@hirai momo [s.h] This subject called Science might drive Hailee crazier than she has ever been, as she stared at the paper she had recently gotten, which was the latest monthly test. She had failing grades for two months in a row, received a scolding and advice from her teacher and tried hard to tell her parents between phone calls that everything was all good, including in her academics, not wanting to worry them much. She couldn't seem to get any of the information from the textbook and the revision books that she thought, inside her head.
After awhile, she personally went to meet the Student Council VP, Hirai Momo, although she tried to bat away the shyness filling up inside her. Momo was known for her strictness, and excellence in her academics, being an honor roll student and Hailee had actually looked up to her for that. Only meeting her briefly in the university, she didn't get the chance to approach and give her a proper greeting, until now, when this situation she was currently dealing with, was at stake and she had to take desperate measures, which she hoped, would work out in the best way and improve her grades.
Thank goodness, Momo informed her that she had spare time and was willing to tutor her on Science and meet up twice a week, which enabled Hailee to heave a sigh of relief, following by her response and thank the latter profusely for her kindness. Fast forward to the first day of tutoring, Barnes & Noble was chosen as the place, which just happened to be one of Hailee's favourite hangouts, being a lover of books. Arriving at the bookstore half an hour earlier than scheduled, while waiting for Momo to arrive and not wanting to be idle, she took the time to look through the books placed on the shelves at her favourite sections, thankfully near to the comfortable spot she chose for the tutoring session. She had already readied herself with her textbook, revision and excercise books inside her backpack, and if she were to be completely honest, she was quite excited for the tutoring to begin.
