horizon in a nutshell
HORIZON RP primarily starts and takes place in the titular train station that is hosted on a world connecting all the worlds in the multiverse. This world goes by the name of Aetherion and is mostly shrouded in mystery. Seldom do those summoned here venture too far out into the world past the train station's vast property and into what's known as "Yonderland" to locals and tourists alike, but slowly—little by little—people are beginning to creep and crawl and uncover the secrets of the world.
Check out our FAQ for more info! You won't need to read every little thing right away, but everything is there to give you an idea of the world and how it operates. This RP was loosely based on and takes elements from Wreck-it-Ralph and Into the Spiderverse.

❛ ⌗ ﹕ HELLO, EVERYONE! Welcome to HORIZON—an 18+ animanga RP residing in the center of the multiverse! It is a sandbox-ish style group for any and every muse! You can create and explore just about any kind of plot within reasonable limitations* as well as create and explore many plotlines with different muses. All you have to do is think it, and the world is your oyster!

Created the rp thread and started working on it right away. Slowly started adding rooms and pasting the information needed for the roleplay to open later.

General Guidelines
BEFORE RESERVING ⨳ Favorite the RP to be accepted. Upvote if you like us. We will not accept accounts made the same day or week they request a faceclaim as they have a tendency to be deleted without prior notice, but we do welcome new accounts. We reserve the right to decline your entry for the sake of keeping community comfort and peace.
DISCLAIMER ⨳ Admins reserve the right to reject any application we see as problematic. That being said, absolutely no OOC drama though IC drama is welcome in places where it's appropriate. We are an easy going rp filled with laid back people who wish to vibe and write at their own pace. If you cause trouble to the point where an admin has to step in they will take action how they see fit.
MATURE CONTENT ⨳ This is not a rated RP. You cannot in rooms. All rated and mature content must be kept to walls and PMs. If you ever see something that makes you feel uncomfortable while in this RP, please notify the admins of what happened and make sure you use our safe phrase "code red" when needed.
IC & OOC DRAMA ⨳ For the love of all that is good, do NOT start, continue, or even discuss ooc drama. We're all adults but we don't have time for your , and we want this place to be chill. If you are caught making a scene in public spheres over OOC drama, you will be issued one strike. Any further strikes is an automatic removal. If you find yourself in drama or in any discomfort with a member in general, please approach the admin(s) immediately with screenshots. We will not take your word for it if you don't. IC drama is allowed in threads with the consent of all involved parties, but not in public chats. Please do not be an and make everyone else uncomfortable. Our safe phrase is "code red" for now.
LEAVING ⨳ If you wish to leave the roleplay, PM an admin with the reason for your departure. We ask for a reason so we can have feedback on how to improve the rp for those who will still be here and just in the future. Failure to do so will result in you being blacklisted from the roleplay. Do NOT comment about leaving or leave without telling us. You will NOT be let back in.

INACTIVITY ⨳ Inactivity is set to 30 days with regular check ins to make sure you're still with us in between. You will not receive notice before you are kicked as you are responsible for your own activity. Please request a hiatus or leave instead of going inactive; hiatuses last 3 weeks for now. Any longer and we suggest you leave and return later.
WARNING ⨳ We will kick you out without warning if you go inactive because you should be aware of your own activity. If you get removed for inactivity, you will have to wait three days before you can come back. If you are removed a second time, you will have to wait a week. After three times, you will be banned from joining for a month. If you're ever removed for inactivity, your claims will be up for grabs again, so try to stay active if you want to keep them.

Face Claim Guidelines
FACE CLAIMS ⨳ Face claims must be 18+ originally in their universe. When reserving them, please follow the comment format. All reservations last for 24 hours as the app is easy to fill out. All orientations, genders, pronouns and races are accepted here.
Also know that when you join the RP, you must also set up a dp your first day AND set up a profile with basic trivia (age, job, orientation, ooc info, etc.) your first week. You can use your application if needed. Those who do not set up a dp within 24 hours will be removed.
CHARACTERS ⨳ There is no character cap at the moment and your first 5 muses are free with the stipulation that you will have at least one thread for each your first month in the RP. Any additional characters can be earned at either 150 points with any prior characters, post an intro with any prior characters, have at least one thread with any prior characters, be in the rp at least a full month, OR full profiles for all prior muses. You can do a combination of the above as well. What constitutes a full profile? Basically, you'll need to have OOC info, basic stats about your muse, information about their personality, and at least 2 plots or connections.
DATING & BONDING ⨳ There will be absolutely NO dating your first two weeks in the RP. Everyone is and will stay single their first two weeks. Move-in couples are welcome, but we do still ask that you talk outside of your ship partner(s). This is to encourage more genuine bonding and interactions as well as muse building and development.
MUSE HOGGING ⨳ If we suspect you of muse hogging, it's because you either post once to avoid the inactive sign and then never post again, get a bunch of characters and you aren't active with all of them, etc. Should you be suspected of hogging muses, we will give you one warning and you will have to do three starters/replies that are at least a paragraph in length over the next week OR for the lazy folks, get 50 points a day for the next 3 days without spamming. After that, we will remove you from them.
