@dongmin l. barbara snickers, staring at the screen as she heard the words come from the boy's mouth. her snickers gradually turning into a loud laughter. "oh dongmin, you're so funny. BIOMEDICAL? ENGINEERING?" she let out a boisterous laugh, her hands covering her belly. "do you hear what you're saying? at this point you're not going to graduate this year. do you even have the requirements? Look at the screen." she switches the major to biomedical engineering, showing the new requirements and the progress dongmin had barely completed. "TELL ME, IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT? you changed your major 6 times, do you even WANT TO graduate?" she sighs at the end, resting both her arms on the table, hands clasped as she looked straight at dongmin. "i can press submit and confirm your change right now, but let me tell you.. back in my days, we learned to make smart decisions, fast. we didn't have time to DIDDLE DADDLE AROUND like this."
@barbara he blinks as he’s being yelled at by the woman, trying not to cry in front of her. and after all these visits, he thought he would ever grow immune to her yelling. dongmin looks at his student record, despite already knowing that he changed his major at least 6 times over the course of his 4 years in uni. “Well I know it’s quite a lot, but.. I can’t help wanting to try new things! But um.. can i transfer over to biomedical engineering?”
@dongmin l. "you BETTER DARN KNOW THAT THIS IS GOING TO BE YOUR DARN DIDDLY LAST TIME HERE." she screamed at the boy's face. "Look, just look at this, Lee Dongmin." she pulls up his student record. "count that for me, count it with your fingers. 1, 2, 3. go. how many times have you changed your major?" she raises each finger up individually, her hand all up in the boy's face. "so what's the major?"
@barbara he comes in to take the seat placed in front of her, still feeling as if the old woman’s glare is penetrating through him. this is far from his first time here, and he’s pretty sure it drives the woman nuts seeing his indecisive self come visit her office. “i need to change my major... again. i promise though that this will be my last time to do it though.”
@dongmin l. her eyes narrow at the handsome, but annoying young man. she remembers him. this was not the first time she had seen him. she pushes her glasses up with her finger, a glare shooting from the corner of her glasses as her voice pierces through the room. "come in, boy. so early on in the school year, what is it that you need?"
@barbara he walks into this really dusty room, only to be met with the eyes of his favorite, yet most feared person: barbara. “m’am... can i speak with you for a minute?”
