the voting system is rather simple. raise your popularity by interacting with others, playing the games made available to you, and refrain from picking fights with other trainees.

here is a quick rundown of how to accumulate votes:

• every 200 points: 1,000 votes
• votes earned in the "activities" tab
• participating in events: 2,000 votes per event
  + any votes earned as a prize during the event
* +10 votes for every attempt in the 'roll for votes' & 'magic eight ball' rooms.
