I am sorry not sorry for this one.
Just because you are in an rp and playing a character does not give you a reason to be a jerk. It is one thing if the attitude is just part of the character in an AU roleplay as long as pretty much everyone has to deal with that character's jerk nature and/or whatever drama it may cause is planned ooc. It is NOT however okay for a character or roleplayer to be mean to someone else under other circumstances, especially if the roleplay is non-au. I don't think that is acceptable at all.
You are trying to be the idol. Why would you have them be mean or petty to someone else just because? That is not cool at all.
It's happening to me in one rp so badly that I didn't even want to respond to wall posts because I didn't want to have to reply or even see them being a jerk to my character who was just being nice. Honestly it has gotten so bad that the person has started affecting my opinions of that idol in real life. I told the rper this and the sad thing is that I am expecting to be the one kicked out of the rp. There is honestly something wrong with that but then again, I don't want to be a part of any roleplay that says that kind of behavior is okay.
Long story short, don't be mean. You don't have to be mean.
