@park wonbin she's already turned around, on her feet, looking at him with her lips pressed into a thin frown. "wonbin, i told you i was going to be streaming.." her voice trails off, her scolding wearing off, as she feels weak—his smile is like her kryptonite, dissipating all of the distress. it was like she had fallen into a trance, star-struck by something in the head. she desperately tries to hold her stern facade, but her willpower crumbles. involuntarily, a shy smile creeps onto her lips. she looks elsewhere, biting her lower lip, as she feels her cheeks flush. running her hand through her hair, chaeyoung lets out a soft sigh. she's already lost, and she knows it. today's streaming session would have to end here. the issue and all its consequences would have to be dealt after wonbin left.

grabbing her phone from her desk, chaeyoung quickly sends a message to her manager, apologizing for the interrupted stream and that something personal had come up and that she had to deal with such matters first. she then put her phone on 'do not disturb' mode, preventing any calls or messages to further notify her. everything would be explained and dealt with, later... putting her phone back, she then cautiously sits on the bed somewhat beside wonbin. it's too cruel that the latter looks so handsome, so mesmerizing—flawless, like an fashion editorial or commercial film.

"how was school?.." she softly asks him, crossing her legs out of anxiousness.

@park chaeyoung punching in the code to chaeyoung's apartment, wonbin tosses his backpack on her living room couch and stretches his limbs to ease away the strain of a long day. after hours of boring lectures and even more unbearable student presentations, he’s more than ready for a much needed nap. today, however, he desires the warmth of another body.

wonbin realizes she must be gaming when he’s a few steps away from her bedroom, the sound of her voice and the rapid click-clacking of her keyboard a tell-tale sign. she definitely mentioned something about that earlier today, but he doesn’t recall— not like it made a difference anyway.

he saunters into her room like it’s nobody’s business and plops down on her bed. closing his eyes, he curls up comfortably and tunes out the subsequent screaming as the woman in front of the monitor scrounges for a half-believable explanation and the power button. it’s when he finally senses some peace and quiet that he slowly opens his eyes, lips curling to form an amused smile at her expense. “hi, noona.”

@park wonbin "oh no, what do i do, i'm scared— i don't wanna peek this corner..." chaeyoung whines, pouting, to the screen of her monitor. she glimpses at her second monitor, stopping to cover and laugh at her viewers comments. they were telling to just 'swing it, swing it around town', as well as that her sporadic movements were giving them all headaches and motion sickness."i'm sorry guys, but you already know this, you watch me to be /bad/ at games, not good at them." she politely, but sternly reminds them, narrowing her eyes right at the camera perched on the top edge of her main monitor. she then returns to rest her hands back atop of her mouse and keyboard, returning to progressing in the game. "we're gonna do it chat, we're gonna swing, peek—valorant style—it's okay rosie, you can do this, there won't be a jumpscare... yolo." she states, trying to talk herself down.

chaeyoung was streaming her playthrough of resident evil 2. it was a monday evening, which meant that she'd only stream for a shorter length of time, since it was only a weekday. during the weekend, she tended to stream for longer, sometimes even going for hours depending on the game and the viewer numbers. she was about halfway through, just past 45 minutes into her stream. although she was on the job, she couldn't help but not fully be all there mentally, even though she was gaming. wonbin had texted her that he'd be coming over, but he hadn't stated what time, nor had he responded back to any of her following messages. she was concerned in the slightest, but it also wasn't completely out of habit for wonbin to be suddenly absent. usually, he reappeared within a reasonable time—usually.

"3, 2, 1!" she drags her hand in a wide circle, moving her mouse dramatically, and whipping the cursor on screen. her character darts out, and chaeyoung exhales in relief. there would be no jump scare, no sudden zombie attack awaiting for her claire. she moves her character, continuing to explore further into the game. "clare redfield is so pretty, i think if i were a guy, i'd fall for her in real life, what do you think guys? and she's so badass too. what about leon? leon's handsome, he's just so cool. i'd like him as well. but i think he needs a better hair style—" she continues playing, but furrows her eyesbrows in disdain, seeing a certain comment in chat.

she narrows her eyes again, squinting suspiciously. "i know what you guys are trying to do.. stop trying to scare me. stop it! i know there's no one really behind me—" chaeyoung cuts herself off, seeing the chat windows were suddenly blowing up. a bunch of standing man emojis were being spammed, over and over again. "stawp, i won't fall for this—" she cuts herself off with a loud yelp, curling up in her chair. startled, chaeyoung accidentally knocks away her standing microphone as well. she hears the voluminous thumps and clutters of it resonating through her headphones, but doesn't budge for a few seconds. she continues to watch the mirrored cam, in absolute horror, her eyes wide.

wonbin had walked into the frame, and was in the background, in her bedroom, on camera, live. oblivious to the distressful situation, he doesn't bother to move out of sight, plopping himself right down onto her bed.

"sorry, uh it's my manager, i wasn't expecting—" in a panic, she looks at wonbin for a split-second, then back to the spilling messages that are pouring into the chatbox. she doesn't know what to do. she was going to get in so much trouble—from her actual manager and her company's higher ups. they hadn't known anything about her personal life, and definitely not about wonbin. "apologies, technical difficulties!" chaeyoung then quickly ducks under her desk and out of the camera's view, pretending to pick something up. underneath, she hurriedly reaches for the big red switch on her cord outlet power bar, turning everything off.
