Mmh it was mostly stress and schedules had my sleep all types of ed up, buuut I’m working on that and trying to manage schedules in a better way. Of course there are still days when I have to be up really late but it’s less often…
It’s nice to have someone looking after me since my group isn’t around -sits at the table, opening the bottle of water- not that you have to do it, but it’s nice…

you're taking very seriously this whole making sure I go to bed -walks into the kitchen to grab a bottle of water for me and one for you, handing your over- are you gonna tuck me in and give me a good night kiss too?
