Welcome to the help desk! This is your go-to place for managing characters, taking breaks, or adding a personal touch to Duke’s world. Here’s what you need to know:
 

• Character Changes: You can request one character change (CC) per month. Choose wisely!
• Additional Characters: Interested in adding to your roster? Use the reservation form when requesting and ensure all requirements from the rules are met.
• Hiatus Requests: Need a break? Hiatus lasts for one month, but keep in mind there’s a one-month cooldown before requesting another.
• Room Requests: Want to add a new location? Specify the room type (public like a café or private like a home) and its section (Uptown, Downtown, etc.). Private rooms must stay active—if there’s no activity after a month, they’ll be removed.
