Ancient Columns

@Ahn Hyojin (Rito) Jimin felt foolish for acting the way that he did. Especially when he was supposed to be a brave knight, and this was a girl showing that she had more courage than Jimin did. The monster wasn’t attacking, and he even seemed thankful for the help. “You know,” Jimin said as he replaced his sword. “I never made it to knighthood before the calamity claimed the lives of all the royal guards, but I did receive the first aid training.” He informed the girl. “I can...help if you want.” It was weird that he was offering to help a monster.

@Park Jimin (Hylian) Monsters had no regards for the lives of humans, much like humans didn’t care much for monsters at all. Anyone could be traveling across the lands of Hyrule, minding their own business, and they could get attacked by a horde of monsters. Hyojin had seen it happen on multiple occasions. Without a bow, she wasn’t much of a fighter, so she never really could do anything to help, and she had grown to hate the monsters just as much as other Hyrulians had. There was something about this one silver Bokoblin that caught her interest, though. He didn’t seem to have the same beast-like personality of the other monsters. Hyojin could actually see a good heart in him. That’s why she decided to help.
As she was carefully pulling the arrow out of the monster’s side, she heard someone shouting from behind her. She turned around quickly when she heard the metal sound of a sword being unsheathed, and she stood between the Hylian and the Bokoblin. “No!” Hyojin commanded. She stood in the way, knowing that this Hylian wouldn’t attack if he couldn’t guarantee her safety. “He’s not going to harm me, and he’s injured. Let me help him!” Hyojin demanded. She didn’t wait for a response before she turned to continue mending the monster’s wound.

@Ahn Hyojin (Rito) After another day training out in the Tabantha Region, Jimin intended to be heading back to rest at the Inn in Rito Village. He still didn’t know his way around the area that well, and he was constantly getting lost. As he tried to make his way back, he ended up coming across a few rustic columns. He noticed a girl sitting near one of the columns, and she appeared to have a monster with her. His protective instincts kicked in, and he rushed to the girl with a hand on the hilt of the sword he had around his waist. “Be careful!” Jimin shouted, pulling his sword out. “He might attack you.”

Somewhat interested in the arts, Hyojin had always been a lover of history and all things ancient. Old building structures and ruins have always caught her attention. Hyrule seemed to be completely in ruins these days, after the calamity, but there was something special and much more magical about those that had been around since ancient time and existed before the calamity ever caused peril in the land of Hyrule. The ancient columns of the Hebra Region were some of Hyojin's favorite as not much was known about them. No one knew if they were part of an old temple structure or if they were just columns of an ancient garden. There wasn't much evidence saying what these column were for, and Hyojin always found them to be rather fascinating. This was her favorite place to come out and relax. She often brought with her a book to read and a picnic basket with foods to enjoy as she relaxed in the peaceful area. There was something off about the field today, and Hyojin had predicted from the beginning that she wouldn't be getting the quiet she was hoping for.
As she sat in the grass, enjoying her book, a monster approached. When Hyojin had first noticed him, she went for her bow. If she was quick enough, she could get an arrow through his heart before he could hurt her. Before she could reach for an arrow, she noticed that the monster was limping and holding his side as if he was in a lot of pain. Cautiously, Hyojin put her bow back and approached the monster. "Hey, there," She whispered, kneeling down so that she was as the same height as him. She carefully grabbed his hand and removed it from his side so that he could get a good look at him. He had apparently already been shot by an arrow, and he didn't seem vicious like the other monsters that roamed around. If she wanted to help him, she'd have to do it here. There was no way to carry a monster back to the village and expect a doctor to take care of him. "If you come over here, I can get you patched up."
Hyojin wasn't a doctor, but she had experience in dealing with her own wounds. She could use what she knew to help this monster. She brought him and let him lean against a column as she got to work, patching him up with materials in the area, or what she happened to have on hand.
