@❂Yuuma The boy approached with a tiny, nervous smile that matched his tired eyes and pale skin. It all seemed so innocent for a person who sold drugs for a living. "I was just finishing up a bit of work. Gubfuxshi juice for my clients in Twilight Venom." Their deadlines were certainly fierce. He found himself incredibly anxious when he was running behind. They typically paid him with drugs, but money occasionally. There were even times where they beat him to a pulp or take his body without approval, but what could he do? Taemin was just grateful to be living... and sometimes he wasn't. Sometimes he wished for the end. Maybe that way he couldn't ever have to feel withdrawl or sell his body for a tiny ounce of the highly addictive poisons he wanted to have coursing through his veins. In truth, Taemin disliked being alone in his old house because he would think about how dirty he really was... how useless his life had turned out to be. Whatever happened to travelling? That's all he wanted to do when he was younger... but how could he travel with deadlines consistantly being shoved down his throat and the burning addiction. "Are your lungs treating you well...?" He pressed his tiny hand against Yuuma's chest as he approached, trying to hide his limp. Earlier was one of the meetings that ended with him beaten in exchange for his hard work.

@❂Taemin Daylight had just broken and Yuuma stood in the deep forest, his arms wrapped around his frame and shivering. He kept moving forward, trampling on sticks and dry leaves in the process. He would never make this much noise in the city but Taemin had assured him - and he had confirmed himself - that no supernatural creatures had a habit of wandering the forest. Yuuma thought back to the other three in the bunker and his gaze darkened. "..." They were starting to get too wary of him. It was understandable: leaving the safety bunker was close to a death sentence for them, a bunch of orphans with no one to care if they were dragged off the streets to harvest their organs or their blood. And yet Yuuma left the bunker so often... and was fine. Yuuma was very aware of the fact that if he didn't keep bringing back useful things he might find himself killed in his sleep. He would have to ask Taemin to make something again. Yuuma bit down on the inside of his lower lip. He felt bad whenever he asked for something from him. The 19-year old had met the other... 6? 7? years ago, something like that. He had been sleeping on the streets back then which was an honestly terrifying experience and, unable to bear it, he signed up for an experiment conducted by the Twilight Venom. They offered food and shelter in exchange for Yuuma testing their medication. When they were done Yuuma was well-fed and warm, but also on the verge of addiction, traumatised and suffering from chronic asthma. He had met Taemin in the course of that experiment and, unfamiliar with his environment, latched onto him for guidance and protection. Taemin was still with the Twilight Venom. He was still an addict. Yuuma saw a dim light through the thick row of trees and a smile appeared on his lips. His steps quickened and his hand reached into the pocket of his thin jacket, grasping a small object. It was a present for the other. Yuuma ran down a small hill, hopped onto the terrace and carefully slid the back paper door of the ancient building open. He snuck inside, careful not to be too loud and peeked into this room and that. "Taemin? Are you here?", he called into the house. Of course, he was here, Yuuma would be shocked if he wasn't. The boy just wanted him to declare his present location in the house.
