Even then, his quip was about as natural as breathing--- onyx orbs skating over the other's figure in silent question as his friend broke the surface of the pool. His heart was still recovering from that sharp staccato panic that had only just ensued, but the sight of the other's evident surprise was enough to quell him a bit.

"Aye dummy, they taught you how to swim, yeah? Who the hell stays under for THAT long?"

By then, he was plopping down beside him only to dangle his legs into the cerulean waters. The night air's chill was still too early to touch the warmth of the pool, and at its caress he breathed a contented sigh. "You scared the outta me... You're not fishboy, ya know." His palm lifted to press against the elder male's scalp, fingers lazily working to ruffle his darkened locks... but then he froze, squinting down toward Hoseok's neck.

"Or are you?"

@jeongguk j. 〈 jeon There was something very intriguing about seeing things from the other side of the figurative fence. Outside, it was dark and humid and boring. Inside the pool, it was well-lit, cool and refreshing. Too used to the several hours of stillness, apathy and gore that accompanied his previous "occupation", Hoseok was really starting to appreciate the lack of action and immense time on his hands. Time to reform. To rediscover himself. To sink to the bottom of the pool because he was an idiot and got lost in his thoughts. He knew how to swim; adept in several of the physical activities, Hoseok was more prone to inflicting injuries upon himself by his tendency to daydream rather than his lack of competence.

The thought of sinking to the bottom of the pool was alluring, however. Life — or rather the afterlife — would be so much more simpler if his heart didn't beat anymore. The world would have less carbon dioxide to deal with. Hoseok almost gave into the temptation. Just as he was about to willingly let go, a sudden force yanked him upwards, causing the boy to lash out reflexively. Only when he was met with a familiar face, his back on the ground, did he sit up with a start, coughing water viciously. "J-jeon?!" he managed to gasp out, eyes widened. If Jungkook started questioning him.. It would be impossible — completely out of his abilities — to lie to him. And explaining how Hoseok thought that allowing his breath to escape his lungs sounded "convenient" did not seem like a fun prospect.

It was more so an oath rather than a prayer, followed by a slew of other colourful expletives as his pinky toe lodged into what had to be the tenth table leg of the evening. Or perhaps more... He'd lost count the moment he lost feeling in it. Jeon Jeongguk was an explorer, certainly a man of apt to indulge in uniquity every now and again, especially as it pertained to the world around him. But by no means did he intend to stumble around in the darkness at o'clock in the morning were it not for an emergency. And of course, this emergency could only classify as his second lost pet of the week.

"Sebastian? Ya--- Sebastian!" He continued to half-whisper, half-yell for his beloved animal, even more undone by his loss after Bebe's disappearance. As he parted into the entrance of the pool, his eyes fixated on a sliver of movement--- a body just barely submerged beneath the surface and... Holy , was he even moving? Without thinking, Jeongguk found himself rushing over, a hand diving into the crystalline waters to all but yank the visitor up by his shoulder--- droplets scattering against his own forearms and torso.

"! Are you alr--- Ho... Hoseok?"

@kihyun y. 〈 kihyun *hearing quiet footsteps enter the room i belatedly open my eyes, half-lidded in boredom to see who's walked in before noticing that it's you; as your figure nears the chair i move to sit up, groaning and stretching my arms above my head*

*i trail off, unsure of what exactly to say in that moment while bringing my arms back down and instead focus on watching your movements*
no, i didn't wait that long.
just got here early, or something like that.

@jeongguk j. 〈 jeon Usually, at this time of night, cuddling in bed with a book was the ideal plan. But at 01:30 am, the pool found itself an unusual visitor. The weather was not as hot, and Hoseok had quickly gotten bored of tinkering around with his blades. He was here to reform; to turn over a new leaf. Remembering the past was not helping his cause. So he decided to visit the pool; logic told him it would be empty at this time of night/morning. A small smile spreads across when the male was proven right. At least now he could enjoy the night by himself. Wasting no time, Hoseok shed his clothes, leaving only his swimming trunks on. After testing the water, he slowly sank into the cool water, a sigh of delight escaping his lips. It was indeed peaceful and soothing here.

@jaijin l. 〈 jinx /walks in the pool area in a simple shirt and shorts and also a pair of converse and sees you lying down on one of the bed looking chairs and walks towards you with a nervous smile/
J-Jaijin.. I'm sorry for coming so late.
I had to wait with a small child their parents were stuck in traffic.
/lets out a sheepish laugh and sits myself down on a chair next to you and smiles gently/
I-I hope I didn't make you wait too long.

@kihyun y. 〈 kihyun *sits cross-legged alongside the edge of the pool, dressed in a pair of jeans and a t-shirt that clearly mean i'm not here to take a dip in the water*

*looking around i sigh to myself and rest my head in my hand; after waiting for awhile i begin to wonder whether or not you're actually going to show up, though in the back of my mind i know i shouldn't think that way since it's you - getting restless from sitting in the same position i lean back with both of my hands on the tiled floor behind me, tilting my head to the ceiling and closing my eyes, waiting*

@♦ yoongi m. 〈 suga Sanghyuk was laying on a chair, a pair of white sunglasses draped over his eyes. He sipped his champagne, sighing dreamily to himself. He'd thought that when he signed up for this program he'd be put in a disgusting . Instead, he was put in this nice facility, which even had a pool. He was delighted, though he did refuse to talk to most of the people he'd met so far.
He just couldn't concern himself with them, even if some of them were attractive. Sanghyuk thought that he deserved the best, that being anyone dangerous or rich enough for his standards. Preferably both.
Another good thing was that he hadn't recognized anyone so far. He didn't want to bump into anyone from his ex-lovers gang. Even though Hyuk had made sure that he'd be behind bars, the sugar baby couldn't count on any of his loyal subordinates to not hunt him down. But for now, he laid in his designer swimsuit and enjoyed his champagne.

@♦ minho s. 〈 mino "uhmm.. okay?" Chen mumbled and he looks at his wrist with surprised eyes, his feet just following the man while they walk. "I did say i'm interested, right?" He chuckles softly, a small smile on his face. "So yep, i would like to know why you are who you are"

@jongdae k. 〈 chen He looked and took his hand " come on, let's go to my room I'll tell you about it okay " he said walking out still holding the males wrist it was the first time he ever touched him with out being "in target mode". I know you want to know why I am the way I am .. "

@♦ minho s. 〈 mino He rolls his eyes gently then he shook his head. "You can do something about it, no one is really that helpless in the world. Finding happiness is hard, but everyone deserves it and they'll have it eventually." He looks up then he nods slowly. "Well.. i can help, but just tell me when i'm doing it wrong, i don't want to hurt you more." He then tilts his head to the side curiously. "Did.. something bad happen..?"

@jongdae k. 〈 chen He looked at him" my life has been lonely since I was a baby, I am use to too it. Nothing I can do," he looked at him " you wanna change the bandage for me?" He asked " I wasn't always alone I had love I cared for one time but......." He looked away...

@♦ minho s. 〈 mino "That's a kind of a lonely way of dealing with life though." He scrunches his nose again then he lets out a small sigh when he sees the bloody bandage. "The are you walking around with that kind of wound?" He mumbles softly, then he shakes his head. "You need to rest, and not move around too much so it'll heal faster."

@jongdae k. 〈 chen "Yea you could say I have a lot after me this is why I keep people at bay. I screwed in the past and It cost me won't happen ever again. But then again I make it so people stay away " he looked rubbing his side " I could still have the wound " lifts showing bloody bandage". I don't tell anyone when I am hurt I fix it at night in my room so yea "he said putting the corner of the shirt down.

@♦ minho s. 〈 mino He listens attentively, his eyebrows scrunched up at times before he lets out a small nod, his eyes looking at the side that Mino's holding onto. "Wow.. you have a ton of people after you then." He scrunches his nose as well then he pushes his hands inside his pockets. "So uh.. the stab.. is fixed now? You're all healed and all? It isn't really amazing to think that you're walking around with a hole on your side."

@jongdae k. 〈 chen "I don't make common mistakes but this time I did" he looked " I over looked another person being there's.". He looked rubbing his head " every year the leaders meet rivals and such as a way of having" talks" they are not allowed no weapons and only three people may show up" he looked at him" usually the leaders son. Well, my father went. So did the 4 other leaders what they weren't expecting was me. I took out three leaders and there son...and a innocent. Turns out... one of the leaders son wasn't his son.. But a FBI informant..who was working with a leader that was turning rat.. Well, one leader survive made it out barely before I could finshin him and now let's just say the gangs want my head and FBI.. " rubs bus face as he looked in " it was suppose to take 2 minutes kill them all.. Took me 1.:59 second with one who ran.. But ended up skipping away only because he stabbed me good " holds his side for a second...

@♦ minho s. 〈 mino "You ed up?" Chen lifts a brow in curiosity, looking straight into the guys eyes. "Well.. people commit mistakes sometimes, so yeah.. but what happened? did you up real bad or something?" He scrunches his nose in distaste. "And this is why I never joined the groups that sent me invitations, serious bull happens.".

@jongdae k. 〈 chen He looked " I won't tell you about it most can't handle it. Even I couldn't the first time". He looked at him " yea, it's my job to kill people innocent and bad.. Thats what I do. And I am backed by the crew so no one touches me well.. Until I ed up ' he sighed " my dad wacked my mom because she wanted to leave no one leaves the crew, the crew leaves you" he sighed looking at him rubbing his head

@♦ minho s. 〈 mino "Don't worry, I can handle pretty messed up ." He scrunches his nose then he shakes his head. "Ugh. I'm pretty fine with just seeing someone with their head blown off, don't make me imagine a chopped up body please." He nods in understanding then he lets out a small sigh. "It's your job though... right? Assassinate people?" He then chuckled, though the sound is a little hollow, void of humor. "Your dad kind of got that coming though, he killed your mom."

Don't think I want you digging in my past but then again I won't off myself for what ever you find because I know I am messed up" he looked at him " dead body's are never fun and the clean up .. Try chopping one up". He shakes his head " I have killed innocent". He frowned looking down as if something really bother him ' I killed a few people who didn't deserve a bullet" he looked at him.. "Ha! Kill my dad, sure why not means I get his job and call the shots for once '". He looked at him running his fingers in hair

He watches the male as he sits down and he chuckles at his comment, his lips curling into a smile. "I told you, I don't destroy people's lives personally, it kind of just happens when i'm finished with my work. It's like a domino effect. I have seen a dead body however, when one of my client's targets killed himself in front of me when I was about to give my final report. I admit that it wasn't pretty." He looks around for somewhere to sit on as well, but he decides to just walk forward, approaching Mino slowly. "That doesn't mean that everyone is a target though, and you have to train yourself to stop yourself from doing that. What if you kill someone innocent? Like your father? Wouldn't it be horrible?" He laughed softly then he nods. "I won't half this. I promise you."

He looked at him as he went and sat in one of the puffy chairs as he listened " so you're like a hacker? God your like so so innocent and cute in a package compared to me and why I am even here. Have you even seen a dead body? " he asked looking at him as he watched him as he sat. He moved his leather jacket to get comfortable. " I am just wired to think everyone is my target, my father thought so two that's why he wacked my mother" he nodded rubbing his hair. Well, if I agree to this training you better not haft I always give my 100 percent " he looked
