@kim himchan "same way too." jihyun smiled. "see you later!" jihyun waved, before entering her house quietly.

@lee jihyun Himchan shrugged. "Yeah, I've got nothing else to do anyway. I think I'll just go home to eat." He said. Eating out was a waste of money; he already had food at his house. He yawned and stretched his arms out. His arms were sore, he noticed, probably from carrying the girl to the daycare. He didn't exercise much, and carrying something no matter how light it was, always tired him out. He realized they were still walking together, and asked, "Hey where do you live? My house is the same way..."

@kim himchan "uh... okay." jihyun stuttered. she didn't no like friends to see her wilder side. "you're really gonna come?" she arched a brow as she started to walk home, noticing Himchan beside her because her home was in the same direction.

@lee jihyun Himchan laughed. "I'm good; it's just my friend." He paused, looking for the right word again. "He's kind of... Overprotective. Keeps telling me not to get run over by cars, don't get drunk anywhere..." He grinned. "Just really stupid stuff. He means well, but it gets a bit annoying." He had lied about the last bit. His friend was very overprotective, almost as bad as his mom used to be. But it wasn't about getting run over by cars; he meant, don't fall in love with anyone, and don't commit suicide, because they might cure him or something. He kicked at a stone. He knew all of this, but his friend always reminded him of oncoming death, which Himchan prefered to forget in the meantime. "Oh, really? I didn't know that was the arcade... Hey, I'll go over to the arcade after I finish eating."

@kim himchan "you okay?" eyebrows furrowed together, jihyun asked himchan worriedly. "i'm going to the... arcade." she smiled. "but i'll have to go home and change first. and isn't the cafe beside the arcade? i might meet you on the way, huh?" she chuckled softly, turning to head to the apartment complex.

@lee jihyun Himchan shook his head. " No, I wasn't supposed to be meeting anyone. He was just, uh..." Himchan hesitated. "Checking up on me." He lied. Jihyun's watch beeped. and it was time for her to leave, and Himchan followed. "Yeah, I should leave, no point in staying..." He waved a cheery goodbye to the kids, and walked out the door. "Where do you work?" He asked curiously. "Because I'm headed to the cafe to eat something." His phone vibrated again, and he looked at it annoyedly. "Sorry, hold on a sec." The message read, "Dont do anything stupid." Himchan rolled his eyes inwardly, and decided not to reply. He turned his phone on silent. Don't do anything stupid? Himchan made a face. What did he mean by that? He pushed the thought out if his head rather gloomily.

@kim himchan "were you supposed to be meeting somebody? i'm sorry i held you up!" jihyun suddenly bowed ninety degrees. her watch beeped, indicating that it was now 1pm. "kids! i'm leaving!" the children ran out to wave goodbye to her. "bye bye qri-noona/unni!" they yelled. jihyun smiled and exited the place, ruffling the golden retriever's hair. "are you going now? because i have to go for my afternoon job now."

@lee jihyun "Oh, well, It's nothing, I guess." He replied. "Thanks for letting me come." He grinned. His phone vibrated again. "Sorry, I have to read this-" he pulled out his phone again, and there was another message from his friend: "'welcome, but I'd have thought you might've been more thankful. >< Remember its nxt week." Himchan grinned fondly at it. "Sorry. Busy atm. Dont reply." He sent back to his friend . "Sorry." He said, and put his phone back into his pocket. "That's my friend, he's a bit..." Himchan trailed off, unable to find the word. He sighed, and adverted his eyes to the kids.

@kim himchan jihyun chuckled softly, hearing the conversation beet went he male and the birthday girl. yet soon reached the two storey building, where the three babies were sleeping in individually seperated cribs in the television room. there was a beautifully decorated room behind, where a large ice-cream cake stood waiting for someone to eat it. 'happy birthday oh hyesun!' was written in cursive with pink frosting on a whip-cream plaque.

"yeah!!!" the children squealed, sitting down. they all receive their goody bags, before sitting down to cut and eat the cake. "so... thanks for coming with us anyway, himchan-ssi." jihyun smiled earnestly towards himchan after the birthday song and while the children were eating and going to play after that. the two adults were standing by the cribs, watching the babies sleep peacefully.

@lee jihyun Himchan blinked, thrown off for a second and raised his eyebrows disbelievingly at Hyesun. He then laughed, and flipped his hair away from his face. "I know, right?" He asked jokingly, picking her up and setting her on his back. He held her up with his left hand, and holding Minhyeon's hand with his right. It had been a long time since had the heart to pretend he was cocky, and Himchan surprised himself. It was almost like he was back normal again. His phone suddenly vibrated, and himchan let go of Minhyeon's hand. It was a text from his friend, that the appointment had been changed to the week after. He stopped for a second, replying hastily with a 'thnx', afraid that Minhyeon might run off or something.He stuffed his phone back into his pocket, grabbed Minhyeon's hand again, and hurried to catch up with everyone else.

@kim himchan "yay!" the quiet children cheered. they were happy when new people came to the center all the time. jihyun smiled. "let's go!" the whole group of them walked in the direction of the daycare center. it was evident that there was a spring in hyesun's steps, as she was skipping merrily. she held himchan's left hand, while minhyeon held his right hand, because the two kids were line-up buddies and himchan was standing between them. suddenly, they were standing at the back, while jihyun was playing 'i spy' with the kids in front. her interaction with the children clearly showed her love for them. she was actually living with two of them. "oppa is very handsome." hyesun suddenly spoke, giggling.

@lee jihyun "Well..." Himchan hesitated again, looking at the pocket that held his phone, back at the boy's face, and the smiling little girl. "If I'm allowed, I guess I could..." He paused before adding, "But I might have to leave soon after. Is that okay?" He asked doubtfully. It suddenly struck him strange that a complete stanger would let him go to a kid's birthday party. But he waved the thought aside when he imagined hearing his friend's impatient voice. "Is this on your list?" He'd ask. Well, now it was. He could almost hear his annoyed huff. He laughed inwardly and let a smile appear on his face. "Yeah, I'll come."

@kim himchan "you actually are. are you okay with a bunch of screaming kids?" she gestured towards the suddenly quiet children. "it's hyesun's," she pointed at a cheerful little girl with two ponytails and a bright smile at the middle, "birthday. the more the merrier?" she smiled, hoping he would come.

@lee jihyun Himchan let himself be dragged for a second. It wasn't manners either, to follow a kid back to his daycare. But then again, he didn't know what daycare was like either... Himchan hesitated. "I don't think I'm allowed..." He said slowly, and took a step back. The boy, however, had a death grip on his fingers. "I'm actually waiting... for a call... from..." The rest of his sentence died on his lips when he looked at the boy's face. It was almost funny, how much 'pleeeeeeeease's could be put into an expression. Himchan hesitated again. "I don't know..." He looked back up at the girl's face. "I'm not allowed, am I?"

@kim himchan "sorry, sorry minhyeon bumped you." jihyun bit her lip, looking down. she suddenly received a message.

message: bring the kids back, it's hyesun's birthday.

jihyun smiled. "kids! kaja!" whining and complaining, they followed the lady with much reluctance. minhyeon, otherwise, dragged himchan. "hyung come!"

@lee jihyun Himchan grinned at the boy and ruffled his hair when the girl set him down. He ran off to play with some other kids. Himchan stared after him as he ran off, relived that he wasn't hurt or anything. The girl stuck her hand out and intoduced herself. Himchan grasped her hand and shook it. "Nice to meet you; I'm Himchan." He grinned at her. She seemed nice enough; she wasn't getting mad at him or anything, at least. He glanced down at his phone for a second before stuffing it in his pocket. He'd them later; it'd be rude to wait for calls while he was talking to someone.

@kim himchan "it's okay hyung." the little boy stopped crying and smiled adorably at the tall man before him. jihyun chuckled, putting him down. "go play with wonjin, i heard him calling you just now." she smiled, letting minhyeon run to his best friend.

"hey... i'm jihyun." the young lady stuck we hand out for a handshake, because the man seemed friendly enough.

@lee jihyun Himchan inclined his heaad in a small bow when the girl bowed in apology, and smiled politely. "I'm fine, he just bumped into me... but is the boy okay?" He asked. The kid was bawling, and Himchan eyed him worriedly for any sign of injuries. He smiled apologetically at him. "I'm really sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going..."

@kim himchan "it's okay. are your legs okay? did he hurt you?" jihyun asked the stranger, heavy concern lacing her worried voice. she bowed and apologized for her carelessness, for not watching the boy properly. "are you sure you're okay?" this was what jihyun had learnt from young — to treat others well with share, care, and concern, even if she didn't know who the person was.

@lee jihyun Himchan sat on the swings, staring off into space. He had his hands resting on his lap, clutching a phone. He sighed before shaking himself awake and turning on his phone to see if he had any missed calls. He was waiting for a call to come. Meanwhile, he had nothing to do. 'Well, make something to do.' He got up and started walking to one of the benches around the perimeter of the park. Something bumped into his legs, and Himchan looked down, and it took a second to register what happened. A small boy had bumped into him and had fallen over. A girl came over and picked him up. Himchan hesitated for a second. "Oh... I'm sorry." He said in a small voice. "I guess I wasn't watching where I was going..." He looked up over the girl's shoulder, and there were more kids there then before. Maybe they came from a day care center... but wouldn't there be more people watching them? He pushed the thought out of his head before apologizing again.

@kim himchan a large group of children were following a beautiful young lady around the park and towards the playground, holding hands in pairs, each pair of consisting of one girl and one boy. the moment the playground came in sight, the female leading them smiled brighter. "children, today's monitors will be..." her eyes skimmed through the two straight lines for a sensible pair, "jongwon and jihye." she nodded. "if anything happens, either ask them or ask me okay?" the thirty little heads nodded, before they continue their way there.

the children ran around the somewhat fenced playground which was occupied solely by the thirty of them, a few strangers and jihyun herself. they were actually playing like they should behave, quiet, taking turns, and making a reasonable amount of noise. she sat herself on a bench, the vanilla cone she had bought. even with a sunshine-yellow tee with the kindergarten's logo ( two hugging teddy bears and a rainbow with a smiley sun ) on the back and her name on the neckline, a pair of denim shorts and orange converse, she managed to look as pretty as a princess.

jihyun smiled. her ice-cream was now finished. she was just observing them when she saw a stranger cross the destination of minhyeon, one of the youngest boys, also one of those who cried very easily. only those with the required patience could coax him to calmity, a great example being jihyun. minhyeon stumbled after he hit the stranger, falling to the concrete ground and starting to cry as jihyun ran to him and sweeped him up into her arms almost immediately. "hush, baby, it's okay." she whistled a soft lullaby in the boy's ear, totally ignoring the stranger's presence by her.

Kris frowned, not understanding why the other was avoiding his question. Sehun seemed to busy looking elsewhere, Kris following his eyes and noticing he was staring at his baby, Ziyi looking back at him. He didn't like it. The man pulled the baby away, the girl beginning to whine as he returned her to her stroller, ignoring her flailing limbs and whimpers as he fastened her belt. "Look, we can forget about it, alright?" He offered, assuming the boy would think about Kris meaning the babysitting offer, but really, the older man was suggesting to forget their past, all the way up from the first time he kissed the sleeping teenager at the school. "I don't think neither of us are really comfortable, so, here..." The blond dove into his backpocket, pulling his wallet out and taking out a few bills, holding the money out to the teen. For anyone, it was a big sum, enough to buy a brand new pair of expensive brand name shoes or outfit from a fancy store, but to Kris, it was just gas money. "Deal?"

@wu yifan Sehun stood frozen in his place for a great time, his gaze wandering from the father, to the daughter in his lap with a look similar to one of a person who just seen a ghost. And eventually, he wasn't sure which one were the worst. His mouth is slightly parted as if he's neither sure nor confident in his own words – it doesn't matter what he would say, nothing could save him out of this situation. "Oh… well" He mumbled mindlessly as plenty of plans ran through his mind, because there was no way in hell he would do anything to the male who is basically stalking him. "I… I don't know, am I?" he returned in another question, his eyes still refusing to meet the other's pair, instead looking at the pretty little girl on the male's lap.

@oh sehun Kris had been gazing down adoringly at his baby girl as she cooed, clutching onto the expensive fabric of his white button down shirt, bouncing her lightly as she squealed in laughter before pausing, babbling wondrously as she turned her head away from her dad, looking elsewhere. Frowning because he wasn't used to her doing that, he followed her line of sight, seeing a tall male striding up to him. "You're kidding me..." He breathed in awe, never thinking that of all possible males, it had to be /this/ one. And to think he had been flirting so hard with the boy just two weeks ago at the movies, what would the boy think finding out that Kris had a kid? "Oh...hey," The blond breathed when the teenager approached, not knowing what exactly to say. "You...you're not the babysitter, right...?" He asked, already knowing the truth but hoping maybe he was wrong because this was not a good situation. Ziyi scooted closer to her father's chest, pressing her back against him as she pursed her pouty pink lips, seeming to study the boy standing before them.

@wu yifan On the other side of the phone, Sehun was still struggling his way, looking side to side thoughtfully, trying to spot the one bench beside the swings, as the other said he was seated there. Founding the correct place was unexpectedly easy to do, and soon enough Sehun found himself nearing towards a male with a baby girl seated in his lap. But the more he had gotten closer to the pair – the more he wanted to turn back on his heels and never show his face in public again. He was certain it was him, no doubt in that, but it didn't make any sense, or so the younger male liked to believe. But his legs kept on walking, approaching the male, and his eyes surprisingly locked over the baby girl, not her father, his eyes narrowed darkly as the sight in front of his can't be anything by pure nightmare.

@oh sehun Kris' face immediately fell at the sound of the voice on the other line. It was a /male/. No way in hell was a man going to be left alone with his daughter, not if Kris was alive and kicking. Just what kind of guy did his idiot co-workers suggest this job to? Kris was hoping for a girl, at least he wouldn't be so wary if that was the case. Though the male did sound young, and vaguely familiar but Kris couldn't be sure since it was over the phone. He could hear the laughing children in the background, the same laughter he heard in front of him. The guy was close. Should Kris risk it? He was hesitant, looking down at Ziyi who had taken to staring up at him with a small 'o' of wonder on her lips before bursting into laughter. A smile pulled at his lips, the father not wanting to laugh but it was damned near impossible when your kid was this precious. Kris had to work at least sometimes. Bringing her wasn't an option. He took a deep breath, sighing into the receiver. "There's a bench behind the swing set. I'm sitting on it." He said reluctantly.

@wu yifan The phone was beeping for longer time than the already nervous babysitter was liking, yet luckily enough the parent picked up the call just as Sehun was about to hang off. 'Hello' was what he gotten in response, low, deep voice that even seemed familiar in a way, but that wasn't the time to day-dream. "Ah yeah…" He mumbled a bit nervous, while looking around the park in hope to spot someone who was currently talking on his phone. "It's the babysitter, I'm already here, where are you?" He said hastily, hoping to already found the parent and get finished with that. Walking down the playground all by himself, surrounded by crowd of single-moms that was basically eating the teen with their eyes, wasn't exactly tempting. Maybe he was lucky and the father would just hand him to baby and he could rush away from the park.
