@N웃☥ chowchow The woman in front of him was definitely crazy. That was Sehun's conclusion. He shouldn't associate with her, much less follow her just because of a limited edition pink plush toy - she could be a human trafficker and Sehun's pretty sure that someone like him might bring her lots of money. Nonetheless, the prospect of owning that limited edition unicorn he couldn't find anywhere in any online shop was enough for Sehun to decide to tag along. He was still walking in public after all, with lots of CCTV around so there was no way he could be the victim to human trafficking. At least he hoped so.

Before he could retort to the woman's comment, she already turned away and stalked off, the bag of six bubble teas and Sehun's lone bubble tea sitting on the table. Did she really think he would carry those for her when she was the one who needed to get them delivered? Shaking his head, Sehun followed her and despite the dislike he felt towards the woman, he still carried the bubble tea cups for her.

@N유☥ milktea_princess Cao Lu leaned forward and squinted a bit. "Me? Untrustworthy?" Cao Lu pointed her index finger to her chest. "I'll have you know in my 28 years of life I've never been told I was untrustworthy until this very paradigm in time," Cao Lu stood up straight again and put her hands on her hips. "It's kind of ironic that I'm being called a liar by a punk," Cao Lu looked down closed her eyes and sighed. "Well, if you really feel inclined to tag alongside me to work then so be it," Cao Lu her heels. "But you're carrying the bubble tea as compensation for my troubles."

@N웃☥ chowchow The slap came unexpected and it was far stronger than one would assume a lady like the one in front of him was capable of, but nonetheless, his body lurched forward, almost pushing the bubble tea cup off the table hadn't it been for his fast reflexes catching the forward movement in the last moment. He glares at her, not liking the way she treated him. It wasn't really a smart move of her to call him a little booger either, her way of speaking annoyed him greatly and despite his want to own the pink plush toy she offered, his pride was important, too, he couldn't simply disregard it like that.

"I don't trust you," he said, arms crossed in front of his chest. "You're not a trustworthy adult, so I'll go follow you to your office." His decision was quickly made. It was better like that. He could follow her to her work place and bug her there if she didn't do her part of the agreement, and if she was still unwilling to give him the plushie, he could still resort to other methods, such as accusing her of stealing his bubble tea and of hitting him. After all, people inside the coffee shop had seen it; he could see the girl at the counter shake her head and look at him with worried eyes. He had a witness. Not to mention that he's pretty sure there is CCTV inside of the shop, so he would have the proof in digital form as well.

@N유☥ milktea_princess Cao Lu's inner witch started to cackle in delight. Though she never let that show on the outside. Maybe it had already shown on the outside, Cao Lu already looked weird and awkward enough. Maybe she should stop over thinking everything too, she's pretty sure no one ever looks her way on purpose anyway. She also mentally noted not to get off track when in the middle of a serious argument with some random kid who liked overrated Kpop groups. Which reminded her of another mental note she made earlier to get some milk when she gets home because her cat was so damn needy. Which reminded her of her OTHER mental note to make it on time to her workplace and get that bubble tea order, which pulled her back into reality. Oh , the bubble tea! She thought. Hopefully she didn't look too weird having an inner turmoil. And hopefully she could get this damn bubble tea from this kid before she ripped his piercings right out of his ears;like the really cool artist guy, Van Gopher or something? Cao Lu never paid much attention in subjects that mentioned the west anyway.

"Alright, I'm glad we could come to an agreement," Cao Lu slapped him hard on the back, a little harder than she really should've-he probably could've charged for assault if he was a minor. Wait, can he still charge for assault now? Cao Lu really needed to brush up on her Korean Politics. "You little booger," It slipped out while she was thinking over her rights as a citizens and laws governing her, oops. "And I'll be taking that," Cao Lu quickly swiped for the bubble tea before the kid could hold it away from and start saying stuff like: "Can I REALLY trust you?" Or something even more annoying. "And before I go, I need to ask, when do you want this flamboyant and where?" Cao Lu stopped him with an index finger to his face before he could get an answer in. "And I swear to the Lord above, if you pull some street thug gangster on me I will tell all your little gang members about that open tab."

@N유⚔ royalion + @N웃✞ misanthrope Chanyeol’s grip on the microphone loosened with the dulling of the vibrations that traveled through the practice room, breath coming out in puffs and deep exhales as a grin expanded to form a pair of indents into the plumpness of his cheeks. Callused fingertips grasping around the pick of his guitar to bring said plectrum to the back pocket of his trousers, a yawn, followed by a roll of his head back, his neck popped with the removal of the strap fixed across the back of his spine supporting the weighty instrument. The palm of his hand catching onto faint dampness trickling down the hairline of his forehead while collecting several of his belongings, he adjusted a snapback cap onto a mop of tousled red strands as well as dark colored specks that threatened to slip down the bridge of his nose. Bidding farewell to his fellow musicians with the promise of reuniting soon and indulging further into Composition, Ensemble, Music Theory, and Ethics, the course information that lied at their fingertips daily, Chanyeol left the building at the edge of the campus grounds for a much preferred downtime over at another part of Seoul.

The autumn sky was already blooming, clouds painted rich oranges and vibrant pinks, reflecting off the river as he headed for the subway station. While the train glided silently into the station, casting a shadow over the platform Chanyeol stood together with the remnants of waiting passengers, crowds boarded hastily as the doors opened. The platform was left with scurrying people heading home in the dusk. Uncaringly the train’s doors noisily slammed shut and a moments silence was followed by the gentle electrical murmur as the train slid out of the station. Revealing a mobile device from the front pocket of his hoodie, before his fingers scrolled through the feed of messages presented upfront and filled with excitement, he was greeted with a slight outdated wallpaper of an outlined drawing of triforce signatures, one of the said singular ornaments now tattooed atop of his upper arm and precisely drawn to match its other counterparts. Smiling at the visual image of his girlfriend and subtle addition of his boyfriend’s fingers laying the foundations of a crown atop of Ahyoung’s head, translating their unspoken feelings into those of adoration and appreciation of his aforementioned eagerness about their reunion, Chanyeol began to type in a response.

A faint crackling and the sound of the announcement coming from the PA system informing him about their next destination withdrew his attention from the screen. With a swift swipe of his fingers, Chanyeol added another set of peach shaped emoticons to express his gratitude before being able to do so in person. Sharp hisses from the air brakes made him rise from his position near the entrance of the cabin, sling of the soft case design of his guitar bag slung over his shoulder as he exited the vehicle. The appointed location was near their favorite bubble tea restaurant, except when he set foot into the mall, people crowding against him left and right; a slight frown creased the space in between his brows, feet carrying him towards a more secluded part of the public place until the presence of familiar figures sat on a particular bench exposed his gums in a broad grin, expression set as his fingers curled around the sling of his bag in exhilaration. Beautiful was the right word to describe the pair in their state of dress, soft and clean garments curling around Kangjoon’s defined form, whereas Ahyoung’s blazer tapered down her slim waistline and clung to her figure in all the right places, complementing and enhancing their features without predominating a significant portion of their attire. ‘’I’m sorry, did I make you two wait long?’’ Approaching without a single falter in his step, Chanyeol dipped down the last half inch so that their lips could touch, greeting first Kangjoon and then Ahyoung with a brief peck.

@N웃⚔ illumination + @N웃✞ misanthrope : Upon Kangjoon's approval and agreement, Ahyoung simultaneously reached for Chanyeol's bubble tea and her phone. "Ready?" Her question didn't seem to require words, instead just the acknowledgment of his fingers lingering above her head. Her eyes almost immediately drifted to the crown Kangjoon had made atop her head as she opened up the camera on her smartphone, chuckling at the flattery. Flattery was, admittedly, something each one of them was accustomed to from their other counterparts, Chanyeol in particular, who not-so-surprisingly did a good job of flattering both his lovers and himself. Ahyoung herself had long since accepted the fact that the comeliness of Kangjoon could not be captured by or portrayed through a mundane two-dimensional picture– whether digital or printed. A simple picture, no matter who the photographer, would not and could not capture his naturally chiseled jawline nor do justice for the contours of his cheekbones; lighting nor quality, no matter how perfect, could not capture the glow of his skin, the color of his eyes, or the redness of his lips. Most of all, still pictures of him would not capture the candid Kangjoon that she had grown familiar and fallen in love with. If one wanted to witness the comeliness of Seo Kangjoon, it would have to be in the flesh rather than through mere pictures.

Ahyoung's smile in the picture was far from forced– the presence of Kangjoon beside her and the thought of reuniting with Chanyeol was more than enough to engender a genuine smile. Posing with the bubble tea at close proximity to her cheeks and making sure that Kangjoon's fingers were visible, she snapped the picture, sending it to their group chat. It was just now that she opened the group chat and saw Chanyeol's influx of messages, scattered emojis, and occasional selfies. "We're in love with a dork of a pup," she mused, sending the picture and tapping a brief message: "We're waiting for you with bubble tea." Her proper capitalization was a contrast compared to his nearly incoherent texts, mostly capitalized and punctuation disregarded. Sending the message, Ahyoung exited the messaging application, but not before letting her eyes linger on her phone background. It was none other than a picture of her and Chanyeol, him in a wife beater with his toned arms showcased perfectly for her viewing pleasure on the daily.

It was around their second year of college that he began to go to the gym regularly, and as the days passed, Ahyoung came to notice that his arms became more muscular than lean, helping to accentuate the sleeve tattoo he had gotten at the end of high school. As if his smile, dimple, and height hadn't been swoon-worthy enough, his arms soon became drool-worthy themselves. The best moments were when Chanyeol would wear wife beaters while playing drums; the fluid, fierce and precise movements of his bared arms were enough to make even the most stoic swoon. Those aforementioned moments were only outshined by the secure and intimate embraces and cuddles that he reserved solely for herself and Kangjoon. Looking at them was one thing, but feeling them skin against skin, even if obstructed by layers of clothing, was another. Yet despite all her appreciation, Ahyoung rarely ever expressed it beyond inching closer whenever he gathered her and Kangjoon in an embrace, knowing that he most definitely did not need the extra ego boost.

Switching off her phone, Ahyoung's smile grew softer and more endeared at the image of Chanyeol's gleeful reaction, a vague idea of the abundance of messages that would be sent their way. "Definitely," she agreed with a nod, taking a brief moment to glance at Kangjoon to take in his features before reaching for her own milk tea to take a sip.

@N유⚔ royalion At the sight of Ahyoung’s smile, brilliant in its easy immediacy, happiness replaced the immediate escalation of discomfort engendered in his attempt at distraction. But distract he had and Kangjoon reciprocated her endeared amusement with serene eyes and an empathetic presence, smile drifting and lips settling as his features settled into their perfunctory courtesy, concealing his standard detachment in constructed consideration. Exempt from his often unfavorable opinions, Ahyoung and Chanyeol – the name underneath his thumb, representing the person present through the digital medium connecting them, promising them an imminent reunion – were the sole exceptions to hostile assumption, simplification and allocation to scornful categories. He harbored an inherent mistrust of all that approached him and introduced themselves with excessive interest or exaggerated generosity, ending in unfair (and often inaccurate) suspicions of malevolent intent and accusations and inconsiderate actions stemming from incorrect assumptions about character. He reduced people to their most reprehensible traits, simplified them to their most contemptible characteristics and a portion of him loathed himself for it, for these contemptuous thoughts and insolent presumptions, for his select attention to two and his prejudice in the assignment of his time, patience and comprehension. These sentiments went unshared, contained and internalized out of his preference for restraint, withheld even in the most meaningful and intimate of his relationships. He hadn’t seen the need, not with Ahyoung’s hand warm and reassuring in his, her lips against the indentation of his cheek and her posture straightening then leaning to guide them to any place but the present.

Joining her in their much appreciated departure from the restaurant, he submitted to her decision and acquiesced in their trip to their intended location, presenting no more resistance nor complaint than an instance of momentary delay than when he caught sight of several snapbacks in a store display. They evoked the thought of Chanyeol and his ridiculous (and adorable) snapback addiction – an addiction proven through their prominence in most of his gratuitous selfies, including the one sent to them no more than fifteen minutes ago. It seemed only appropriate that they return the service and he hummed his assent as he sat beside her, reaching for his peach milk tea and disregarding from forgiveness the potential offense of her first comment. She had not intended discomfort nor distress with her comment and Kangjoon understood as much, communicating his pardon through the touching of their fingertips and the nodding of his head – a motion of acknowledgement of her suggestion.

Taking his drink and raising it to his lips, he had already closed his lips around the straw and sipped from it when she finished her addition. While swallowing, he demonstrated through action what couldn’t be conveyed through words, cup set aside to signal a thumbs up and fingers disentangled to fold contribution to her picture: his forefinger, middle finger and ring finger held up and spread out, becoming the improvised crown to be placed atop her head. He wiggled his fingers as an indication of his preparedness, endearment pulling at one corner of his mouth. “We’re not the only ones.” Referring to her comment on his enthusiasm – though she seemed no less so, if her suggestion to send a selfie reflected her own anticipation, – Kangjoon envisioned the probable response: a moment of silent elation and appreciation then a deluge of messages in response, containing compliments sincere in their admiration and declarations of inspiration promised to be acted upon later, only to be forgotten in their boyfriend’s eagerness to see them once again. “Someone is going to be happy to get a response.”

@N유✞ misanthrope Ahyoung caught only the smallest glimpse of Kangjoon's smile before it faded as quickly as it appeared, but it was a genuine one that rarely graced the eyes of the public, an expression usually reserved for her and Chanyeol. She could only assume that it was said boyfriend's doing, his texts never failing to brighten either of their days. It was just as easy to assume the reason his smile faded: the woman standing a maximum of fifteen feet away from them. His thumb caressed hers affectionately, and she gave him a small smile, one that assured them both that their suffering was merely temporary and fleeting before their departure from the shop and reunion with Chanyeol.

Their boyfriend's innate ability to keep a conversation going on his own accord never ceased to amaze her, even though his unrelenting messaging had long since become a constant of her day. Kangjoon's acknowledgment of her own irritation at the woman seemed perfectly timed– had her attention not been averted, Ahyoung's glare would've intensified to the point of burning holes. Instead, her eyes softened at the sound of Kangjoon's voice, briefly, before brightening with soft laughter at both his display and Chanyeol's corniness and conveyed eagerness that was made clear through his messages. His display signified the final stretch of their suffering, Ahyoung's name resounding throughout the shop to alert her that their bubble tea was finally ready. Allowing her laughter to quiet down, she headed towards the counter to retrieve their beverages, but not before pressing a peck onto Kangjoon's showing dimple, lips still partially spread in a beaming smile. "I think we're both far from ecstatic to get out of here," she chuckled, one hand joined with his and the other carrying the plastic bag of bubble tea.

She took the liberty of leading the both of them out of the store and away from the lady (who still had not ceased her ludicrousness and lunacy), heading to a particular bench located on the more isolated side of the mall. Away from the eyes of others, she set down the bag of bubble tea and sat down on the bench herself, gently urging Kangjoon to place himself beside her with a considerate tug of his hand. "Maybe we should send him a selfie too, since you seem to be bursting with enthusiasm at the idea of his arrival," Ahyoung suggested with a teasing tone and radiant smile, handing Kangjoon his peach milk tea, "or I'll take a selfie and you can make your presence known through other means than showing your face," Ahyoung added, having momentarily forgotten Kangjoon's distaste for selfies and videos. She had learned to understand this part of him, never forcing him outside of his comfort zone, instead, seeking subtle loopholes as a solution; loopholes that often came in the form of bunny ears or randomly placed peace signs, something Ahyoung only tolerated from him and Chanyeol. Though of course, the latter much rather preferred (and enjoyed) to flaunt his face, and if possible, his arms– most rightfully (and appreciatively) so.

@N유⚔ royalion Kangjoon had been correct. Multitudinous messages interspersed with the occasional emoticon constituted his phone’s lock screen, including a gratuitous image of his boyfriend’s face and a description of his surroundings, understated in appreciation in favor of contending his innate charm and attractiveness. Such confidence became someone like him, someone whose presence complimented and contributed to the atmosphere in its inclusive sincerity and benignity, someone whose smile spread farther than his eyes (joyous in its contagiousness) and whose actions originated from the immeasurable depths of his heart, containing all the compassion and devotion that his frame could barely contain and the world could not shelter. Chanyeol embodied all the optimism, hope and innocence that Kangjoon had lost to his childhood but rather than engendering jealousy, it produced an untold fondness – a fondness that curled at the corners of his mouth just as Ahyoung’s hand curled around his.

The beginnings of a smile blossomed into a complete one, though minor and momentary, and carried into the natural tangling of their fingers and the reassuring pressing of their palms together. His thumb began caressing the length of hers before he registered the resolution of the transaction and the introduction of their wait, patience thinning even as Ahyoung guided them to the area set aside for announcing and presenting drinks. Multiple people meandered about the counter and Kangjoon had to contain the surmounting irritation he felt regarding the entire ordeal and the sole person responsible for it and his displeasure – an annoyance condensed and expressed perfectly by Ahyoung’s commentary on the woman.

He nodded his agreement, finding amusement in her statement and the truth of it, and attempted to direct his attention on other, less idiotic topics. But his attempt proved ineffectual as the person’s voice only rose in volume and immaturity, escalating to heights impossible to ignore as her assertions and offers became progressively more dubious and derogatory in content. Her last comment – an outrageous assumption proceeded by an even more outrageous and inappropriate generalization – triggered an indignant contempt at her inconsideration and injudiciousness of her words – a loathing quelled only by Ahyoung’s shoulder against his side, placating his anger through the intention it conveyed.

Her automatic response reminded him of her own irritation and his responsibility in alleviating it – a reciprocation of consideration achieved with the answering of her earlier question. “He’s on his way.” His phone having dimmed since his initial use of it, Kangjoon tapped the screen and inputted his passcode to navigate to the group chat. In the minutes it had taken for them to situate themselves, Chanyeol had sent several additional messages as a continuation of his earlier conversation with himself. “Fear not,” He repeated, eyes departing the screen to capture Ahyoung’s own and hold them in a stare intended to distract. “Composer and musical genius Park Chanyeol is near.” The accompanying emoji and peaches incited a single laugh from him and, channeling the enthusiasm Chanyeol always stimulated in him (even in absence), he imitated the expression of the featured emoji – tongue framed in a smile and one eye closed. @N유✞ sirene It took mere seconds for the transaction to be completed, Ahyoung locating a 10,000 won bill in her wallet, plucking it out, and smoothly handing it over to the cashier across her in one fluid motion. This was how transactions should be performed; quick and precisely rather than in an immature manner. One had to be considerate of the employee as well– having taken up a few part-time jobs over the summer, Ahyoung knew how cumbersome it was to be stuck in a shop attending to unsophisticated pricks. Her eyes traveled to Kangjoon's hand, which lingered at his side while the other hand's fingers deftly tapped on the screen of his phone, the familiar group chat illuminating the screen. "What's the update on his whereabouts?" Ahyoung asked with an endeared chuckle, eyes catching the series of black text on gray backgrounds that was surely none other than Chanyeol's.

The cashier's voice rang out again, and her attention briefly transfixed itself on the woman across from her. "That'll be it. Just toss the receipt, thank you," Ahyoung said with a small smile towards the employee, pocketing her wallet again and automatically reaching for Kangjoon's hand by pure instinct. His hand was there, as it always was, for support and to encourage in any means possible. Her slim fingers intertwined with his larger fingers, palms pressing together with his palms calloused from cooking and his distant past of sports. She tugged him towards the counter where they'd be presented their beverages– an area unbearably close to the interactions going on between the woman in line before them and a poor victimized teenager. She was sure Kangjoon had to have noticed by now, if his gaze in line wasn't enough to say.

"You'd think that being twice his age, she'd be a bit more mature," Ahyoung muttered, sarcastically stressing "twice" while sparing a quick glance at the woman. As the woman only grew copiously louder, she found herself cringing at the unprofessional wording and boisterous volume, glare towards the suspect intensifying as she instinctively leaned sideways towards Kangjoon in a futile attempt to distance herself. She sought to distance both herself and Kangjoon from the woman, yet the only way that would be achieved was once one or the other received their orders. But time was of essence and it was unfortunately being wasted due to the large amount of bubble tea that had been ordered. It would take a while and she was certain that Chanyeol would end up arriving before they could even get their hands on one cup. As the lady grew more-so unreasonable, so did Ahyoung's annoyance, toes tapping on the polished marble floor and hold on Kangjoon's hand tightening in the slightest, reminding herself that if there was anything to make this indirect encounter worth it, it was his presence beside her, both physical and emotional [???? I can't word right now] along with the muted vibrations in her pocket that reassured her of Chanyeol's eventual arrival.

@N유➶ majestix The commotion contained in the mall made no difference to insouciant eyes: the raucous noise, the immoderate amount of people, the imprudent consumption of the precious resources known as time, effort and energy – all appeared customary, conventional before his caustic stare and vitriolic opinions. One notable episode of noted imprudence happened to be occurring in the same shop he had misfortune enough to currently occupy, subjecting him to this woman’s specious assumptions, ridiculous accusations and her impetuous threats and proposals to a teenager that desired nothing more than distance from her. The entire scenario was absurd, from the unreasonable order that produced the line he was standing in to the pathetic usage of profanities in place of a compelling argument. If only out of mutual annoyance, Kangjoon felt the slightest amount of pity for the recipient of this person’s apparent lunacy, though his sentiment failed to manifest into any action more tangible than an ambiguous sigh and the most momentary of aggravated glances.

His entire reason for tolerating such a distasteful place stood beside him in the heels and suited blazer that constituted her standard outfit, her hand in his and shoulder reassuring in its anchoring contact against his arm. He concentrated on that instead – the pressing of their arms and the intertwining of their fingers, her hand slender and delicate in the hold of his broad palm and larger fingers, – and on the second (but no less important) cause for his reluctant attendance – the owner of the phone and the sender of the messages that came in sporadic onslaughts of almost incoherent assurances and updates regarding his arrival. It didn’t require an imagination to construct the all but material presence of Chanyeol, filling the silence that stretched deliberate and comfortable between him and Ahyoung with all the enthusiasm and adoration communicated through his texts. He found comfort in the muted humming of Ahyoung’s phone and the weight of his own in his pocket (silent and stationary from the affectionate muting of notifications from their chat) – a reminder than their wait was simply temporary, mere moments of separation in the lifetime together they’d promised one another. [ bye ]

And Kangjoon wasn’t alone. Ahyoung stood beside him as the source of strength and support she represented in their relationship [ h el p ], composed even though exhaustion carved shadows beneath her eyes and stunted the usual speed and precision of her reactions. He had been the one to respond to the call for the next customer, to pull at their hands and capture her attention. She was the one to order, to implore and to release their hold on one another, seeing to her responsibilities as she always did, but he kept his hand beside him for her to reach for once finished. “A medium peach milk tea, please.” The smile he provided to the cashier was casual, portrayed as sincere appreciation though his attention had already transferred to the unread messages undoubtedly comprising the entirety of his lock screen.

Out of faith that Ahyoung could handle the remainder of the transaction, he permitted himself the time to check, slipping his hand into his pocket and removing his phone with his thumb against the button to activate the display and his eyes on the illuminated screen.

@N유✞ sirene It had just been another stressful day in the life of Kim Ahyoung: a presentation with a matching seven page essay due just two hours ago. Even the encouragement she had received from her two boyfriends or the fact she had completed such assignments countless times in the past had done little to quell her anxious shaking and queasy stomach prior to going up front. It was only when the presentation was over with that she finally relaxed and focused on the fact that today was the day her and her aforementioned boyfriends were going to get the equipment for the new game, Dhana Zamina.

Now, two hours after her damned presentation and essay were turned in, she was standing in line for bubble tea, hand-in-hand with Kangjoon. Chanyeol had yet to join them from band rehearsal, but the two were constantly reassured through the unceasing vibrating in their pockets that he'd be there in twenty minutes, in fifteen, in ten. There was silence between Kangjoon and Ahyoung as the she side-eyed a pair in the shop, a rambunctious woman who seemed to be picking on a teenager sipping on his own bubble tea. Deciding not to bother Kangjoon by pointing out the other pair's presence (though she was sure that he had already noticed, given the lady's forceful aura), Ahyoung only spared them a slight eye roll before looking back at the menu atop the heads of the workers. She didn't need the stress of judging at the moment, considering her lack of sleep in thanks to having stayed up completing, looking over, and memorizing her presentation and essay.

It was only when she felt a tug on her hand that she remembered her goal in coming to the small shop: buying bubble tea. "Oops," she mumbled, before stepping up in front with Kangjoon. "I'll have. . . a medium-sized thai milk tea with extra boba, and I think Chanyeol will want a large coconut milk bubble tea. What about you?" Ahyoung diverted her eyes to Kangjoon upon asking the question, letting go of his hand briefly to pull out her wallet, before shuffling through it with daintily manicured fingernails for a 10,000 won bill.

@N웃☥ chowchow Sehun stared at her, unimpressed. He was more annoyed than anything and with the way she spoke to him, it only made him more stubborn. He wouldn't cooperate with her, never, especially not since she was making up stuff about his uality - kind of, because Sehun was indeed gay, but he did not watch in public. He didn't watch at home either though, too scared of his parents or his brother walking in on him. Besides, who needed if they had an imagination so bloomy as Sehun's? Oh wait, did maybe one of his friends watch on his phone when he'd borrowed him his brand new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus? He'd so gonna kill that little punk.

He never thought that he was so obviously gay, but maybe the eyeliner and the ear piercings gave him away? Oh, and the pink stickers and buttons on his backpack, but honestly, it wasn't his fault that most of SNSD's merchandise was pink colored!

He had no interest in further continuing this conversation, but before he could get up and flee from this woman, a phone was pushed under his nose. Blinking, he took in the sight of a pink unicorn plush toy. It wasn't just /any/ unicorn, but the DZ limited edition unicorn with a special mark on his forehead, right under the horn. It was a special unicorn who had been an NPC and when Sehun had wanted to preorder the toy, they all were sold out. Only 500 lucky gamers had the chance to get one of those and Sehun had mourned over his lost chance because he was pretty sure no one would want to resell the plush toy at a price affordable for high schoolers. His parents were nice, buying him the newest games and gadgets next to granting him a generous amount of monthly allowance, so he never dared to ask for more. It was needless to say the boy was quickly convinced, forgetting all his anger and frustration at the offer made. "Okay, deal."

( this comes horribly late so please forgive me ;u; )

"And I know that may not seem an ideal trade for a boy, but I see you have the gay category in hub open in another tab. And as much as I hate going by stereotypes, I'm pretty sure you'd like it."

Cao Lu put a hand up. "I'm not done speaking!" She continued again. "Anyway, I haven't used the code for the in game pet either," Cao Lu dug through her purse for her phone and went to her camera roll to show selfies she took with it. "So, whaddaya say, kid?"

@N웃☥ chowchow Sehun would have countered with 'But I didn't say anything disrespectful' or 'You can't threaten me' if the lady didn't suddenly stop in midst of her sentence. He frowned, unsure why the lady would ask him that, and wary because she was staring at his phone. Luckily, the part where his username would be shown, was not visible because he had scrolled down a lot already.

"Yes, so what? Are you gonna forbid me to play it?" Sehun asked, quickly shutting off his phone so the woman couldn't pry more. And if she wanted to tell him he wasn't allowed to play it, he would gladly tell her that he was 17 already, while the game was rated pg-15. It was definitely legal for him to play.

@N유☥ milktea_princess Cao Lu gave the boy the side eye. "You know, you should have respect for your seniors, kid," She put emphasis on kid. "So I want you to listen to closely," She leaned forward a bit. "You're going to give that to me or I am going to-," She glanced at the boys phone and noticed a familiar home page. "Is that DZ?" She didn't know a kid that hung out at a bubble tea shop could afford a virtual reality gear. This could be used to my advantage, Cao Lu thought.
C유☥ milktea_princess [A] 9 years ago
@N웃☥ chowchow Under other circumstances, Sehun would have helped out, but the way she talked to him, calling him 'kid' as if he was a rude brat while he just pointed out the obvious that a bubble tea should be bought at the counter and not from another customer of the café (he didn't even know they had a policy like that or else he would have complied already), made him want to annoy her more. She wasn't too friendly to him either, emphasizing how she was an oh so responsible adult, so he didn't need to be friendly back.

Crossing his arms in front of his chest he looked up at the female without blinking much, eyebrows slightly raised in question. "Why are you blaming me? Responsible adults wouldn't blame random 'kids'," he responded calmly, though the way his eyes were glinting he was showing more of a challenging attitude. "So no, Ma'am, I refuse to take the blame. Please go ask another kid."

( i apologize for sehun's bratty attitude ;u; )

@N유☥ milktea_princess Cao Lu ran her hands through her hair. She hated how teenagers were so rude nowadays. Maybe she could be a little nicer but she was in too much of a rush to be nice to some kid that looked like he was constipated. "Listen, kid." She took a break breath. "I'm assuming I'm twice your age, I have responsibilities, which include that bubble tea now because for some stupid reason they put a limit on how many you can order and I just need that one tea to make it on time to my workplace and then go home after four more hours of work. And since I am said responsible adult, I am willing to pay you for your bubble tea so you can order another and I'll be out of your hair." Cao Lu took a deep breath after long monologue; she would call it a dialogue but the kid looked too bored and uninterested for it to be considered dialogue. "So, whaddya' say, kid? Do we have a deal because I might lose my job because of you." This was an exaggeration since this was Cao Lu's first and only late in her entire career, but if guilt tripping got her what she needed then she's willing to do it.

@N웃☥ chowchow It was one of those rare days when high schoolers were let off classes early. Usually spending his weekdays scooped up in different classrooms until four or five in the afternoon, it was a nice change to have some more free time, meaning a longer weekend as it was a Friday.

Instead of joining his classmates for lunch - Sehun didn't want to spend his money on expensive barbecue like they suggested, but was saving that money to upgrade his computer and gaming system at home - he had eaten at the school's cafeteria where food was cheap, before allowing himself to get a nice sweet treat. It wasn't often that Sehun indulged himself by buying his most favorite drink, mainly because he didn't do any sports but wanted to maintain his lean physique, but also because it was extra money spent that he could use for other things, for one of his hobbies for example.

Sehun's hobbies were rather consuming in time and money. He invested both in gaming, but also in cosplay. He was proud to have made most of his costumes all by himself, only buying the necessary accessories and items he couldn't make with his own hands, such as wigs, shoes or special props. But all the dresses he had tailored them all by himself, using his mother's little sewing machine.

It was still rather early, so Sehun didn't go home yet. He sat down at a table, his chocolate flavored bubble tea untouched because he just got a notification on his phone by the Dhana Zamina news app so he /had/ to check it out before going. Dhana Zamina was what he was most passionate about right now, being a highly addictive virtual reality game that allowed him to take the role of a pretty elf-like magician.

Scrolling through the newsfeed, he read the texts carefully until he was disrupted by a shout. Hey kid? Did they mean him? Sehun looked up to see a woman walking up to him, intimidating as her aura screamed impatience, next to her bossy tone, though her words weren't all that bad. It was just the way she delivered the message that made him frown, not to mention that it confused him. Why wouldn't she buy her tea over there by the counter? And so Sehun replied with the only thing he thought was reasonable. "Why? Go buy yours at the counter."

unless you have to reply on mobile ;u; )

@N유☥ milktea_princess Cao Lu was speed walking through the shopping mall, trying to not make a scene while trying to get to the bubble tea shop. But if she didn't get their in exactly three minutes then she wouldn't be able to speed walk back to her car and then back to the office in exactly 14 minutes; and in 14 minutes her break was over and her company had a strict policy on being on time for break. "Damn my bad luck on stick draws!" Cao Lu silently shouted under her breath. "Also, damn my kind heart. I am such nice person; I deserve an award." She mumbled again while making her way into the bubble tea shop, hoping that no one thought she was crazy for whispering to herself out of fury. You know, since that kind of made her look like a serial killer. She sighed in relief as she made her way to the counter and saw that there was no line, but the cafe was packed with people that had already gotten their orders. Speaking of orders, Cao Lu had always had anxiety when ordering stuff from basically anywhere, so she psyched herself up a bit and was caught too deep in her thoughts.

"Ma'am?" The young woman at the cash register said, she looked about sixteen and also looked confused about the Chinese woman standing in front of her looking down at her feet.

"Oh, uh, sorry." Cao Lu bowed. "Can I have eight chocolate bubble teas?" Cao Lu began to do the Macarena for her wallet.

"Uh, sorry ma'am we can only make seven of those. It's the policy," The young woman pointed to Cao Lu's left to a sign that was pastel in color scheme and fit the shop's theme quite nicely. "But you can always go to another bubble tea shop if you really need that one chocolate bubble tea." She put on her best customer service smile, hoping that Cao Lu wouldn't blow up in her face.

Cao Lu looked to her left to view the policy. "To prevent am overdose on bubble tea? That's kind of ridiculous," Cao Lu sighed and looked at the ground, defeated. "But seven will have to do."

"All right, Ma'am that'll be 1670 won!"

Cao Lu looked up to give the cashier the money, but something caught her eye. A boy, a teenager, sitting alone with an untouched chocolate bubble tea.

"Ma'am?" The cashier said again, looking at the lady in front of her staring.

"Oh, sorry," She said for the second time as she took at the cash and slipped it to the employee. "How much do these cost individually?" She asked.

"About 315 won per drink."

"Thank you." She said as she made her way over to the boy. "Hey kid!" She shouted to get his attention. "I'll pay you for that tea, I need it." She put emphasis on need and waited for his response.

(I hope this isn't too long oops.)
