@kihyun y。 Jooheon nodded as Kihyun spoke about his siblings. He found it interesting that older and young siblings didn't also go to Azrael, but thought it was nice that they still came to see their brother every now and then. "How come they don't come to Azrael Prep if you do? Are they still in school or--?" Jooheon looked down at the pup in his arms and then out at the others that played with each other before shaking his head slowly. "No, I.. don't have any siblings. I am--- I was my parents' only child."
@kihyun y。 [ you're perfectly fine, hun. take as long as you need, really ]
"Ahh, so you're a student-- I guess I could've figured that because you look so young, but I guess you can never make assumptions, right? They just make you look like a fool." Jooheon sat in the awkward silence that fell between them. After several moments he cleared his throat and attempted to take a second shot at getting the conversation going again. "You, uh, mentioned that being around the kids reminded you of your brother and sister. Do they.. go to school here as well?"
@kihyun y。 "That's good," Jooheon said with a soft smile, playing with the hair of the infant in his arms. "I'm glad that things have been good today. No upsets or anything like that." The news of the male's siblings intrigued him and he wanted to ask about them, but he didn't even know the male's name. Would it really be polite to start asking about his family before even knowing his name? He cleared his throat and looked over at the male. "I'm... sorry; I haven't properly introduced myself. I'm uh, Jooheon-- Lee Jooheon. I'm a teacher here, and I also teach science."
@kihyun y。 Jooheon walked into the baby room with a smile on his face; it was called the sunshine room, but some days, depending on the day's events, it could be quite dark and gloomy with many crying, cranky pups. Today, though, it seemed like the atmosphere was befitting of the room name and there wasn't a foreseeable cloud in the sky. He washed his hands, first and foremost, before going over to the play pen where some of the one year olds were having tummy time with each other. He spied the knew teacher assistant, someone he hadn't properly greeted yet, but he felt an awkwardness creeping up on him. He sat down and one of the younger pups started making a beeline for him to crawl into his lap. He smiled and held the pup close, lightly cooing and playing with him. As he did so, he spoke to the other teacher in an awkward attempt to make conversation. "How has the day been in here so far?"
