A quiet cafe that acts as neutral territory for all organizarions (human and otherwise), because everyone needs a place to get a good cup of coffee. Owner: Lucas Manager: Kyungsoo
Baristas:
@☾Kyungsoo "Yes, those times are nice. Some of the greatest joys can be found in the simplest things," Ten murmured, finishing his coffee and walking the cup over to a trash can, which he dropped it into before returning to the counter. "It was nice talking to you; I've got to get back to the shop. Thanks for the coffee, and the conversation," he said with another smile, raising one hand in a wave as he turned to go.
@⚰Ten *When his drink is done, he take out his wallet and pay the drink before he find himself a place to sit. Dragging his feet and take a sit near the big window where he could watch people walking outside. Take off his mask and put it inside his coat pocket before taking a sip of his drink. He his watching people walking outside the coffee shop. He didn't realise someone is watching him.*
@☾Kyungsoo Ten smiled widely. "Thank you," he murmured, a little bit of shy pride flaring up within him. Night Blossom was his pride and joy, and always had been. "Ohhh, I see. So it's a color preference." He laughed, and nodded. "Yes; not many naturally blue flowers, sadly. I wish there were more, but... there aren't. It's just not a color that appears often in floral things."
@☾Taemin /Ten observes the newcomer, humming as the employees prepare the man's order
/he's never seen the man before, but that's no surprise
/intrigued by what he's wearing, Ten wonders what his job is; something medical, perhaps
@⚰Ten *walked inside the coffee shop without pay too much of his surroundings. Standing in front the counter, eyes looking at the menu, he could feel the gaze of workers in front of him, staring at him strangely maybe because of the way he wearing now which he still in his uniform along with his mask on. He clear his throat just to get the workers attention*
Give me one cappuccino mix with mocha please..
@☾Taemin /on one of his breaks, Ten wanders into the coffee shop not far from his flower shop
/he orders another peppermint mocha
/while waiting for it, he fishes out his wallet
/he pays for his drink and then finds a small table to sit at, glancing around the cafe
@☾Kyungsoo "I see, so strike when it comes," he hummed as he noted the orders. To be honest, the objective seemed easy, after all, he didn't have to go the extra mile of tracking the perpetrator and assassinating him discreetly. Not like he couldn't accomplish feats of the sort, but rather he appreciated going more with his primal instincts. Thinking about the mission, it seemed like the duration would be indefinite. He knew the male must have possessed great fortune to provide his daily stipend, but he wasn't concerned about that rather the fact that he'd be staying away from the manor for a while. If only he could rebut, he would but he was indebted to his sire so he could only follow their orders. "About the cover, I propose two ideas. One, say that I am your cousin from your hometown and will be staying with you for the mean time; or, two, say that I am your boyfriend and had just moved in the town to look for a job. Both would give us enough reason and room to be close together."
@☾Yoongi The most busy shifts ate the Morning's and the Night's one, so being in the Afternoon ship it's kind of boring, although a few clients appear, most of the time is a slow and quiet shift. Jungkook was not a person to complain to much, but he honestly didn't like the afternoon shift for the fact that he can get bored pretty easily even more being alone without much to do. Sighing, Jungkook sit in the couch on the small coffee shop, giving a bit of attention to his phone as he wait and kind of hopes for a slight movement for him to have something to do.
@☾Kyungsoo "Yeah. It really is lucky," Ten agreed with a grin. "Mmm, to each their own. I love all flowers, though you might have guessed that," he commented with a small shrug of the shoulders. "Any particular reason why you like forget-me-nots?"
@☾Kyungsoo "I remember when I was a kid, my mother and father took me into this small coffee shop and it reeked of old ladies' perfume due to how many elderly women frequented it," sighed Ten. "Well, he's done a great job of it. As I said before, it's very homely and comfortable." The florist sipped his coffee again, glancing at his watch. His short break was half over.
@☾Kyungsoo Kai almost cocked an eyebrow at the male's uncharacteristic aloof tone in contrast to his soft-spoken features, luckily, he was able to control his visage. He need not further instructions as he instinctively followed the male outside and onto the deserted streets, keeping a step in between them. It had become a quirk of his because of certain things in the past few years, but it was fine, the view gave him more space to perceive the surroundings. "Do you mean to say that I will stay at the cafe until the threat is abolished? And if ever he comes through the store's front doors, I am expected to eliminate him right there and then?" he asked as clarification.
@☾Kyungsoo "You're welcome, though I should be thanking you because it tastes so good," he grinned. "Yeah, he really did. It's really... homely in here. And it doesn't smell like disinfectants or old ladies' perfume. It actually smells like coffee." Ten cast a glance around, and smiled. "The basket of flowers doesn't hurt, either." So maybe he was a /little/ obsessed with flowers, he couldn't help it. He was a florist. There would be something wrong with him if he didn't like flowers, wouldn't there?
@☾Kyungsoo When he came face to face with a short boy, he was quite surprised to figure out he was Kyungsoo. How could a man of his stature and charm be chased by rogues? The latter seemed like the type to live a quiet life. Shaking his head to clear his thoughts, he nodded at his question, answering with a quick, "Yes." He wondered if he should extend a handshake but chose otherwise considering the established line between them. "I presume we wil retire to your place together, and maybe discuss more of the job description," he rhetorically asked.
@☾Kyungsoo "Well, your practice results in a killer peppermint mocha. I'd be worried, if I wasn't... well, you know." Ten sighed. "Nice to meet you, too, Kyungsoo." The florist hummed, and shook his head. "I usually stop in once a week at most, but my coffee pot in the shop broke and I can't get a new one tonight. Or for a while, for that matter. I have to focus on my orders and other more important things." His lips spread in a grin. "Besides, this is a cozy place and really close to the shop, so I'm in no rush."
@☾Kyungsoo His sire landed him another errand yet again— not that he was complaining considering he was getting tired of lazing around the past few days, but still he would rather stray from bloodshed instead of losing himself amidst another blood thirst. Regardless, he arrived at his employer's office for his first day and an unnecessary briefing. Having done this one too many times before, anyone would think he was a professional (which he is to be honest). The closed sign that hung on the glass door didn't faze him as he entered the building without premise, his eyes roaming the empty shop in an attempt to find Kyungsoo.
@☾Kyungsoo "I'm going to take the liberty of assuming that most of them aren't nocturnal," Ten remarked, sipping the beverage again. The heat spreading through his body was pleasant, warming his skin and bringing a little more color to his cheeks. "You make good coffee," he commented with a soft hum of contentment, glancing from the drink to the man's face. "I'm Ten, by the way."
@☾Kyungsoo Ten counted out the bills for the price of the coffee and slid it across the counter while Kyungsoo made the coffee. He tucked his wallet back in his pocket and wrapped his hands around the coffee, taking a small sip before he spoke. "Thanks. I don't usually see you behind the counter," he said with a small upward quirk of his lips. "Employees bail on you? Or just a small shift scheduled to work tonight?"
@☾Kyungsoo Ten had taken a break on his regular scheduled time, though he felt a little guilty about it. The night was proving to be a rather busy one for him, but he needed some coffee to warm him up. The coffee pot he had in the back of the flower shop was broken, and he didn't have time to buy a new one. "I'd like a peppermint mocha, please," he said softly with a smile of his own, fishing his wallet out of his back pocket.
