STAFF - Staff members are the ones working in the background. However, their work is relevant and very necessary to make all of this work in the first place! Be creative with the choice of your occupation; STR will be glad to welcome you through their doors!

TRAINEES - Trainees are the boys and girls that are going to be the new shining stars in the universe of the entertainment scene. They receive professional training in whatever subjects they specialize in and debut in a band or group.

POINTS AND WHY THEY’RE USEFUL - You will earn points by being active (per 100 points, you will get 20 skill points extra). Just tag an admin in the Requests Room as soon as you hit the next 100, and you’ll get 20 extra skill points! Once your character reaches 500 points, you will be considered ready to debut, or waiting to debut, depending on how fast they progress in training. There is another possibility to gain skill points. Every member will be given the opportunity to give “votes” to their favorites. Twice a week, you will give our two votes; your first vote will grant the chosen trainee +3 in one skill category of your choice, the second vote will give +2. You as the voter decide which category the chosen trainee will receive their points.

 

SO TO MAKE IT SHORT

 

Phase 1 (Road to Debut): Skill Points + Activity Points MUST BE 500 TO DEBUT. Points will be given by completing assignments and vote by others. Everyone has 2 vote cards every week; 1st card is +40 and 2nd card is +20.

 

Phase 2 (Be a Global Superstar): Group points start at 0 because you guys just debuted as rookies. 400 to be regional star, 800 national star, 1,500 global superstar. When you obtain skill points, you may choose to give some of your skill points to your group points instead. Group points are earned by presenting a monthly showcase (can only be done after releasing 4 songs): +20 user counted by dice roll; newly debut: 1 roll; Regional: 2 rolls; National: 2 rolls; Global: 3 rolls. Releasing songs will also give group points: +10, +20 as a bonus every following song after completing 12 songs (1 full album), and M/Vs are +100
