✮⋆ amusement park.

@lee felix. to be honest, 'excited' would be a satisfactory middle name for the ball of sunshine sitting next to him in the backseat of their uber. his best friend, along with a few of his other bandmates, had the most energy hyunjin had ever seen. although, some may argue that /hyunjin/ possessed an insane amount of energy as well...something that he wouldn't deny. upon hearing the news, hyunjin's face scrunched up in disgust. "aw, man, you're actually /wanting/ it to snow, lixie? i had hoped it would remain clear for us so we wouldn't freeze our butts off more than we already are going to..." he whined while linking their fingers together and pouting childishly. "but if it makes you happy, then i suppose i can afford to trudge through it."

@hwang hyunjin. "Prepared is my middle name! Okay not really, I'm just excited..." Felix admitted with a sheepish smile and a laugh. He had been looking forward to doing something with Hyunjin, but also the amusement park itself. He knew it would be lit up with Christmas lights and he'd really been wanting to see it. He was so excited he was almost vibrating as he slid into the seat next to Hyunjin, letting the driver know where he wanted to go. "Snow?" He looked out the window, noticing the over cast grey sky. Pulling out his phone he quickly checked the forecast. "It says there's a 70% chance of snow tonight! We might see it snow Jinnie!" He exclaimed, immediately reaching out for his best friend's hand to squeeze it tightly. "I hope it snows! I want to see the snowfall with you surrounded by all the Christmas lights."

@lee felix. "huh, wow. you're way more prepared than i am." he murmured, rubbing his hands together to try and generate some more heat that way. at least, they wouldn't have to wait long out in the cold if felix had already put in a request for a car. "honestly, i wouldn't be surprised. the uber driver might even be a stay..." hyunjin laughed before chirping out a happy 'thank you!' to his friend for holding the door. after settling in the back of the car and clicking his seatbelt in place, he warmly greeted the driver and shifted his gaze to the window. "you don't think it's supposed to snow today, do you, lixie?"

@hwang hyunjin. "I already called the uber, they should be here any second." Felix said, grinning a little at Hyunjin's reaction to the cold. "They do know everything, I half expect them to be waiting for us at the amusement park." He wouldn't have put it past the fans, but he was hoping they could take the time to not be celebrities for a few hours and just be friends. "Ah, that should be our uber!" He pointed out the car that was pulling up, bringing up the app to double check everything before he stepped up to open the car door for Hyunjin. "After you." He said, teasing with a little bow and everything. He could already feel the warmth coming from the car and he knew it was a better call than taking the bus or the subway.

@lee felix. "yeah yeah yeah," he waved his gloves in the air dismissively before slipping them on and stepping out of the building. the initial cold air smacked him right in the face and he scrunched his nose up unhappily. "ugh, at least it isn't snowing...but dang, it's freezing!" hyunjin whined, huddling closer to felix to attempt to steal some body heat as they walked. "tsk, our fans know what we're doing, when we're doing it, and how we're doing it before /we/ even know any of that." not that he necessarily hated that, but having free time to just...be himself proved to be nice every once in a while. "mm, should we get an uber? or, what were you thinking?"

@hwang hyunjin. Felix burst out laughing at Hyunjin's reaction. It was both hilarious and cute, and he was still giggling as he followed Hyunjin towards the door. "Oh no, your poor heart. Next time I'll make more noise when I'm coming down the hallway." He promised, taking out his gloves so he could slip them on before they went outside. He knew it would be cold, but he didn't mind. It was one of his favorite times of year, he loved seeing all the decorations and the lights it was always so beautiful. "I'm excited too. We don't get to spend as much time just the two of us with our schedules being so busy all the time. I wanted a chance to do something fun together. Hopefully we don't draw too much attention." He knew their was a high likelihood they would be noticed, and they would have to pose for pictures and sign autographs but he hoped that the fans would respect their privacy at least a little bit.

@lee felix. hyunjin jumped with a yelp before clutching his chest and turning to face his friend, chest rising and falling rapidly. "yah! i'm the one who's going to have a heart attack at this point!" he huffed, lips forming into a pout. "i thought you were the one still in the bathroom...clearly." pulling out his gloves, he spun back around and started walking toward the front door now that felix had joined him. "i don't think i've ever been there for christmas! so, this will definitely be a new experience for me, lixie. i'm excited!"

@hwang hyunjin. “Why are you knocking on the bathroom door you weirdo?” Felix asked with amusement as he stepped out of his room, he was bundled up in his warmest coat. Gloves in his pocket and a hat on his head to keep his ears warm. “You’re going to give Innie a heart attack.” He teased, grabbing his scarf and wrapping it around his neck as he made his way over to join Hyunjin. “Let’s go! I hear they decorated the amusement park so beautifully for the holidays. I’ve been wanting to go see the lights.”

@lee felix. hyunjin skipped down the hall, stopped right in front of the closed door to the bathroom, and knocked loudly (could he ever do anything quietly?) on the wood to announce his presence. "felix!" he called before tucking his hands into the pockets of his winter coat and rocking up and down on his heels. it had been quite some time since the dynamic duo spent quality time together, so when felix suggested a trip to the amusement park, despite it being frigid outside, hyunjin didn't hesitate to hop on the opportunity to go with his best friend. "i'm all ready to go now. are you done in there?"
