows no one else to see.
“You undo me, Sunwoo,”
I murmur softly, my voice scarcely more than a breath against his ear. My lips graze lightly along his temple, a touch so feather-soft it might as well have been imagined.
“Every sharp edge of yours finds a way to soften me, to render me defenseless. And yet… I would not have it any other way.”
My fingers begin their slow journey upward again, following the graceful line of his spine, pausing briefly between his shoulder blades to press gently against the faint rise of bone.
“Do you know how you look right now? So still, so at peace… You are devastatingly beautiful in your quiet moments, Sunwoo. And you have no idea how fiercely I cherish them.”
I tilt my head slightly, pressing another lingering kiss to the crown of his head, letting the warmth of his presence seep into every corner of me.
“Stay here,”
I whisper, my voice trembling slightly with a tenderness I cannot mask.
“Stay like this, with me, where the world cannot touch us—where nothing exists except this quiet, golden morning and the way you fit so perfectly against me.”
The sunlight continues to dance across his bare skin, tracing every curve and shadow as though it, too, cannot help but worship him. And for now—for this fleeting, fragile moment—it is enough. Enough to simply hold him, enough to let my fingers trace love letters down his spine, enough to lose myself in the rise and fall of his breath as the rest of the world fades away.
@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ nie sooyoung tends to visit the moonstone valley on occasion. sometimes it's to grab a drink with her mate and other times, such as tonight, would be because she's bored after running some late night errands. not something she necessarily looked forward to, but having pack matters when being the reliable one, this is what takes place. late at night she would running back and forth, from the academy towards the unclean realm and back. back and forth she goes. it was nothing surprising but it was rather tiring and draining and as she passes by the moonstone valley on a regular basis, the counselor cannot help but feel like it was destiny.
just like tonight- as the moon wanes in the night sky, shining bright and looking down so prettily at the other wolves rummaging around, her golden core shimmer in delight. tonight was a good night. her family were pleased with her duties and so was their leader. sooyoung couldn't dare complain, but that isn't why she's craving for a sip. so stopping off, she walks into the area, glancing around and that's when her head does a double take. her eyes squinting at the fluff of pink strands flowing like a waterfall over the young girl's shoulders. "ah yes, aeri...."
shaking her head as if expecting her, after all aeri and sooyoung are pretty close. she also joins the young girl in her drinking sessions time and time again - this wouldn't be the first accidental meet between the two, but the young woman wanted to still make sure she's okay before ordering some soju for them - she seems a little drunk as it is. being on the lighter side of things. clearly.
"aeri, love?" calling out softly, sooyoung gives a little tap to the girl's shoulder as she leans down a bit to get close. her dark chocolate scent must be filling the area and a little bit of worry comes to play, as she hopes and prays the young nie isn't as drunk as she looks.
[] apologies for being so late, i'm gonna try to do my best to be faster from now on ;;
@☘︎┊nie sooyoung ᵃ After the class and the cheerleading practices, Aeri still feeling heavy after she starts thinking of her responsibilities when she became the next leader of Qinghe Nie. She needs a booze, and she knows where she will be. The Moonstone Valley, the village that doesn't conquered by the four main packs as it was diverse in packs, halfbloods and purebloods.
She went to the beerhouse where she usually drink and she ordered the usual bottle of beer, when did she learn to drink? No one taught her how to drink properly, she just... drink. Right now, she is already in her fourth bottle but she isn't tipsy yet but her head feels lightweight already. She was in a vacant table alone and sunk her head against the table while her hand is still holding in the half finished bottle of beer.

"Your choice, time to see how impressive you've gotten over time— do you wanna do the regular tequila shots? Or do you wanna go wild and get some shots?" Her brows rise as she wiggle them, a wicked smirk playing on her lips as she taunts the omega before leaning back and challenging him with a cheeky grin. "What do you say pup?
