@Ⓛ Luhan "What does it look like I'm doing?" Jongin murmured catching Luhan's eyes. He did feel that way... right down to the fear. "I just want to touch you, to hold you. I just want you safe, no matter what. I want to keep you in my sight so I can protect you, but I know that can't always be done. That being said, I'm asking you to stay safe for me okay? Always stay safe for me. No matter what happens, you better not get hurt. I don't know when I can always come running. I'm not the boy you bandaged up anymore, we both know that. If anything we both know our hearts need the bandages right now." Jongin had let his emotions clearly lead this time and had rather possessively tightened his hold lowering it to Luhan's hand in a silent plea. 'Don't let me go.' It was pointless though. He only knew of one way to keep Luhan safe now. He couldn't bring himself to ask his master to come along or give up his dreams either.

@Ⓤ Jongin Jongin had been strangely restless for the past couple of hours and Luhan wondered what had set him so on edge. He was well aware of Jongin's feelings and it had worried him to no end, it worried him more still that he had always reciprocated those feelings though not always in the same way. Luhan felt the same draw, the same urge to protect, the same fear of loss that Jongin did, or that he assumed he did. When he felt the others fingers on his arm he had to force those feelings down once again, "Jongin..." He said, turning to look at his men-tee turned best friend "What are you doing?" He felt his stomach do a strange somersault and drop as he took in the look in the younger's eyes. This was wrong, they couldn't be like this, they were endangering each other, endangering their mission. And yet, and yet a part of him desired it more than anything sought to let down the carefully constructed facade, to let his long time friend see the side of him that he had kept so neatly tucked away for all these years.

@Ⓛ Luhan Ever since that discussion with Yifan, Jongin's mind had been admittedly wandering. He was almost positive Luhan could tell too. He was glad his friend wasn't 100% a mind reader though the elder still probably knew enough. This time though, when he reached over to tap Luhan's arm to get his attention, the younger male felt the spark lingering behind it. This time, he couldn't resist. Jongin's touch lingered and turned into the gentlest of caresses, fingertips lightly tracing the underside of the elder's arms and watching the goose bumps rise on the other's flesh. The static between them caused their arm hairs to stand on end. The younger glanced up at his past master and couldn't help but HOPE to find a glimmer or even reflection of feelings hidden somewhere in Luhan's eyes. It couldn't be JUST a bodily reaction for Luhan was far too controlled for that right? It couldn't be.
