Yixing knew that this whole shpiel would follow him to his grave, but with a booze-coated mind, the whole idea of that really didn't put any pressure to stop being such a defiant bloke. A few choice words fell out of the younger's mouth when the bucket was forced onto his head. Many more tumbled out with more vigor now that the captain began beating the bucket. It made Yixing's head hurt, and it would probably be one of the causes to a terrible headache that was bound to come forth and make itself known. "You little gobe, I very well know who my superiors are, but do you think I really care about the whole ranking scale?" he hissed within the bucket's interior

"You heard me... /Captain/" Yixing sneered. If he had actually been sobered up at the moment, there was no way in hell he would've been acting like this. Alcohol flicked a very dangerous switch within the young man, but even if it was a dangerous toxin to be mixed in with his system, it had grown to be a quite vital one. Alcohol gave Yixing mojo, and it boosted his very weak self-esteem as well. Without it, no one could ever tell that the flaming confident bullet of a man was actually just a very lonely, self-loathing human being. "I just did shout at my Captain, didn't I?" he turned his head to glare at the man before him, "Pahh, confused? Rum does everything but confuse myself. I know bloody well what I said. And who I said it to." Yixing scoffed and crossed his arms, pivoting his body around so he was face to face with the captain.

If the captain's main intentions were to bring discomfort to Yixing, then he had succeeded to a T. The younger man had never been a fan of being placed in situations such as these, for they brought an anxious hue to his mindset. He knew exactly what was to come when he saw the bucket being lifted up, causing him to squeeze his eyes shut. When the water was poured down, a small, burning anger began to steam up. Yixing's anger wasn't necessarily fueled by everything that happened with the captain today, but had really just actually been triggered by the anxiety and discomfort that the man's presence brought. His mind had pretty much gone into emergency mode, his neuro-pathway short circuiting and bringing extra unneeded chemicals to other parts of his mind. The mop fell from his hands into a hollow "thud" onto the floor and Yixing turned his head to face the captain with a fiery glint flaring in his eyes. The alcohol definitely wasn't helping the situation, because boy, was the younger man frustrated and angry right now. "Why.... Don't you clean your OWN DAMN DECK?!" he smacked the bucket straight out of the captain's hand while snarling through bared teeth before stomping away to the port side of the deck.

When the mop was shoved into his hands, Yixing didn't have time to think about the other object, the rum bottle, that was occupying his grip, and when he heard a sharp shattering noise, he knew it was too late. Feeling that it'd be best not to switch his attention to the now broken rum bottle and spilled rum on the floor, the younger man tried to bring his full attention to the mop. The grip that he held on the stick was so firm, that his knuckles turned white and soon began to ache. "Yes, I'm holding it as tight as I can, sir." he replied, trying to sound as confident as possible, even if the bucket of water that Onew was now holding in his hands was testing such a confidence.

"Yes... Sir?" Yixing was a bit anxious to see what the captain had planned for him to do, but he wasn't going to complain, since complaining would just cause him more trouble. He did as he was told, and walked over to the bucket, trying to walk as sober as he could, even though any hints of sobriety in his system were slowly being washed away by the alcohol in his system. "What now, captain?" he turned his body so that he was facing Onew with his head cocked slightly, awaiting some sort of command.

"Here's your.. Hat" Yixing held out the item for the captain to receive, hoping that he didn't twist the captain's in a wad too much. Out of feeling a bit uncomfortable in the situation he was standing at, drunk, and in the presence of his actual Captain, Yixing awkwardly shifted his weight from foot to foot every-so-often, trying not to seem to be so.. tensed up and serious. "So.. Can I go back to working now..?" the younger man wanted to get out of the position, because it seemed that it would probably grow more and more awkward if he was with Onew any longer.

"My name?" the booze sent a small hiccup from Yixing's lips, causing his cheeks to redden and his hand to fly straight to his mouth. Sure drinking beer aboard the ship probably wasn't any big deal, but the bloody hiccups in Yixing's case that came with it were quite embarrassing and often became very incessant. "Um, it's Yixing. Zhang Yixing." The said man answered, Ahh.. I'm quite surprised that you don't know the name of your own crew.." he muttered with a petty shake of the head. "And I'm the boatswain of the upper deck?" the younger man sheepishly scratched his head, not really quite sure how he felt about the captain not knowing of his presence, when in fact the man had been the person who had hired him aboard the ship in the first place. He quickly hustled to find Onew's hat, not wanting to cause anymore problems involving the latter. Yixing spotted it caught on one of the rope hooks, making him very relieved that it hadn't blown off into the ocean, which the captain would've probably had him jump in a retrieved it if it had.. He ran over to the location, not really paying any attention to the rum that was sloshing out of the bottle and onto the ground, which he'd probably end up cleaning up anyways. His fingers reached up and grasped the brim of the hat, before they swiftly pulled it off of the rope hook without any trouble. "Coming~!" Yixing hollered, making sure the captain knew he wasn't dawdling with his time.

Yixing was too intent on cleaning up a large glop of bird poop to warn, or even notice that his captain was about to step right into a soapy puddle. When his attention had finally targeted the older man, it was too late. The latter was already flat on his back and laying in a puddle of soapy water. "Woahh, sorry there... uh, Captain.." Yixing apologized through a hazy, alcohol induced mind set. With the rum still in hand, he gently placed the mop aside and moved over to where his hyung lay, and held out a hand to help the other man up. Yixing probably would've laughed and watched Onew flounder about on the ground if he wasn't of such a high ranking, but, the man was in fact Yixing's boss, so of course he felt that it was mandatory to help the captain.

@Captain Jinki With a bottle of amber-tinted rum in one hand and a wet mop in the other, Yixing was currently swabbing the upper deck, which was one of his many tasks given to such a person of his position. He was softly humming a melody that really had no distinct tune, but had a serendipitous vibe around it, one that was definitely an alcohol induced at that. His shoe-less feet (he preferred to go barefoot most of the time) glided across the soap-laden floor, and continued to do so, bringing out the bodily movements within the man that would be considered by most to be dancing.
