[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[V] Min Hyunsu They, Wonpil determined, were going to have an enormous mess to clean. He tossed the body he was pulling behind him over into the dumpster as well, then followed Hyunsu back inside. He was probably going to use his vampire speed to clean up most of the blood, since they needed to at least get that done before anyone came snooping around.
"Gathering humans... for meals," repeated Wonpil. The evil that some of their kind were capable of... Well, humans weren't /always/ wrong to despise monsters. But Wonpil had once been a human, and he had a complicated outlook on humanity and monsterkind alike as a result. He followed Hyunsu back out to the dumpster, quietly listening as the bartender continued his explanation of the night's events.
"That's horrible," Wonpil grimaced once the tale was concluded. Hyunsu was staring at the flames, and while the vampire didn't want to disturb his thoughts, they did need to take care of the evidence that was streaked across their floors. "Come on, Hyunsu. Let's get this blood cleaned up before anyone gets any grand ideas about seeing what the commotion was." He cautiously put a hand on the bartender's shoulder and steered him away from the flames, back to their back door. As much sympathy as he had for Hyunsu, and the man's probable need for a few moments to himself to think... they were on thin ice.
Wonpil wasn't in the mood to have to call his father and ask for a lawyer.
Closing the door behind them, Wonpil locked it so that no one could surprise them by coming in through the back entrance while they were cleaning. He fetched all of the bleach that they had and two of their mops, a broom for the glass, and buckets to mix cleaning solutions up in. While he was preparing the mop water, he hummed under his breath, pushing his sleeves back up over his elbows when they started to slip down. The shirt he was wearing was absolutely ruined, and he'd have to burn it later.
"Is this the first time something like this has happened?" the vampire settled for asking, after a few minutes of silence that he had spent trying to think of a suitable question in this situation. "You know. People coming to find you, harassing you over all of this."
If he was being honest, it didn't seem like it was a new thing for Hyunsu at all. And with the background that he spoke of coming from, Wonpil would be surprised if Hyunsu told him that it /was/. And he'd probably feel like his friend was lying to him, but he tried to give everyone the benefit of the doubt.
"We'll have to close until we get the windows fixed," he remarked, carrying the buckets of mop water out to set them near the mess. "There's no way we can operate like this."
[V] Min Hyunsu [A] 3 years ago
@[V] Kim Wonpil Hyunsu followed Wonpil out the back door while dragging one of the bodies. The streaks of blood smearing behind them was only making the mess worse. However, it gets worse before it gets better, right?
“I know I don’t have to but I feel like I should, ya know. Like you said, this doesn't happen often. And talking while working will hopefully make the cleaning go faster.” Probably not though; this was definitely going to be a long shift.
He heaved the body over the opening of the dumpster and let it fall to the bottom with a thud. He thought about propping the door open with a doorstop but he didn’t want to risk any passerbys looking in through the back; they already ran that risk with the broken windows. Instead, he just carefully shut the door and proceeded to the last body.
“So the first two men were just dogs obeying orders, never seen them before,” Hyunsu started while picking up the leg of the last body. “I’ve known that last guy for quite some time. Same with my father, which is where it started. My father worked with him through a very wealthy company that did dirty work like gathering groups of humans for large vampire feasts. Things along those lines.” The body was lugged to the back door, painting more lines onto the club floor, and brought outside. It was heaved over the dumpster edge and landed on top of the other two bodies. Before closing the lid, Hyunsu went inside and searched for a bottle of cleaning product that could be used to light the bodies as gasoline was not available. A bottle was found in the cleaning supply closet and Hyunus brought it outside. “However, that man found out my father is half vampire half demon and didn’t like it because to him, only purebreds were allowed to work for his company. My father gave money to him in order to let him continue to work for him since he was an important part in the company and to keep his secret. Usually being a half-breed isn’t an issue to people but for some reason this man did not like it. He was very old school. And it’s hard to leave a company like that. It’s like a gang, you join for life.” He began carefully pouring the liquid over the bodies but was being careful to not put too much as they didn't attract too much attention with the flames and also didn’t want to start a forest fire. “When my dad met my mom, the man wasn’t against it but he wasn’t thrilled. He didn’t want my dad to further the blood line. Long story short, I think he was part of the killing of my mother and that’s also why I owe him money. I pretty much paid him to let me live.”
Hyunsu took out a lighter and carefully caught the bodies and then closed the dumpster. Bits of light shined through the cracks and warmth was soon emitted through the sides. He watched some of the escaping flames dance while thinking about his parents and at the same time creating a plan on how to clean up the rest of the blood. He did miss his mom and almost blamed his dad for bringing her into his life knowing that his profession put her life in danger. However, it was a little too late to change things.

@[V] Min Hyunsu [ sorry, i thought i'd responded ]

"Yeah," Wonpil answered quietly, "I know." He wiped his hands on his slacks, the blood smearing onto his clothing. They were definitely going to have to do something about the mess before someone raised an alarm about the chaos that had come from their club.
"You're welcome," Wonpil sighed tiredly. It wasn't like he was just going to abandon Hyunsu to fend for himself. Not when he was attacked like that by people who had clearly intended to kill him.
The smell of blood was thick in the air and Wonpil knew it would draw predators, be they vampires or otherwise, if they left the mess sitting for too long, so he made sure their doors were locked and cast distrusting glances at their broken windows. Then he crossed the room yet again, so that he could help Hyunsu -- he was right. They had to get those bodies out of the club as soon as they could.
"I'm not going to let you handle this by yourself," Wonpil snorted, "it's not like you invited them in here and told them to ruin our night." He knelt to grab another of the body and pulled it after Hyunsu, grimacing at the blood that streaked across the floor when they went. This was going to be a to clean up, he just knew it. They had plenty of bleach, at least. Neither of them were in any state to go and buy supplies if they had needed it. But they worked in a bar, and they had bleach on hand to clean up messes.
This wasn't exactly the kind of mess they had it on hand for, however.
"You don't have to explain if you don't want to, but it would be nice to know what the just happened," Wonpil sighed. He felt like he needed a drink, but he'd stopped drinking for a reason, so he'd just settle for a good explanation as to why someone had come and tried to destroy his workplace and murder his coworker. He kicked open their back entrance, checking the alley. Satisfied no one was outside, he stepped out and dragged the corpse to the dumpster, which he flipped open to dump the first inside. "It's not every day like this happens."
[V] Min Hyunsu [A] 3 years ago
@[V] Kim Wonpil Blood splattered across Hyunsu’s face as he watched Wonpil plunge the knife into the vampire’s chest. One, two, three, done. Once confirming the lack of movement from the other, Hyunsu cautiously lifted his hands off of the pinned down arms as if he was scared the body would jump back to life. He blinked a few times in order to process the scene and get a grip of what just happened. There were three dead bodies on their club floor and it was eerie hearing dance music quietly play above them. They definitely spoke too soon about their quiet evening.
Hyunsu lifted himself and swung his leg over the dead body to sit on the hard floor. “You uh, got a little something there.” Hyunsu joked, gesturing to the other’s forehead. What were they supposed to do now, call the police? Yeah right. Three murders wouldn’t really be considered self-defense to them no matter what story the two of them tried to put together.
Hyunsu cleared his throat, “What the is right.” The lights turned off and Hyunsu simply nodded his head in agreement at the other’s actions.
“Well..first, thank you, for helping me with whatever this just was,” Hyunsu started, “I guess let’s start cleaning. Or I can just clean, it is my fault they showed up. The bodies should be brought out back first and set on fire. We can’t just leave them here or else we’ll be the next ones on fire in a dumpster.” He climbed to his feet and inhaled deeply, the strong smell of iron entering his nose. The scene was definitely a brutal one and quite the sight. Would it be bad if Hyunsu sort of enjoyed what just happened? It brought him back to the times where he always picked fights with other vampires and even killed humans just for fun rather than food.
“I guess I somewhat owe you an explanation.” Hyunsu grabbed the leg of one of the bodies and began to drag it towards the back entrance. “C’mon over, I’ll talk while we bring these out.”

@[Wi] Han Wooyeon /Wonpil follows her gaze, quickly figuring out where she's looking. He grimaces when he realizes there are hunters there.
"No, Wooyeon, wait---"
/he sighs when she leaves, quickly placing down the money for the water. He doesn't have any more sets to do, so he's free for the night...
/Wonpil gets up and slips out through the employee exit, quickly jogging to follow Wooyeon. He keeps his senses open in case any hunters have discovered their absences.
[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[Wi] Han Wooyeon "Yes, that's true."
/Wonpil, too, spared a glance around the bar, searching for anyone who stood out of the ordinary. Hunters didn't often show their faces in his place of work, but Wooyeon often attracted them.
/He would never hold that against her, however, because it wasn't as though she brought them with any intention of doing so.
/They had just been following her for a long, long time.
[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[V] Min Hyunsu When Hyunsu moved forward, so did Wonpil, but it was Hyunsu who got close enough to drive his knife into the other vampire first. He was about to step back, but then Hyunsu and the other man moved closer to one another, and Wonpil felt a sick tug in his stomach. He knew what was about to happen, even if Hyunsu evidently didn't, and though he lurched forward, he was too late to stop the other vampire from sinking his teeth into Hyunsu's flesh. As Hyunsu's knife clattered to the floor, Wonpil hurtled forward; as soon as Hyunsu had the other vampire pinned, Wonpil hit the ground and drove his knife down.
Once.
Twice.
Thrice.
Each of his blade's s caused more blood to spurt from the wound, soaking over the floor and into Wonpil's gray slacks and Hyunsu's own pants. Wonpil's hands and arms were covered in the vampire's blood, and Hyunsu, though not the one stabbing him, was no better off in his own position. He was near enough to the spray to also be coated in the vampire's blood.
Wonpil dropped the knife when he was sure the vampire was done for, and sat down hard beside the body. He reached up to push the hair out of his eyes and made a noise of disgust when the other vampire's blood smeared over his forehead and in his hair -- he was going to need a shower for sure when he went home.
"What," he started, "the ."
He stayed sitting there for a moment and then staggered to his feet, crossing the room to flip their open lights off. As far as he was concerned, they were closed after the night they'd just had.
Then he turned back to Hyunsu and repeated, "What the ."
[V] Min Hyunsu [A] 3 years ago
@[V] Kim Wonpil Hyunsu's grip on the knife tightened and he braced himself for what was going to happen. He sprung forward and swung his weapon across the other's chest. His right hand was stopped just short of the other's body as it was blocked by the man's arms. Hyunsu pushed forward as hard as he could, the knife shaking and inching it's way closer and closer to his target. A small growl escaped his throat. He watched the knife slowly pass through the vampire's clothes and into the first layers of skin. Sharp breaths exited Hyunsu's lips as he looked up to meet the eyes before him. The man took the opportunity of Hyunsu's shifted gaze to push themselves closer. Confused, Hyusu just went with it, not going to question it if it meant he would win. Maybe the man gave up; who knows. However, just as he thought it was going to be over as quickly as it started, he remembered something.
Vampires are never truly unarmed.
The man smiled and quickly dropped his head down to Hyunu's right shoulder, biting it with force. Hyunsu pulled away but only caused the teeth to tear into his skin more. The sudden sharp pain caused him to drop the knife and it fell to the floor with a clang. He forgot how painful a vampire bite was, even as a vampire himself. He took a step backwards and crouched down to try to receive the weapon once again. The man's shirt was stained with his own blood but the injury was not enough to stop him. The other vampire lifted his foot to kick Hyunsu but he was able to swiftly dodge. Hyunsu reached and grabbed the other's ankle with his good arm and pulled, causing the man to fall onto his back with a thud. Hyunsu quickly climbed his way up and sat on the man's chest, pinning his arms to his sides, leaving his already injured chest exposed.
"Wonpil!" Hyunsu called out. This was their chance.

@[Wi] Han Wooyeon "Yeah, they are."
/he shrugged again, swirling the water that remained a glass of water. His smile was small, set of his shoulders relaxing./
"You shouldn't feel that way. Not everyone can control their instincts."
/It was a hard truth to know, but he had to learn that himself. Instincts were a , especially those of vampires. The thirst for blood was a horrendous ordeal./
[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[Wi] Han Wooyeon /He shrugged, not upset with her for being curious./
"It's just... everything's so much more dangerous when you're human. Like... so much can kill or break you. It's not funny at all."
/Wonpil sighed, tracing the condensation from his glass of water on the counter./
"It's... complicated. Sire loves me, he's always treated me like his child, but he also turned me because he hit me with his car when I was still human and still a child. So... he almost killed me. Then he made me a vampire."
[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[Wi] Han Wooyeon "And even then, our kind are oft endangered."
/he snorted when she yawned; some things never changed./
/that snort soon turned into frown, staring down at the counter as he thought for a long moment./
"It's..."
/he inhaled./
"I'm not the best person to ask. My parents were terrible. I died because of them. There's nothing... there's nothing good I can say about it. It's so easy to be hurt. Wounds don't heal. You die, so easily. I would have died as a child if not for my sire."
[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[Wi] Han Wooyeon "Well... I can see why you would have some trust for her, then."
/the admittance was begrudging, but Wonpil had been a human. He had little faith in them. He knew how nasty they could be./
"They've never needed to say that someone did anything to them. They don't need reasons to be cruel."
/He drummed his fingers on the table./
"But that's just the human element. Hunt what's different."
[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[Wi] Han Wooyeon "That's true."
/the murmur was quiet, and he sipped his water, letting the cool liquid soothe his throat./
"You trust a human?"
/there's no judgement in his tone, only surprise./
"That's... I'm not sure I'd be able to trust one, and I was born human."
[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[Wi] Han Wooyeon "No, I didn't. I've only heard of him... from you. You've, uh, mentioned the name."
/He listens to her and frowns, sorrow sinking in for his friend./
"I'm... I'm sorry, Wooyeon. I didn't know any of that."
/It only reinforced his hatred for the foolish nature of most humans, people who act upon their prejudice./
[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[Wi] Han Wooyeon /Wonpil shrugged, his lips twisting./
"I don't know, it's better than... nevermind."
/He didn't know if he wanted to open the can of worms that was his turning./
"You... haven't. Not yet, but the name... it's really familiar."
/Wonpil knew he'd heard her mention the name before, but she'd never told him what had happened. Some conversations couldn't be rushed./
[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[Wi] Han Wooyeon "It's good that you're doing what you like."
/And it was, too many others let their parents just force them into things but Wooyeon and Wonpil had never cooperated with that line of behavior./
/He smiled at that, paying the bartender for a simple glass of water. He'd quit drinking./
"Well, you know, maybe one of us subconsciously knew that the other was going through changes and decided to reflect that to keep the balance of the universe."
[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[Wi] Han Wooyeon /he nodded, quiet for a moment./
"So what have you been doing, these past several years? If you don't mind my asking. I've just been... here, working."
/They both knew he didn't need the job. he just... wanted it./
"It's been some time, hasn't it?"
/and it had. The last time he saw her, she wasn't blonde. He'd been the one with the platinum hair./
"It feels like our roles have changed, you know."
[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[Wi] Han Wooyeon /Wonpil pulled the chair out and sat down, sliding his jacket off and onto the back of the chair./
/He returned the smile, resting one hand on the table, and nodded./
"It's good to hear. I'm..."
/He stopped for a minute, thinking about how his life has been, and nodded again./
"I'm doing well. Moving away from sire has been... a better experience."
/There was no longer a need to be *as* rebellious as he had been. He's not as self-destructive./
"I didn't know you were here, though. It's good to see you again."
[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[Wi] Han Wooyeon /When she waves at him, Wonpil smiles, bright and wide -- he's glad she's recognized him/
/He crosses the room and stops at her table, hand hovering over the back of the chair across from her/
"You don't mind if I sit down, do you?"
/he asks, voice quiet. Seeing her after so long... it's surreal./
/She looks different. Not in a bad way... she just seems older. Wiser. Toughened by time. And he understands that, because isn't he the same way?/
"How have you been, Wooyeon?"
[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[Wi] Han Wooyeon /Wonpil has just finished his last set of the night/
/he heads down to the bar, humming as he runs his hand through the air/
/really, he just wants to relax after his performance, but then he sees her... she's a familiar sight, sitting alone with a glass, and at first he doesn't recognize her but then.../
"Wooyeon?"
/he calls her name gently, crossing the room to see if it truly is her, the daughter of the Han family... and sure enough it is, it's Han Wooyeon, sitting alone with her drink/
/he wonders how long it's been, since he's seen her, and now here she is in the bar he works at/
[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[V] Min Hyunsu "Sounds like a bad movie," the singer hummed. He didn't pry any farther, sinking into the situation they were in. This was danger, danger was fun.
He settled himself in for another attack, when the vampire came back around; he didn't take very well to being cut across the ribs. Wonpil ducked under his arm and took his chance to slash open his abdomen, knife sinking deeper this time. For vampires, to be wounded and bloodied was a dangerous thing; the more blood they lost the less control they would have, but this one didn't have to worry. Wonpil would be done with him before he could go feral.
Beside him Hyunsu was engaging in his own opponent, the other of the two lackeys that the man had brought with him. Wonpil wasn't worried about him, nor the taunts that he directed at the man there for money. Even as Hyunsu made the wrong move, Wonpil knew that he would be alright. Even when he could hear that sharp intake of breath, Wonpil only glanced over for a moment to make sure Hyunsu was alright. When he saw that he and his opponent had distance between them, he turned back in time to twist away from another blow. He hissed and jabbed his knife into the other vampire's heart, twisting and turning the blade to gouge at the organ. It reminded him of his first kill, a hunter who had thought he could skewer him on a stake and was the one skewered instead.
Not memories to be having. Wonpil kicked the other vampire off of him and stepped closer to Hyunsu's side, lip curling in distaste when he realized his white button-down would be stained with the blood of the undead. He had plenty, but he still hated it when his things were ruined.
Especially by blood. How inconsiderate of him.
Wonpil caught Hyunsu's eye when he looked at him, and he returned the nod. He was ready. There was a settling in his gut, a different kind of bloodlust awakened by the attack. His violent instincts had arisen, ready to end the man who came to threaten his coworker.
And broke Hyunsu's windows.
Oh, and insulted Wonpil's singing, too.
"I'm ready," he snarled, voice low as he shifted his hold on his blade and his muscles tensed in preparation to attack.
[V] Min Hyunsu [A] 3 years ago
@[V] Kim Wonpil Hyunsu was relieved that Wonpil joined him as one versus three was definitely not a good outcome. Not that two to three was perfect, but definitely better. He took Wonpil's aid and pushed himself up. "Unfortunately," Hyunsu breathed out as he steadied himself, "They wanted money and I didn't give it to them. Blah blah blah. Very cliché, I know." He rolled his shoulders back and stretched his neck; its been awhile since he's been hit with such force. Not going to lie, it got his adrenaline flowing and he was a little excited for what the close future was going to bring. He internally smiled at Wonpil's preparedness, it never ceased to impress him. The glass shard was dropped and quickly replaced with the knife. Hyunsu took a step back as his friend and the stranger began to move, watching the other's knife cleanly swipe the vampire's ribs. Nice.
Attention shifted to the second stranger as the third vampire he knew was clearly not armed, as far as they knew. "Making your pawns do the dirty work, huh?" Hyunsu mocked. "Who's the low one now?" He crouched and lunged at the other with the knife in hand and eyes focused on the target. Pressing their bodies together, the knife was pushed between the man's third and fourth rib in hopes of puncturing his heart. He was instead greeted with the other's head slammed into his own with a loud thud. Hyunsu sharply inhaled through his teeth at the sudden sharp pain and the black spots floating across his vision and quickly withdrew his weapon from the body. .
Not only was the knife too short to reach the heart but he didn't angle it right and completely blew it. He cursed at himself for taking such a risky move so early on. However, both Hyunsu and his opponent stumbled back from the attacks. He glanced over at Wonpil to make sure he was alright and once ruled that Wonpil was okay, turned back to the two before him. Head throbbing and heart starting to pound faster, Hyunsu heading straight towards the man once again but this time aiming for a more reasonable area, the neck. Even though Hyunsu probably punctured the other's lung, which would support the other's coughing and shortness of breath, he put all his strength in. He wanted this fight to be over with.
The blade pierced through the neck skin and ripped through the jugular vein and was accompanied by gurgling and gushing sounds. Once the stranger fell to the ground, Hyunsu looked at the remaining vampire before him and Wonpil.
"Listen here, I don't have your money and I never will. But don't worry, if you're dead, you'll never have to think about it again." He looked over at Wonpil and nodded. Ready?
[V] Kim Wonpil 3 years ago
@[V] Min Hyunsu Wonpil, too, had noticed their low business. In his boredom with the lack of an audience, he'd just been pressing random keys of his keyboard and watching Hyunsu clean the glasses.
He shrugged in response to the joke, but instead of answering he just stared back down at the keys. He shrugged off the tailored coat he'd been wearing and took off his tie, the silence and lack of customers getting to him. It was uncomfortably warm in the bar, and if there was no audience, he wasn't going to wear such warm clothing. He lifted his hand to wave when Hyunsu walked away and was about to push another key when glass shattered and he heard Hyunsu's startled exclamation.
He was just pushing himself out of his seat when the strangers barged in, and Wonpil's eyes narrowed. They were clearly other vampires, but they were none he knew. Clearly, however, that wasn't the case with Hyunsu. They spoke with him as though they were familiar with him. While Hyunsu scolded and the third man retaliated, Wonpil quietly rolled up his sleeves and tucked his hand into his pocket to feel for one of the knives that he had taken to carrying. He watched, silent and still, until one of them hit the bartender.
Then he was moving, off his stage and crossing the room to Hyunsu's side. The knife was tucked securly in his hand, blade glimmering into visibility when he reached down to pull Hyunsu to his feet. He bared his fangs at the three other vampires, snarling a warning.
"You know these losers?" he asked drily, though he didn't really wait for him to answer. Instead, he pulled the other knife he carried out of his waistband. He was glad he was prepared. "Here, this will be better than glass." He handed it over without looking at Hyunsu -- he wasn't dumb enough to take his eyes off their opponents.
One of them lashed out at Wonpil, and he stepped out of the way of the attack, free hand gripping a wrist and the other sliding his knife across the vampire's ribs. It had been a while since he'd been in a fight, and last time it had been with a hunter. This was more even odds.
All the same, he didn't like it. Three vampires barging in to rough up a bartender? There was more to the story, but he wouldn't pry at Hyunsu for the answers. Everyone had their secrets. Wonpil had his own, even though most of his background was an open book.
He wasn't going to leave Hyunsu to fight by himself, either. That wasn't the kind of person he was.
[V] Min Hyunsu [A] 3 years ago
@[V] Kim Wonpil Hyunsu wiped the bar glasses for what seemed like the hundredth time tonight. Business was definetly not like its usual.
"Yo, Wonpil, why'd you scare everyone away?" Hyunsu jokingly shouted across the room. The club always had guests no matter what day of the week it was and having Wonpil on stage always brought in even more. However, tonight was awfully quiet. Too quiet. "I'm going outside for a bit to get some air and see what's going on. Holler if you need me." He put away the last glass and stepped around the bar area. He made his way across the building towards the front door when suddenly glass shattered around him. The flashing colors in the club danced across the hundreds of shards falling onto the ground surrounding him. "What the-" Hyunsu started but was cut off by two men quickly approaching him. He didn't recognize them but he couldn't miss the scent of fellow vampires as it quickly filled the room.
"Hey, you guys can't just barge in and destroy the place. You had the audacity to break TWO of my windows and yet simply walked through the front door! You better explain yourselves, or else." Hyunsu glared at the two men in front of him and clenched his fists, ready to move if needed.
"Or else what?" A familiar voice pierced through the dance music and surrounding sounds. Another man appeared next to the previous two, a dirty smile painted on his face. "You'll charge me double for a drink? Ban me from coming back? Geez. Is this what you've been doing since you 'desperately needed to get away from your father'? What a joke you are. Can you even call yourself a vampire? Selling cheap liquor to humans and listening to that awful singer over there for hours on end. You're steeping down to your father's level at this point." Hyunsu narrowed his eyes at the vampire before him, slowly putting the other's features together like a puzzle to try to remember who this bastard was. "At least he gave me the money I asked for. You, on the other hand, haven't. Do you see what I'm getting at, Hyunsu? Pay up." As soon as Hyunsu realized who the other was, a fist came flying towards him from one of the silent men. Hyunsu was knocked onto the floor but he swiftly grabbed a shard of glass as a weapon. He flashed his eyes over to Wonpil, unsure if he should give the motion to run or come over and help. Either way, was about to go down.
