Okay so question.
So my sister has a Hulu account which she got through a deal with being with sprint. Now I asked her for her log in and she said she never made a password but was still able to go in through her phone and on the Hulu app on our Roku. I told her she wouldn’t have been able to go into her account on Hulu that’s connected to the Roku cause you’re going to have to log in with an email and password. She says she had only entered her email and phone number to make the account. Tried everything and still nothing.

Now is this normal or is she just not giving me her log in cause she’s being a little or something lol

it s exactly wat chanyeol said, we give you a warning. if you are still inactive after 5 days the chara will get deactivated!

i think yuri/jiho should answer that question since they're currently handling that kind of stuff.
though we used to make it like a week after inactivity they get a warning then poof bye.
