@ℜ。 baekhyun b. Lalisa frowned when Baekhyun mentioned that the book had some mistakes. She wasn't the type who appreciated mistakes that made her make one as well, but well, nothing was ever flawless, so she shouldn't blame the creator of the book. She her lower lip as she watched the older male write notes in her book. "I see, I see," she said as she nodded, reading what he was writing down. She trusted Baekhyun's judgement a lot - he was really, really smart, and not to mention, she idolized him very much. Not that no one knew. In fact, hadn't the whole of Ravenclaw heard of her admiration for him? She nodded once more he spoke more things that she should remember. "Stir slowly, stir slowly," she repeated to herself. Then she went back to the colors he spoke about. "What color indicates that it's successful?" she asked, in case the book had stated this part wrong as well.
@ℜ。 lalisa m. Baekhyun found it amusing how his younger house mate got so excited, but he decided to keep a straight face and pet his small frog, so it will calm down completely. Quirrel found its way back on the stack of books, and fell asleep. Baekhyun took a look at te potion and nodded, humming a bit. "Draught of Peace. This is a complicated one indeed. You have to be very precise with the steps and ingredients, and this book has some mistakes", he said with his eyebrows furrowed and took his pen, then the book of Advanced Potions to correct the few mistakes. "Here. You ought not to add 8 drops of hellebore at the end or you might fall into a deep sleep instead of just calming down. Plus it will make the potion unstable. 7 drops is the right amount", he spoke and wrote the number in the book, then checked the other steps. "You have to be very patient while doing it, and stir slowly. You have to pay attention to the colours, they do matter", he nods a bit and underlines some stuff that seem important, then writes on the side 'stir slowly!'.
@ℜ。 baekhyun b. Lalisa was elated. It didn't even come to her mind that she might be disturbing the other in studying. But the fact that Baekhyun, the one she looked up to at her house (even if he didn't seem to know who she was), was going to teach her - who wouldn't be happy? Her joy was written all over her face, as readable as the books that surrounded them. "Thank you!" She screamed a 'yay!' in her mind, and she sat down on a chair beside the male. There was enough distance between the two of them.
"There's this one potion recipe that I can't get right... I'm following the steps correctly, but the end result is always different!" She answered, grabbing one book from the three she brought with her and briefly checked the table of contents. "Where is it..." Her eyes went through it quickly, yet she managed to see that the potion she was referring to wasn't there. So she took another one, checked the table of contents once more, and there it was! She flipped the book open to its page and showed it to Baekhyun. "Here it is!"
@ℜ。 lalisa m. Baekhyun was quietly spending his afternoon in the huge library their school had to offer. He was in his last year of study and even though it has just started, he did not want to fall behind especially with the finals coming right up his . He took his little frog, Quirrel, with him so the tiny being will not get bored and make a mess out of his room. The frog was sitting quietly on the pile of books on the table and Baekhyun was sliding his glasses up his nose, taking some notes on Magical Creatures. It was one of his classes and he absolutely loved it, but there was so much information, he just had to filter it a little. The library was quiet, as ever, and students were all over the place, grabbing books or reading them. He swore he heard some girls crying, because 'oh how scary defense of dark arts is'. He personally did not find it scary, it was quite interesting, but maybe they were first years.
As he went on with his lecture, drawing some of the creatures described, he heard the loud bang on his table. He started, but his frog jump in the air. Quirrel was sensitive to loud noises, especially if he was asleep. The frog landed in his palms, panting and looking at whatever provoked the loud noise. Baekhyun placed his frog on his shoulder and looked at the girl in front of him. He did recognize her, briefly. She was a Ravenclaw and he could tell that she was younger than him, judging by the books she brought along. He did not hear the request the first time, as he was still recovering from the loud noise. But then he just pretended not to hear and had her asking over and over again, and he could not help but be amused. He ended the charade as one of the student threw him a glance. "Alright, alright. What seems to be the problem?", he spoke in a low voice, not willing to attract more attention than they already did.
@ℜ。 baekhyun b. Lalisa was extremely bothered by this one potion recipe that she couldn't seem to understand. She huffed as she walked in a quick pace inside the library, heading to the shelves that held books related to potions. She knew that recipe was simple - the step by step was easy - but why couldn't she seem to get it? She briefly let her gaze wander through the book spines and grabbed the ones that she thought contained the one she was looking for. She hoped that before this day ended, something good would happen and let her brain process the correct way to create the intended result.
She pushed her hair back as she walked to look for a place to read the books peacefully, hugging the three books she took to her chest. She suddenly stopped in her tracks, spotting a familiar figure of her senior. Her eyes literally shined as she recognized it immediately. She quietly jogged over the other and placed her books quietly (key word: tried) on top of the table. "Baekhyun oppa!" She caught herself with her loud tone, so she forced herself to take on a quieter tone. "Please teach me...!" She bowed, her palms touching each other as though she was praying. How long had she been asking Baekhyun this? She had no idea.
