@☫jung hoseok Soohyuk glanced at the pocket knife in the male’s hand and just rolled his eyes. This dude was certainly nothing but a pathetic human being, and him insisting on acting all /tough/ was only making Soohyuk snicker “Seriously, how did you manage to convince him to date you?” till this moment he was being calm, he wasn’t using force even though the male just called the boy outside /his/ . Setting himself down on the sofa as if this place was his, he slightly tapped his leg being impatient. “You better sit your down in front of me while I’m being nice” his tone was certainly becoming more threatening as time passed, but this male should totally consider himself lucky since he’s still breathing. “I’m going to say this just once so you better listen well” he honestly didn’t care if the male will protest at his words or anything like that, he just wanted to make sure he knows that from today if he’s caught anywhere near Hoseok he’ll get his brain blown “Stay the away from Hoseok….I don’t know who you think he is or what he is to you but…..If I find you anywhere near him starting today I won’t let things pass with just words” By now he was really trying his best to keep his promise with Hoseok and not use violence….The male in front of him just needs to stop provoking him or thing will turn ugly in no time.
@☫ lee soohyuk There's a small nod on Hoseok's end and he couldn't bare glance up towards his boyfriend. He'd likely be getting a, /you're dead to me,/ glare right about now. The younger hangs back while Soohyuk enters the home, his voice raised upon entrance. The boyfriend in question spit out a response, already cocking his pocket knife open in hand, "Who the cares what you think, Hoseok's my , not yours. Get it?" It's apparent Hoseok's boyfriend was a gangster of some type with how he wielded his knife, someone Hoseok himself could easily disarm yet he couldn't at the same time. The boyfriend gave him hugs and kisses, maybe also after a punch or two, but still... Wasn't that how love worked? Hoseok didn't know anymore, tears caught in his throat as he waited outside, unsure if he'd ever find proper love with his luck. It wasn't the guy Hoseok liked, more so the semi-loving actions from time to time. This man was controlling, hurtful and selfish. All things Hoseok detested in a man and yet he couldn't stop clinging onto the idea of love. Soohyuk would smack some sense into both of them soon.
@☫jung hoseok Soohyuk had no intentions of being nice to the person who dared to hurt his beloved one, he had no intentions on being merciful to someone who could hurt someone as bright as Hoseok, the boy didn’t deserve this, no he deserved to be loved, to be cherished not to be beaten up and treated badly. And even though he didn’t want the boy to lose his boyfriend because of him, he still wouldn’t stand still knowing that the only person he cared about is getting mistreated by some out there. He was thankful that the boy silently led him to the male, not disobeying him or making him use force or mean words. As he stood by the footsteps, he couldn’t help but snicker looking at the place. As the door was opened, he looked up and down at the owner his eyes cold as eyes before turning around to look at Hoseok “Stay here, okay?” this time he wasn’t demanding the younger, if anything it looked like he was asking a favor. Ignoring the stranger’s words he stepped into the house as he forced his way in “Let’s have a little chat tough boy! You see I heard few things from Hoseok and now I’m curious about how much of a man you are…..After all from the marks on his neck it almost make you look like you’re a gangster or something” his words were surely provoking but at least he wasn’t using force /yet/ As he somehow wanted to hear what the male has to defend himself. No matter what he was confident he’ll end up beating him up….His anger was blinding him which resulted to such a plan. “So what do you have to defend yourself?” his eyes roamed over the house before stopping on the owner looking at him up and down before snickering /he doesn’t see what Hoseok sees in him to even consider dating him in the first place/
@☫ lee soohyuk That demeanor could have the biggest of wolves whimpering. "Uh-" A second command was growled out, Hoseok's back straightening up this time. "H-Hey, no, it's okay. It was just a one time thing." That's so not true. Anyone who had any observation skills could remember that Hoseok came into work littered with injuries week after week. Soohyuk doesn't seem to back down, though, leading to Hoseok shakily standing. "No, don't say anything to him. I'll be alone again." That's where it all stemmed from. Hoseok didn't wish to be alone anymore. He came into the world alone and was trying to find someone who could care for him enough not to toss him aside. That's why tears were gathering up in his throat, choked down in a breathy huff. "Soo, if you say something, who do you think he's gonna get mad at? Me. Don't." Hoseok was very stubborn, always usually giving into Soohyuk's word without hesitation due to their bond, but not this time. If Soohyuk messed this up for him, Hoseok would be alone again and he can't do that again. He'd cry all night in that case, yet the darkening atmosphere between them lead to fingers curling around the elder's sleeve. Hoseok's loyal, so how could he reject a demand from his hyung? He took him to the doorstep of his boyfriend's home, head down and lips bitten. "Don't make him too angry." It's with a soft voice that he knock on the door, knuckles gently resounding over the wooden door.
@☫jung hoseok Soohyuk could swear that he saw red the moment he saw the hand marks printed on Hoseok’s white skin. The anger that was building up inside of him was no joke, he was so angry that this could be the first time he felt the need to actually end someone’s life in the most painful way. Taking deep breaths to calm himself down, he didn’t want the younger boy to get scared of him so he tried his best to keep his neutral face expressions even though anyone could see that he’s pissed off /Even a total stranger/ “Get up Hoseok” he commanded not thinking properly anymore “I think I should pay your little boyfriend over here a little visit” he gritted his teeth at those words. Be it the nice way or the mean one Soohyuk was definitely going to get his way through this. He was going to go meet this supposedly /Strong men/ and just test how strong is he that he could do such a thing to his precious /family/ to see how brave he is to mess around with what’s /his/ “Hoseok get the up while I’m being nice” he repeated after seeing that the younger boy didn’t make any attempt to stand up from his position, this time his tone a bit darker and more demanding. “I won’t hurt him! I’ll just /talk/ to him” that one was an obvious lie, but for now he was trying his best to keep his cool while making the younger lead him to that jerk /even if it meant he’ll lie to him/
@☫ lee soohyuk "I mean, I should be..." Soohyuk saw through his ruse easily, so quickly. "I, uh-- It's nothing..." Did something happen? The way Soohyuk commands his eyes, Hoseok bites down on his lip, fingers raising shakily to tug down his collar. A strangulation mark is shown before he clears his throat. "My...boyfriend's handiwork. Guess I just needed a break tonight." Hoseok doesn't flat out say this is abuse, but it's apparent from how he's not speaking up more about it. If things were good, Hoseok would be talking up a storm with his buddy here right now. Instead, he was keeping silent, keeping his eyes away from Soohyuk despite always having looked up to the man. Hell, he probably cared most for Soohyuk in this world, like family, and yet he couldn't admit to himself that he's being abused. Being abused for what? Fickle love? Yep.
@☫jung hoseok Something was off, terribly off Soohyuk could sense it as the attitude that was thrown in his face at the moment isn’t the one he usually gets from the younger male. It virtually felt as if he was talking with a total stranger as the male in front of him is usually a fluff ball of sunshine no matter what was happening around them, so the fact that he was acting like this at the moment was sending alarms throughout his whole body. The fact that the two of them grew up together even though Soohyuk was the older one somehow made him turn into an over protective human being around Hoseok. But it was explainable as the male was the only one who could make him talk with him like he usually does.
“Shouldn’t you be resting instead?” his eyes roamed the boy’s body up and down albeit he was sitting, and the simple detail of the shirt collar being tugged up a bit more than usual was something that caught his eyes, something that looked somehow suspicious. The actions emanating from the younger male were only making him more and more suspicious as he didn’t understand why he was in such a hurry as he conventionally relished being around him sometimes opting to even tag along with him back home. Taking a seat right in front of him the reason of his visit to this place was already long forgotten about as Hoseok is definitely more important than any job he's required to get done. “Stop” his voice was demanding his tone somehow more authoritative than it usually is “what’s wring with you? Did something happen?” his voice softened a little bit as he didn’t want to scare the younger off, but at the same time not wanting to be lied to, as he wanted to know the truth.
“Look at me Hoseok” he integrated knowing that the boy wouldn’t be able to lie looking straight into his eyes “What’s bothering you?” he felt like he was investigating the latter, but he couldn’t help it because he knew if he doesn’t do this the younger would never admit to him about what’s wrong.
@☫ lee soohyuk "Hm?" Soohyuk, oh . Casually tugging his shirt collar up a little more, he nods. "Yeah, but I figured I should get some work done in advance." No, he just wanted to spend a night busying himself else he'd en dup back with his boyfriend because he deplored being alone lately. It's just that his body is already pretty roughed up from the last few days... He must have come across as a workaholic as eyes continued roaming over files, legs comfortably crossed. If anything, it should be more concerning that he wasn't hitting Soohyuk with all the details about his day and plans for the night, something he always did.
They were used to talking often with how they grew into the men they were today side by side, for the most part. Hoseok was the younger between them, and he had a feeling Soohyuk was the preferred type of cold hitman around here, but they shared a deep bond. Maybe the elder was silent about it, but Hoseok would cling if it was Christmas or any family orientated holiday. Soohyuk is one of the few people who has been in his life for longer than a year or two, memories of bouncing from house to house as a child muddled as he could barely remember the different faces switching out ever so often. No, Soohyuk was a constant, and that fact itself could comfort Hoseok into a smile. Maybe he got into this whole relationship mess in the first place after yearning for another constant, but one who would hold him and kiss him when he needed it. Maybe it's just not in the life of a hitman to get close with people, perhaps he should stop fighting this inevitable death alone...
For now, though, he scoops up a file, not wanting to stick around Soohyuk for long in case his injuries came into question. He could always play it off as a clumsy misstep on a mission, right? Not really...
@☫jung hoseok Being awoken by the voice of his boss telling that he has some incipient work to do wasn’t precisely the best way for Soohyuk to start his day /if anything it only put him in a grumpy mood/ But it’s not like he could do anything about it as his job was literally everything he have in this whole life and it’s the only reason perpetuating him /albeit it may sound q big inhuman to verbalize that he lives to take away others’ lives/ but this was the way he was raised, this was the way they asked him to be and it was the least he could do for them considering that they took him in when he had no one to take care of him or be there for him.
Most of day flew by in an expeditious pace /like usual/ and soon Soohyuk found himself making his way to the gang’s headquarter to get his file. Receiving a few greetings here and there, he nodded his head to most of them and it wasn’t because he didn’t know those people as he knew almost everyone in their gang /with exception of a few new guys/ but his cold reaction to them was simply because he isn’t precisely the cordial type or the outgoing one, so the most he could do was say hello back or just nod his head to show them that he received their greeting. His personality brought him an abundance of troubles throughout the years as people keep cerebrating that he has some /attitude/ problems and that he thinks highly of himself, which wasn’t precisely true. None of them knew him well to accurately judge his character, so he just let them say what they wanted albeit he would prefer it if they said it to him in his face, at least that way he would have an exact conception of who is talking about him, instead of them starting rumors here and there making him feel as if he was in high school all over again. The mention of high school made him slightly shake his head as he authentically despised that place, and if it wasn’t for his hyung telling him that he should get some education even if he’s not going to go to college he wouldn’t have entered that damned place no matter what it was for /well unless it was for a job or something like that, albeit it was conspicuous that he’s not going to commit a murder in a high school filled with kids who their mouths are more immensely colossal than their own bodies.
As he was going to get the file for his next target he noticed a familiar figure sitting on a chair with his head hang low his nose being buried into different files “What are you doing here? Isn’t this supposed to be your day off?” his voice filled the room as he made his way to the familiar male. He could confidently say that the boy is one of the few guys he actually talks with and it was because they grew up together /not to mention that the boy kept talking his ear off since a young age so he can’t genuinely ignore him./
@☫ lee soohyuk Day 46 of dating Mr. Wrong. Hoseok isn't an idiot, he really isn't, but there is one thing he's always wanted that he's never exactly been able to hold onto... Love. Hoseok's wish in life is to be held tightly and not let go for once, at least before he meets an untimely end in some freak accident on the job. He had heard a story of a man who ordered a hitman on himself before managing to hunt his own hired killer down and rid of him. What if that becomes the trend? There's a chance that Hoseok gets assigned some bug-eyed military veteran with a doomsday style gun hoard.
That's why he came to headquarters with a different part of his body injured each week. Most of the he could hide the marks with regular clothing -no one was really undressing him around here- but when his 'loving boyfriend' sunk his teeth into his shoulder during a rough night, not a physically enjoyable one for Hoseok who was also littered in pressure bruises, not the sweet kind, Hoseok's strolling about with his usual smile. He doesn't mention the marks, assuming most would notice them, but not say anything unless he truly looked ed up. Maybe the ring of bruises around his neck would speak to that. He can't even pretend that was because of now, it was just blatant proof that he'd been choked recently and held like that with way too much force. The nights were scary, but... the evenings were so sweet... It's with a cotton candy floss imagery that Hoseok recalls the fun part of this relationship. The cuddling, the popcorn and movies... That kind of stuff was just so domestic and it really spoke to him, a man who had never really had the perfect childhood or the awkward teen years in normal situations.
It's like this that he plops his bum down in a chair around some of the new files, skimming through them for any that caught his interest. There was no reason to pick ones which he thought were too easy or would be a hassle to the point where he couldn't get his guy without sticking his neck out too far. Well, it's Friday, so... Maybe it'd honestly be better if he chose a case and kept busy for the oncoming night.
