@ᴠᴇsᴘᴇʀ ᴘᴀʀᴋʰʸᵇʳⁱᵈ Mr. Park reminding him that he was strong, no doubt due to his half-vampire status, did at least settle Isaz's nerves somewhat. The professor was probably right that Isaz would weigh next to nothing for him to carry. Still, he worried that his height might be a problem. Isaz supposed they would just figure it out if needed.

Because he had been looking at the ground Isaz didn't realize that the professor had gone to pick him up until he found himself being lifted off the ground. "Oh-" A surprised noise left the witch's mouth as he was hefted up easily. His arms naturally came in towards himself, one of them gripping Mr. Park's shoulder in order to keep himself upright. He blinked before saying, "You're right," and then, "I'm glad I'm not too heavy." Isaz laughed a little, mostly awkwardly to dispel the tension that was no doubt only coming from himself - it was just an awkward situation all around for him, though he was thankful that Mr. Park was much more nonchalant about it.

When they were about halfway up the stairs Isaz spoke up once more. "Thank you, again. It really means a lot to me. I'll definitely rest." And it was the truth. Mr. Park could have just taken him to the school nurse if they were present, or called for someone else to take care of him, but instead he had helped Isaz back to his dorm and was now even carrying him up three flights of stairs just to get to his room. Even if Isaz was still wary of warlocks, based on Mr. Park's actions alone he really wasn't nervous about that anymore.

@ᴍɪɴ ɪsᴀᴢʷⁱᵗᶜʰ Vesper was glad to see that Isaz looked so relieved from simply stepping into the building. He had worried a bit at how the student was going to cope if the building didn't provide as much relief as he thought. He got a little concerned when he saw that the other's cheeks were pink. He hoped that Isaz wasn't about to have a heat . He tilted his head curiously at the other's nervous energy, wondering what was wrong since the situation sort of called for Vesper to carry the other up the stairs. It was more of a risk to walk up them - Isaz would either faint from exhaustion or a heat .

At the mention of the other's height, Vesper gave the witch a very quick once over before chuckling softly. "I'm very strong and I doubt you weigh anything more than a sack of rice to me," he reassured. He moved to the witch's side and carefully lifted him up with one arm under the witch's knees and one arm under his shoulders. It was very easy for the warlock to lift him up, and he turned to face the other and smiled, "See?" he grinned.

After being sure that he was holding the witch securely, Vesper began ascending the stairs. He made sure not to go too quickly since that could also elevate the other's heart rate. "You should rest once you're in your room and safe. I'm sure you must be exhausted."

@ᴠᴇsᴘᴇʀ ᴘᴀʀᴋʰʸᵇʳⁱᵈ Upon entering the dorms Isaz sighed in relief. It was blessedly cool - not cold, which he needed to fully recover, but cool enough that it felt like a soothing balm against his heat-pink cheeks and skin. Thankfully, the stairwell leading up and down between the floors was close to the entrance they had entered. The only problem was that they would have to take the steps even slower than they had been walking. Isaz vaguely remembers learning in gym class that walking up stairs burned more calories than most workouts, and so he looked at them with hesitancy until the professor spoke up.

"Um, that, I mean," Now Isaz's cheeks were pink for an entirely different reason unrelated to the heat as he stuttered his words. He was a bit embarrassed even at the thought of being carried, though Mr. Park was right - it /would/ take longer if they walked as they were now. Being carried was the most logical choice, though Isaz worried that his long limbs might get in the way and cause trouble. "If you don't mind," he says eventually. "I mean, I'm not exactly the lightest thing to carry, but it probably is for the best." Besides, Isaz doesn't want to trouble Mr. Park any more than he already has. The sooner he gets to his dorm, the sooner the man can get back to his duties. And if Isaz allowed himself to be carried, there would be less of a chance of him overheating again and needing to be taken to the doctor.

"How should I, um, which way would be the easiest for you?" he asks. "To carry me. It's more than just a few steps to get up to the third floor." Isaz looked at his shoes, shoulders hunching sheepishly. "Sorry."
