Angel Territory

@GDragon_Angel As he walked away she laughed a bit, feeling as if a great weight were being lifted from her shoulders. It was just a talk but it might be enough to start repairing the damage that had been done at the hotel. She already started to feel her heart being mended from the little talk they had just had. For the first time since their fight had happened, she had hope.

With the knowledge that he would be there she went about her business, getting ready to return to her vampire.

@Narsha_Angel "Nine days..." He repeated, resounding the words in his mind so as not to forget that it was when they had decided to meet; not that he would. He wouldn't forget that in a hurry. "Just before dawn.." He grinned then, and started to walk away calling over his shoulder. "I'll be there to watch the sun rise."

@GDragon_Angel A small smile mirrored his as he agreed to the meeting place. It was clear he was feeling something similar to her and there was hope for them, even in this fragile state. "9 days from today, just before dawn." she said softly, hoping he remembered how much she loved the sunrise.

@Narsha_Angel "The beach.." He said slowly, as if measuring the words. A smile appeared on his face afterwards. It was one of their shared places, and a personal favourite of his too. "The beach it is." He nodded, remembering a few things that had happened there. "When would you like to meet?"

@GDragon_Angel The female had to pause and think about his question. It was almost odd the way he asked and she didn't quite know how to respond at first. What exactly would their meeting entail? What was the expectation? What would be appropriate considering their past?

"The beach." she said as it finally came to her. It was their place, the place they went when heaven had become too much and they needed to get away. They probably had more memories there than the rest of the world combined.

@Narsha_Angel He stopped in his tracks and though about her query, wondering if it would really be a good idea to. Deep down he wanted to, he desperately wanted to see her again and seeing as she had suggested it, he decided to agree. Over thinking things was what had gotten him into the mess he was in anyway. Maybe it was time to stop.

"I'd like that." He answered, turning back to look at her whilst finishing off his sentence in his head. 'I'd like that a lot.' "Is there anywhere you'd like to go..?" He asked, tilting his head slightly keeping his voice soft and quiet; a little afraid to raise it for reason unbeknownst to himself.

@GDragon_Angel His request took her back a bit but she nodded in both acknowledgement and agreement. It took a second for her to realize that he had come for her, had been to the one to save her. She couldn't remember quite why she was doing so in the first place and that was suspicious but she didn't want to fight about it, at least not then.

"Jiyong." she called out quietly, part of her seeming to fade as he moved away from her. "Can I see you again? Maybe in a week or so?" Hyojin knew it was an odd question but she wanted to try and build up at least a small part of her life-long relationship with him. She could never let him go away completely, she loved him too much for that; even if it was selfish.

@Narsha_Angel "Don't lock yourself away again." He asked softly, beginning to walk backwards away from her. The sight of him was obviously hurting her and he didn't want to cause her anymore pain. "Please..." He cast her a small smile, before turning to walk away; hands in his pockets. Something told him that he would never be able to talk to her the same way again and although he wanted to part with her differently, he figured this was good enough. He couldn't say sorry to her enough for the things he had done and he didn't expect her to forgive him; that much came as a surprise to him.

He allowed himself a small smile, understanding that even if she wasn't with him anymore she'd at least be able to find happiness somewhere else.

@GDragon_Angel She looked up at him as he spoke and she bit her lower lip, pulling it into . He clearly needed something from her but she didn't know what it would be. The female nodded anyway to let him know to continue. She would figure out if she could or could not keep the promise after he offered it.

@Narsha_Angel A warm feeling washed over him as she returned his kiss. The act itself he knew was a brash one as he didn't know how she would react, or even if she wanted him to. He knew the extent of the pain he had caused her, that much was obvious and he'd seen it for himself. He'd could recall how she felt as clearly as if it were his own feelings and he'd hated it. So he understood when she pulled away. 'You've just made things worse.' He told himself, feeling ashamed of his actions.

"Wait.." He said softly, wanting to say one thing before he didn't bother her again. "Just promise me one thing. That's all I ask." The look he gave her was sincere and he pleaded with his eyes; needing her to hear this one thing if nothing else.

@GDragon_Angel It seemed as if time was standing still for her as he continued to speak and she watched him lovingly. The tears were still threatening to come until he said something about being replaced and her eyes went wide. It was no longer just the two of them in the relationship, she had deep feelings for the vampire that could not be denied.

She had been about to say something when he kissed her. At first she didn't move but then her body responded to him. It was almost as if nothing had happened for a few seconds until she pulled away to look at him in a mixture of hurt and confusion. One apology couldn't undo the damage he had caused.

"I can't do this, not right now." Hyojin said and looked away swallowing back more tears. Her life was complicated and while she didn't know what to do with Jungmin or even if there was anything to be done she would at least respect him.

She stepped back and started walking to her home, without anything like a goodbye to Jiyong. The female wasn't in the proper emotional state to have any kind of serious discussion with him because she was still too hurt. She also didn't have time either, she had made a promise and she was going to keep it.

@Narsha_Angel Her small touches made him smile; through it all she was still just as caring as before and that fact made him want to keep on pouring out his heart to her.

"I still love you." He uttered quietly, pulling back enough to look into her eyes; one hand cupping her face as he wiped away a tear that had fallen. "You were never something I regret and.." He closed his eyes for a moment, exhaling as he gathered himself up enough to continue. "I understand if you don't want me, or want anything more to do with me. I screwed things up, I know but... I'll still care about you, still be there to look out for you, even if I've been replaced. I just thought you should know that."

With that he pressed his lips together, eyes glancing over her face as he thought about how she might take what he said. She was beautiful. No. She was perfect, from the warm glow she gave off to the softness of her eyes. He still wondered how he'd even managed to mess up a relation ship with such a seamless girl.

@GDragon_Angel His words made her heart shake within her chest and it was as if something inside of her broke into pieces. She held onto him and hugged him close, moving her hands up and down his back a bit even gently caressing his wings. Tears started to fall again and she tried her best to close them shut.

She was still hurt and angry at him over everything that had happened but the time away gave her some clarity. The female knew she still love him and still had feelings for him but she wasn't sure that she could make it work. She also wasn't sure she wanted it to work, she almost had something like a relationship with Jungmin.

Hyojin decided to push it all out of her mind and deal with one thing at a time. "Thank you for the apology, I accept." she whispered and tried her best to dry her tears. Remaining calm would be the only way she would be able to handle everything.

@Narsha_Angel He almost breathed a sigh of relief as he felt her arms wrap around him. However, not knowing how long their embrace would last he knew what he had to say. The words began spilling out of his mouth without him having to think of even having to try. "I'm so sorry." He spoke again, in the same soft tone as before. "I'm sorry for having doubts. For letting my fears get in the way... for leaving you."

He heard his voice crack as he said the last part; recalling the painful memories that came with it. The panic he felt as they wheeled her away, the horror as he realised she was beginning to shut the world off. It had really shaken him. His arms tightened around her small frame as he continued, warm tears beginning to flow down his cheeks. "I never should have left. I should have talked to you about it instead of staying silent.. I'm so sorry. I'm such an idiot."

@GDragon_Angel She stumbled a bit as he pulled her to him, despite his gentleness because she just hadn't been ready for it. Her heart felt like it fell out of her chest at his whisper and she had to swallow the tears that threatened to come. She felt completely torn as his arms wrapped around her.

He had been her first, her love, and her only real friend. She had shared everything with him but fear had driven them apart. All of the long years they had spent together and all of the trust that had been built up over many lifetimes was shattered in one morning and she didn't even know what to think.

The part of her that still desperately loved her friend was greater and took control of her, shutting down everything else as she wrapped her arms around him. She rested her head on his shoulders and fell into his embrace, silent.

@Narsha_Angel His heart leapt as she began reaching out to him, only for it to sink seconds later as she stopped. He frowned slightly, hating the painful air that had been left between them and in answer to her question reached out, taking her wrist gently in his hand as he pulled her towards him; one arm slipping around her waist as he held her. "I need you." He whispered, finding it was the truth. He did need her, after feeling so lost without her that past week and so scared after she'd tried to lock herself away he wasn't sure if he'd ever be able to forgive himself for hurting her.

Jiyon knew hugging her was a bold move and waited patiently for her to push him away, wanting to savour, what he thought, was the last time she would ever be in his arms.

@GDragon_Angel The closer he got to her the more painful it felt but she had to, just had to look at him. He was everything she had always loved an remembered standing before her speechless and rendering her the same way. What could she say? What was there to say to him? He had made himself clear when he didn't come back for her.

She couldn't say that she had tried to lock herself in her mind, woke up in a human hospital, ran off to find comfort with a vampire, and then slept with him. How could she even think about anything else since things between them had gone so horribly wrong?

Instinctively she reached out for him but stopped herself part way. She wasn't sure what there was between them anymore if anything at all. "Is there something you need?" Hyojin asked softly, looking back down at the ground and unable to meet his gaze.

@Narsha_Angel When he saw her stop he knew his words had affected her. Was he even allowed to use that name any more? Shouldn't he have called her Narsha? Thoughts swam in his find as he finally caught up to her; his hurried walk slowing down into a gently stride until he finally stopped short behind her.

His chest rose and fell as he looked at her, mouth opening before closing as he tried to think of the right words to say. He almost stopped breathing as she said his name. So it was okay... she still regarded him as someone close to her; even if she might have said it out of habit.

@GDragon_Angel She stopped dead in her tracks the moment she heard her name passing through his lips and it was as if something inside of her was breaking. The angel felt like a stained glass window tumbling down a flight of stairs but tried to compose herself before she turned to face him. Her mind was a mix of emotions and she truly didn't even know what to think.

Her breath caught in as she saw his face again and all attempts at calm composition were long gone. "Jiyong?" she asked, unable to form any other thought than to question.

@Narsha_Angel A twig snapped as she walked away, pulling him out of his private reverie. He recognised the other angel instantly; taking in the feather tattoo on her back to the way the hair fell out of the loose bun on her head. He scrambled to his feet, ignoring the voices telling him to let her go as he hurried after her. "Hyojin!... Hyojin!" He called after her, using the name with a lot more meaning behind it. He hadn't the slightest clue why he was chasing after her, only that the first time he let her get away he regretted it. And he wasn't going to let that happen now.

@GDragon_Angel It had been well over a week since she had been back in heaven and she teleported onto the cliffs to try and avoid everyone. What she hadn't counted on was the absolute one angel she was trying to avoid sitting right in front of her. It all started rushing back to her at once; the confession, the , the fight the morning after, the breakup and then nothing else. The lack bothered her but she was far too distracted by the rest to dwell upon it.

Her eyes began to tear up and she looked away, not quite able to look at him. She loved him still, despite all that had happened between them and since. Jiyong had always been there for her, her constant companion and since the fight she had felt so lost.

She turned away and started walking briskly, not even sure that he would want to see her face again.

@Narsha_Angel Jiyon sat on the edge of a white cliff face, one leg dangling over the side; the other bent, allowing him to rest his head upon his knees, fingers laced in front of his face as he let his mind wander. He'd been doing a lot of that lately - mindless thinking. Ever since his break up with Hyojin he'd steadily grown quieter, beginning to keep to himself. Most days he'd lock himself in his room, afraid of seeing her and the conflict it might cause. He'd even stopped talk to the other angels and demons he would stop and see occasionally.
Speaking of which, it was rare for him to be out in such an open area, however after having enough of feeling sorry for himself he'd decided to try and put himself back together again; starting from the bottom.

When he withdrew his hand, the angel's eyes flashed with something unknown, only known to him, "God's eyes are upon you," was all he said. He knew she'd be feeling tingly, and the touch he'd administered shouldn't bring her too much pain, since she has not much darkness in her soul. An equally potent touch on a dark creature would have sent them in agony because of the process of purging it from their bodies.

Minzy gasped as the angel touched her, the sensation breathtaking. she couldn't describe the feeling it caused. It was as if God himself had touched her.

The angel nodded, "Quite right," his wings softly flapped, surrounding them with a pleasantly soft, strangely sweet smelling breeze, "Do your best to stay in the light," he turned towards her and reached out to ghost his fingertips over her cheekbones, his touch hot yet cool at the same time.

"Evils of earth are definitely more prevalent than the Lord intended for his creation, however," Minzy watched the sun disappearing in the distance as the angel watched the moon, "Personally, I have been fortunate to have had only a few encounters with such creatures of the night."

Turning towards the now rising moon, Jinki unfurled his wings and shook them out. They grew stiff after being immobile for a while. He then turned towards her, "Tell me, young one, what evils has this earth proven to you?"

"Damning a horde of demons... that sounds... wow," was all Minzy could muster to say about those facts. The angel really perplexed her. Everything about him just brought more confusion and curiosity.

"I did not state that I was there," the angel replied cryptically, "Just that I remember the day that you happened to be born," his eyes narrowed once again as he studied the depths of her soul, "The way your soul responds to my probing tells me the exact date; I happened to be damming a horde of demons to hell that very day,"

The elf's eyes widened in surprise at the information. She had expected him to be old, but not as old as the beginning of the earth. More alarmingly, he remembered her birth. Out of millions of souls, he even knew the beginning of hers? She was at a loss for words for a few moments, which was rare since it was hard to catch someone as wise and intelligent as an elf off guard, "You were there when I was born?"
