New Year Eve was about reminiscing. What had been achieved in the past and what should be improved in the future. That's what Luhan learned from his ancestors and that's what he taught his children too. That and how in New Year they needed to forgive and forget all the hurt and misunderstanding that had happened. Leaving the jealousy and hatred behind, reaching out for love and hope.

The pregnant fairy smiled as he looked outside his windows. Human laughing and mermaid singing. Fairies dancing and werewolf howling. Holding his hand on his chest, he prayed for his lover and their children and those whom they loved and cared, wishing only happiness ahead (though he knew it was impossible) and safety for them all. He opened his eyes and saw a falling star. His prays must've been heard.
