This is your everyday basic apartment au. It's the basic white tee of aurps & I'm not going to promise that it's anything more than just an apartment au. There will be little to no events and I do not promise activity in any way at all, I won't even preach it because everyone on this site has grown old and busy with life. If you are looking for an active, lively rp with quick responses, this is not the place for you.
Rather than an rp bustling with activity, I want everyone here to explore themselves as writers. Write yourself a character that grows with each interaction they make and take your time deciding who you interact with. I want to see color in this place with vivid personalities that go against the norm. Let's see what characters you can write that aren't cold, rich egalitarians with a dark past. I want to see mallable characters with room for growth. Why have the darkness in the past when you can experience here?

Families are born here, young adults explore their new careers here, it's a place where everybody knows each other and gossip about each other's lives. Tenants get into conflict with each other but then bond over apartment barbeques and a couple beers. It's perfection with all of its imperfections.

01 Unless you have parents in the roleplay, you must be 18+. Of course you may modify your age in whichever way you would like.
02 Pregnancy & marriage are definitely allowed. Move in couples are welcome! No dating ban, you may make your own mistakes however you'd like.
03 Keep ooc drama to the minimum, but ic drama to the maximum. ...okay, you don't have to keep ic drama to the maximum, but it'd be refreshing to see drama that isn't destructive once in a while. I honestly think it'd be great if drama wasn't planned, if someone betrays you ic, please don't get butthurt ooc. I want to see ic revenge. Please tell us about how small your ex's is or how they refused to take their socks off during .
04 Rp in the rooms if possible. Please don't leave people hanging. I don't care (but maybe they do) if you respond to their room post 3 weeks late, just make sure you don't leave a person hanging. Please state in your profile whether you'd prefer to be dropped after an x amount of days or if you do drop people after an x amount of days and don't be afraid to go back to someone who dropped a plot with you previously because maybe there's an even better plot for the two of you to do together now!
05 Don't leave if you're going to go on a hiatus or if you're going to be busy. Keep us on the backburner if you must, inactives begin to appear after 2 weeks. But if you must leave, we'll be glad to keep your character deactivated and ready for you to reboot at anytime!
06 Comment below your face claim. Reservations last 3 days before being deleted. Unlimited faceclaims per soul, please be responsible with how you manage your faceclaims!
