@★ missy wong ˡᵃᵈʸ "that definitely wouldn't have been a fun ride for you. plus I liked switching it up to show how versatile we are." sohee moves in through the opened door, turning her head to wait for the other to enter. she once again scans the area of people, eyes freezing at an almost abandoned corner of the restaurant. she moves to the waiter to polite ask to be seated in the far corner before beckoning the elder to follow her. once they were seated she hummed as the other spoke again, shrugging a little. "I wouldn't mind doing y. I think it would be fun to try it out. though it would probably be a complete 180 for me."

@★ jeong sohee "i'm just glad we don't have to do it anymore, at least for promotions. while it was definitely cute, i don't wanna be another gfriend doing cute up until right before disbandment." missy shrugged with both shoulders and grinned down at sohee, letting go of her to open the door to the barbecue restaurant. she waited until they were seated to speak again. "we're all much older than that. and at least we're not doing full on y, so you're not fully out of your comfort zone."

@★ missy wong ˡᵃᵈʸ "as much as I love doing falsettos, they continuously strained my voice throughout the whole songs." sohee giggled as well as she leant into the other's side. her eyes closed momentarily as she felt the breeze hit her before she was moving again. as she usually did once they stepped outside the company building, she scanned the area surrounding them for suspicious people, though she was smiling again once she saw nobody. "I bet the cute ones would have gotten popular on tiktok if it was around then. we were early for that train."

@★ jeong sohee "honestly i'm so glad i can actually have a more powerful voice rather than being in falsetto all the time." missy made a face at her own words and giggled as she hugged sohee to her side, the two of them stepping out onto the side walk. she directed them towards a close by barbecue restaurant, squeezing sohee's shoulders. "the dances are actually challenging too. the cute ones i thought we never had a challenge."

@★ missy wong ˡᵃᵈʸ "and you look super badass in them! it definitely suits you much better than the skirts." sohee laughed as well, though louder as she typically tended to be. she took the other's words in stride as her smile stretched wider. nodding her head, she hummed before responding. "I think this was the best change for all of us. as many things as I do miss from the concept, having to sing high almost all the time is definitely not one of them. finally feel like my voice can have some rest."

@★ jeong sohee "nowadays they just put me in some strappy long sleeve and sweatpants with chains and want me to show off my piercings, a very big change from what happened before." missy laughed quietly and shrugged her shoulders at sohee's words, laughing as she nodded. "yes, you're very much cute concept, this one is obviously weird for you but they still made your outfits fairly cute for the concept, you know? the skirts, cute shirts. it matches us well while keeping you comfortable."

I always felt bad that you had to be early for makeup since it took longer. you'd sometimes be at schedules before the rest of us." sohee follows the elder out the door, a pep in her step as she grew excited over the thought of eating. she was glad today was her free day from her diet, she had been craving restaurant food or take out for quite some time this week. "you're amazing at both of those things too, of course. maybe the company didn't want to label you as a dancer since they knew you didn't enjoy the concept as much? you'd always complain about the skirts, but I loved wearing them. but those are also just part of my wardrobe."

@★ jeong sohee "ah, i had to always hide all my tattoos under makeup and i had to pretend i didn't have a septum, but thankfully our company likes the punk look on me." missy nodded a few times and tangled her fingers with sohee's with a smile on her lips, tilting her head to the side as she tugged the smaller woman out of the practice room. "i still don't know how i got lead vocalist and rapper but i'll take it, right? i'm just glad we're not cute, you remember how much i hated those short skirts."

"you are a great dancer, unnie. all three of you are, and you all never fail to surprise me." adjusting her hoodie with her free hand, she hums at your words, a cheeky grin appearing on her lips. her head tilts up to look at the other as she playfully hops in front of her taller stature. "well I think you were very cute to watch on stage, unnie. but I also think you suit this style more, you're, like, the perfect look for it!"

@★ jeong sohee "well i'm not officially on dance line or anything, but it's something i've been working on for a while." missy shrugged and smiled slightly as she pulled her hair up into a messy bun, sighing shakily as she reached out for sohee's hand with a playful wiggle of her fingers. "but that's how i got into this company, because of my dancing. this kind of dancing is way more my thing, me and you are opposites. you are the epitome of cute, i'm definitely more of this badass stuff."

@★ missy wong ˡᵃᵈʸ sohee follows suit in putting her own hoodie on, grabbing her mask as well and stuffing it into the pocket. "I think I am in the mood for some meat. I need to practice my grilling skills." she giggles as she grabs her backpack, settling her arms into the straps with a happy huff. she looks back up at the elder with a hum before shrugging a bit.

"ah, you think so? it's going okay! still trying to get in the hang of things, but I've been practicing super hard recently. but having chanel unnie and mirae unnie alongside me really helps. and you as well, of course!"

@★ jeong sohee missy grinned at sohee's words and slung an arm around her shoulders, moving them back to where they had dropped their bags before letting go to pull her hoodie on. "you can choose where we go, i'm not that picky at all." she nodded a few times and lifted her duffel bag to place it on her shoulder, deciding to not change out of her sweatpants or sneakers as they were just going out to eat.

"they'll miss out anyway. how are you doing on this choreography? i know it's hard and you're not a 'dancer' but you've been doing pretty good with it!"

@★ missy wong ˡᵃᵈʸ sohee felt the sweat fall down her forward as she sipped her water. this choreography was still such a hard task to accomplish despite the group having been doing this concept for a bit of time. sohee couldn't complain, although she wasn't a main dancer or anything, she loved dancing and she likes a challenge. though, she does sometimes miss the cute concept, but she honestly has loved doing both.

she had been so focused on practicing that she hadn't realized two of the members leave, until she focused on missy coming up to her. she turned to the other, a small smile on her face as she eagerly nodded. "I'd love to, unnie. I had started thinking I would need to eat something soon."

@★ jeong sohee missy ran a hand through her hair as she slumped against the wall of the practice room, her legs stretched out in front of her as she tried to catch her breath. with their new concept, missy was being worked to the core, but she /loved/ that it was something new that they hadn't done before, and she had never been suited for the cute concept they had debuted with anyway.

mirinae and chanel had been quick to leave for other schedules but missy spotted sohee standing by the mirror, and she forced herself up before sipping her water as she approached sohee. "looks like it's just us tonight. wanna go get something to eat? my treat."
