Batch No. 216 has completed basic testing at facility 0219 and passed. They will now be  released and relocated to Camp ReGen16, a.k.a "The Doll House" Camp.

Caution should be excercised. The Dolls are built to withstand extreme conditions, and may be prone to harming others they see as threats.

  Welcome to the Dystopian World. Where the Government over sees all. After hundreds of years of war against one another, Asia is finally at a golden age in its Political and Military History. Having banded together, and created the U.L.A.N, or the United Legion of Asian Nations, it includes China, the Phillippines, Japan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Inodnesia, amd Korea (both north and south rejoined in 2106). Scientific Advances have allowed civilians reassurance in prosperity, and peace from the millenia of war previously fought and all Asian Peoples were united as one simple Asia. In this world, the people who had once been considered flawed (mentally unstable) were pulled from the population in the year 2200, their genetic code taken, and from them stemmed the greatest and most powerful army the world had come to know.
Created in labs, these "dolls" as they had come to be known, were born with mental instabilities. The instabilities were channeled, and they were trained from the moment they were alive, to use them for the purpose of "defending the Asianic People" from "the corruption, destruction, and impurities the western world brings." The goal not genocide, but defense--to simply protect their world from others outside it.
These were Asia's newest armies. Men and Women, engineered and brainwashed from creation to fight and kill all those not of their world.
Their lives didn't matter, as long as they did what they were asked to do. The most unstable ones who proved to be pure geniuses in strategy and leadership were made into officers, but all of them were overseen by the government and scientists, who made sure none malfunctioned.

  In the event a problem did arise, it was dealt with swiftly. How? Oh there are so many many ways...often times the Scientists themselves have fun and use their imaginations to the greatest extent. The Scientists however are not always unkind. While some do enjoy experimenting on the subjects they created, some also play the roles of medics and therapists, making sure that the creations were cared for as the government tended to neglect them as long as they simply did the job they were created to do.

  Welcome to the Doll House. A Military Base that runs like a mental institution loaded with weapons, soldiers, medics, and everything needed to fight and defend nearby towns from attack.

You can apply as either a Scientist, or a Soldier. Both can be officers. But once officer positions are filled, they will not reopen until the experiement holding the title is terminated.

All Soldiers will have a number tattooed on the back of their necks.

RULES

00. YOU MUST BE ATLEAST 16 YEARS OLD TO APPLY. REASON BEING THIS IS AN RP THAT FEATURES MORE MATURE THEMES. 

01. Subscribe; Upvoting is optional but appreciated.

02. 3rd POV only. 1st pov is OOC talk only; OOC talk in brackets:  [[ ]], (( )), {{ }}.

03. Be active 3 days a week at least, after ten days of inactivity you will get a warning. If u fail to respond to the warning after three days you will get another warning, after two days of not responding to the second warning you will be kicked out and will have to reapply/request to be reaccepted.

04. ABSOLUTELY NO OOC DRAMA. This is the one and only thing that will get you instantly kicked out of the rp. We do not want people getting hurt, upset, ot leaving because of ooc drama.

05. NO GODMODDING. I allow IC Drama, and is allowed ONLY IF both parties agree to it, but even if is rp-ed godmodding should be minimal. 

06. Foul language, abuse, drama, , etc are all allowed here for in character use only. I dont want people cursing other people out in an ooc fight. Otherwise the admins are really relaxed about things and we dont care lol.

07. One character per person. 

08. Please set up a profile for your character within the first week of joining. Even if its plain text, it must contain the application info at least. Password is the year you were born.

09. , Yuri, Straight, etc is all allowed here. But no marriage, pregnancy, or M-Preg as of yet. It wouldnt make sense to have kids here...

10. on walls, designated rooms that state  ' is allowed' and PM only!! All other Rooms will be rated M for violence, gore, and language only. Drinking + Smoking is allowed.

11. Finally have fun and be creative and as detailed with gore, angst and other stuff as you want~
