@sebastian stan It hadn't been so long yet since Kurt arrived at the balcony and though he didn't have any sight to enjoy whatever was in front of him (possibly the garden filled with benches, a few trees and patients) the male still enjoyed the breeze and the mixture of sounds. He could barely make out the birds' singing with all the car noises and people talking and it was somehow disappointing to say he got used to it. Luckily the fresh scent of a tree hung in the air close to him, and that was why he loved this balcony that much. And little did he mind other people joining his company. Though, scratch that. He didn't mind as long as they didn't ruin his moment. And that was exactly what happened when Kurt heard a few footsteps accompany him on the balcony. A small, short yet very familiar sound made Kurt perk his ears as he was quite sure the smell of smoke would penetrate his nostrils very soon. And right he was. The male waited a few seconds, bearing the smell for a little longer in case a question would've been asked. But nothing came, so Kurt decided to speak up himself: "would you mind switching positions with me? I'm not very fond of cigarettes." In the hope the smell would disappear with the wind.
Sebastian staggered through the hallway as he reached his hand into his scrub pockets desperately searching for his cigarettes. God was he desperate for a break. His head had been throbbing for most of the morning and had only recently subsided when he ducked into a hallway closet to drink some whiskey out of a flask he had smuggled inside work. Even though it was only about thirty minutes ago, Sebastian was craving another taste. He just wanted anything to keep his mind out of Iraq. He needed to focus on the present but what he didn't realize was the alcohol only made it worse. It always did. He honestly didn't even care if he lost his job at this point. His mind was screaming at him. 'You left them to die. What kind of ing person does that ? You should have died with them!' Sebastian rubbed his temples slowly and slipped through the doors to the balcony. He pulled out a cigarette and placed it in between his lips and stared into the gardens below.
