@♛ eunwoo ch. "I actually quite like the dark, so I think I'll stay here." he eventually responded, not having missed the annoyance lacing the other's tone of voice. Sunghoon honestly wasn't expecting a reply though it should have been obvious since he'd spoken out loud. Of course they would respond - most people would, at least. Shrugging his shoulders even though the other may not see him Sunghoon opted to take another look at the targets. The dust from the fallen one had already begun to settle, though his eyes caught on the clean hole left by another arrow. Well, he certainly was good, the man would give him that. "I wasn't aware you were a professional when I walked in." Sunghoon looked back at the other, tilting his head a bit as if thinking about what to say. "Besides, there's always room for improvement, right?" Now, these remarks weren't meant to be taken as jabs to the other's skill, though they could most likely be interpreted that way. The guidance counselor just wasn't very good at watching his words outside of his appointments, hence the comments he was giving.
@♛ sunghoon k. He let out a little content sigh as dust puffed up around the foam bag but his inner celebration ceased as someone spoke from behind him and he stood there for a moment, contemplating on whether to answer or simply ignore the intruder. He wasn't in any type of mood to deal with anyone and he had a piss poor attitude to show said person if they didn't get that already. Without any sort of purpose, he shot another arrow that pierced the second foam stand and this time it stayed up but there was a hole where the arrow had went straight through. "Yeah, you wanna come out of the shadows and gimme a lesson on things that should or should not happen while you're doing free target practice." there was a hint of annoyance in his voice but he kept much more of the bite out of the question than he wanted to. He was willing to seem somewhat decent in this state. "Anyone ever tell you not to go trying to correct professionals?" he drawled with some amusement hidden in his lazy tone. He considered himself to be a professional, at least. The praise from the campers didn't help his ego any.
@♛ eunwoo ch. There was only one reason for Sunghoon to be out of his office - he had no more work for the day. Most of his time was spent in meetings with the campers, or filling out paperwork, but come early morning he was out of sheets to write on. It was strange, though he supposed being allowed to sleep was a plus. If he'd actually slept in that was. After tucking himself into bed that morning Sunghoon found he just couldn't, laying there with his eyes closed in an attempt to trick himself to sleep. That method clearly didn't work when he was out of bed a few hours earlier than normal, pulling back his curtains just slightly to reveal the afternoon sun. Letting the fabric fall back into place Sunghoon decided going outside would be better than being cooped up in his room, pulling on a dark hoodie and making sure it covered him before he left. It's not that the sun hurts him, but it is rather annoying (his eyes and skin quite sensitive to it). Avoiding the bright rays coming through the trees Sunghoon wandered the camp before coming across the sparring grounds. A few seats served to give him a shadowed area where he stood, only then noticing that someone else was there. "Uh, I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to let the targets fall like that." he said, only realizing moments later that it was out loud.
@♛ sunghoon k. A few hours after training and a few rounds of sparring, fatigue had not set in for Eunwoo. He hadn't slept in forty-three hours but that wasn't gonna stop him from doing what needed to be done. The Goddesses of the moon had looked down upon him as sleep did not seem to want to even touch him or come his way. Letting out a sigh of defeat, he picked up his bow and quiver and headed to set up for some unneeded practice. Once ready, he effortlessly nocked his arrow and fixed his stance, holding up the bow to correctly accommodate the arrow. For a moment he stood there, just pondering. Not to zero in on the target. Not to make sure no one ran in front last minute. Simply because he needed that moment to just think. He thought about everything that had happened to him to lead him to where he was today and he drew back do far, he felt the strain in his arms for once. He wanted to let go of all of his past issues and all of his fears for the future and so that's exactly what he did.And he hit his target with so much for the foam structure fell to it's death.
@jisung k. The sun was hot. His skin was slick with sweat. He felt out of place with the sword in his hands. He wasn't used to the weight or the feel of steel. He loved the light feeling of the bow in his hands, the look of his arrows as he sharpens the tip... the echoing sound of the band after it's release. That's what he prefered. Not this heavy piece of metal. But he needed this skill. He was only good with a boe and arrow, and, most times, that wasn't going to work. So he opted to pick jp the sword as well. The only problem was that he only used one hand to wield his sword when he was so used to using both hands. It was an odd adjustment he needed to get used to. When the break was called he nearly collapsed from over exertion. He quickly threw down his sword at the stand and almost tripped over his own two feet as he retreated to the shade. Under the safety of a tree, he picked up his water bottle and took one, long, swig of the life giving water before he pressed his head back against the tree trunk and closed his eyes. A gust of wind picked up and Takaaki almost groaned with the rereshment it brought him. He would be sore tomorrow.
Ten minutes later (what felt like two) they were called back to the grounds and Takaaki almost couldn't bring himself to move from his confortable spot.
Hello, Baekhyun has taken his leave! I'm so happy that there was a Percy Jackson-themed rp though. Thank you for having me, and good luck with everything!
