A florist hums along while setting up her shop, a student jots notes in a café, and a delivery driver checks his route. Behind the static and music, untold stories unfold, colliding, connecting, and creating the lifeblood of the city.

Welcome to Biteu, Duke’s beloved radio station and the heart of this city!au roleplay. The radio serves as both a backdrop and a central point of connection for the characters’ lives—whether it’s a morning show, breaking news, or late-night confessions.

Duke is a cosmopolitan hub, a vibrant city where people from all walks of life—locals and newcomers alike—call home. Its neighborhoods reflect a rich tapestry of cultures, from the bustling streets of Tokyo to the vibrant heart of Brazil. Biteu’s broadcasts tie it all together, offering a place for everyone to belong.

RESERVATION VALIDITY ✦ Accepted reservations are valid for 48 hours after notification. However, I won’t be stressing over it unless someone else requests the same faceclaim or skeleton you’ve reserved

THE UNIVERSE ✦ This is a city!au RP set in the present time. There are no strict limitations—if it’s something that can happen in a city, it can happen here. The radio show is a central, ongoing element within the setting.

FACECLAIMS ✦ Faceclaims are allowed as long as both the faceclaim and character are 21 years or older, IC and OOC. We welcome international faceclaims from any country. However, banned faceclaims include individuals involved in criminal cases, those who’ve explicitly stated they don’t want to be used in roleplay, or any problematic figures.

OC NAME & AGE ✦ Characters must use original names instead of their faceclaim names. You may modify your character’s age by up to 3 years (either increase or decrease), but the character must still be 21 years old in-character.

PROFILES & INFO ✦ You must set up a display picture (DP) within 24 hours of joining, or you will be removed. Additionally, you have one week from being tagged in the welcome room to complete at least the basics of your profile, and three weeks to post a monologue or start a thread with another writer.

CHARACTERS COUNT ✦ You may have up to 3 characters. You’ll need an upvote and two active threads to create a second character. For a third character, four active threads are required.

DISCLAIMER ✦ Be respectful to all writers, both IC and OOC. Harassment, bullying, or negative comments about other writers and their characters (especially behind their backs) are not allowed. Concerns about rule violations should be addressed directly with the admins, not used as gossip. Let's keep the environment friendly, supportive, and inclusive.

Keep OOC discussions light and relevant to the roleplay. Avoid personal issues or unrelated life events to maintain a positive and focused atmosphere.

CONSENT ✦ All parties involved should discuss and agree upon major and minor actions involving another character (e.g., fights, relationships, injuries, small interactions) to ensure fairness and respect for everyone's creative input. Godmodding (taking control of another writer's character without permission) is strictly prohibited.

OOC & IC BOUNDARIES ✦ Keep OOC discussions separate from IC interactions. Personal conflicts or drama should not affect the roleplay. Use the designated OOC chat for general talk. There’s also a room for interacting as your characters with others on non-IC/canon matters to explore personalities and communication styles. Please use all spaces responsibly.

MATURE CONTENT & IC DRAMA ✦ Keep explicit or inappropriate conversations out of public chats—save those for private messages or spaces where others won’t be affected. The safe word is "not today, Satan." Be clear about your boundaries when it comes to mature content (violence, romance, language, etc.) and ensure everyone involved is comfortable with it. If mature themes are included, get consent first and always label content appropriately so others can choose whether or not to engage.

MENTIONS OF OTHERS ✦ Do not mention other roleplays or their characters. This helps maintain focus and avoids unnecessary comparisons or distractions.

LEAVING & BEING REMOVED ✦ If you decide to leave the roleplay, you must PM the admin with your reason for leaving. Please ensure you’ve properly informed the writers you’re collaborating with, said your goodbyes, and tied up any loose ends in your storylines. If there are unresolved issues with other writers, communicate and address them respectfully, or share your feedback with the admin. Leave amicably and with consideration for others.

Let the admin know if you’d like your characters to be kept in case you wish to return in the future. However, if you become inactive and unreachable, your access to your characters will be removed, and they will not be kept.

NOTICE ✦ Stay active in the roleplay! If you cannot post for an extended period (1 month inactivity), please notify the admins and your writing partners in advance to avoid holding up stories. If you need a break or hiatus, please request it—communication is key to keeping things moving smoothly.

NOTE ✦ All points are automatically disabled unless in designated IC rooms. This allows you to accurately track your activity and engagement based on your writing contributions.
