This honestly has NOTHING to do with you guys but I am determined to tell everyone I know what I'm doing, so everyone can bear witness!
I find when I don't tell anyone I lose motivation and there is no one to ask "So, how's your workout going?" and of course I feel no shame in quitting or pressure to keep going.
Now I don't think I'm fat, but I am without a doubt terribly out of shape and without any muscle to speak of. All the muscle is on my legs from the horses.
Here's a picture from today. Ignore ugly mosquito bite and scratch from my demon cat.
See? NO muscle, just some belly fat there, untoned and bothering the hell out of me.
So that's my first goal. Abs. It's haying season so my upper body is about to get a workout lifting tons of hay.
ON a side note these are also my new jeans, they are Miss Chic, I love them and reccomend them to any of you ladies.
And I know you can't see it, but this was the last picture I took from back when I was still in shape. Flat flat flat stomach and could keep running forever. That was two years ago. Just leaving it here for my own motivation.
So that's all!
