@wi hajoon ᵍʳᶦᵐ ʳᵉᵃᵖᵉʳ sungchan merely stood there, shellshocked at the sudden barrage of vexing questions. he tried his best to keep his expression under control but he couldn't help the slight twitch of his eyebrow that revealed he was somewhat annoyed that he was getting scolded for what should've been a small inconvenience. after the man put in his final two cents of "helpful" life advice, sungchan took a deep breath in a futile attempt to calm his annoyance. however, the alcohol in his system did not help at all.
"damn, 'not my problem' my ," the young man scoffed, not caring enough to see if the retreating man could hear him or not. he turned his head to notice a nearby bench and opted that sitting down for a moment would be better than to walk the same direction as the other male. once he sat down, he stretched his legs out and slouched down until the back of his head laid against the cold metal. he drew out a long sigh and closed his eyes. he just needed to rest for a second to get a hold of his bearings.
@wi hajoon ᵍʳᶦᵐ ʳᵉᵃᵖᵉʳ the night was still young, but sungchan had already drank way past his limit. him and a few of his friends decided it would've been nice to drink and talk about their life problems after a long time of not seeing each other. in the end, it led to them being too caught up in their emotions and comforting themselves with shots of soju. that's how sungchan ended up in his current situation, walking down yeouido park's concrete sidewalks while his head still buzzed from the alcohol. he knew that what he was doing was wrong in the back of his mind but the peacefulness of the park was too difficult to give up and it was on the path to his dorm anyway. sometimes his steps staggered and other times he'd have to take a deep breath to temporarily stop the headache. his eyesight blurred, it happened occasionally as well, however this time it wouldn't go away no matter how many times he blinked. in a desperate attempt, he shut his eyes real hard and tried to shake it off but he felt himself bump into another person from behind them. he took a quick glimpse at the person's back and noticed he accidentally ran into a man.
"." he mumbled to himself and started to bow his head a few times before the man probably turned around to notice it. "i'm really sorry, i was walking and i just didn't see you and- and it was an accident." the words tumbled out of his mouth while he bowed profusely in the hopes the other wouldn't cause a ruckus.

he blinked once, a bit taken aback by the bold compliment considering how shy you've been acting around him today. he was flattered though and grinned, replying with the same playful tone.

he then listened attentively although his eyes remained focused on the road as it was very busy this time of the day due to most people being on their lunch break.

he reached over to give your cheek an affectionate little pinch and did the same to the little frog pressed against your chest, flashing a quick smile your way.

as he drove towards the park, he could feel your eyes on him and he wanted to tease you about it so bad, but decided not to and just smiled to himself instead.

the park was quite close to your dorm so in just a few minutes they could already see the cherry blossom trees decorating the side of the road.
must be nice living so close to this park. it's so pretty
he commented as he pulled into a parking lot designated for visitors to said park, his eyes scanning around for an empty space. once he spots one, he quickly parks the car before someone else takes it then turns to face you, unfastening his seatbelt and yours.

he asked with an enthusiastic smile, propping his sunglasses on his head.

the comment trails off as he smiles mostly to himself at how much his demeanor changes around you, finding himself to become a little shy. he replays his response in his head as the door closes, wondering what it was that chemically made him so timid. maybe it was just because he really liked you. it was the first time in ages he’s had a true crush on someone.
a lot of people wouldn’t have remembered something like that. it shows your character! green flags only coming-
he cuts off as you lean over to buckle his seatbelt, his cheeks turning a new shade of red as your scent fans into his face. he takes in a deep breath to calm himself, squishing the frog close to his chest with a light hearted hum of thought.
i should give him one… tell you what! by the end of tonight i will have a name picked out for him~
he lifts a hand to press his finger against the frog’s soft cheek, sneaking a glance over at you as the shades are positioned on your face. he stares for perhaps a moment too long before catching himself in the act and averting his eyes to look out the window instead.

he asked in a playful manner before shaking his head dismissively at his own question. he watched your face closely for your reaction to the cute frog temporarily occupying your seat, smiling to himself in anticipation. he then found himself biting his bottom lip to fight back the urge to trap you in his arms and squeeze you, feeling his heart melt at the sound of your little giggles, the happy expression on your face, your wagging tail and the way you had to tiptoe to kiss him. he touched the cheek that you had blessed with your sweet kiss and grinned like an idiot.
of course I remembered. glad you don't mind our little companion
he said as he carefully shut your door, quickly walking over to his side and getting back into the car. noticing that you don't have your seatbelt on yet, he leaned over to help you with it, buckling you up securely and making sure you're comfortable in your seat.
are you gonna give him a name?
he asked, referring to the stuffed frog, as he fastened his own seatbelt and turned to face forward, one hand maneuvering the steering wheel to pull onto the road while the other slid his designer shades on.
@ʟᴇᴇ ᴊᴀᴇᴡᴏᴏᴋ ᵖᵒˡᵃʳ ᵇᵉᵃʳ his face was bright red, wasn't it? blinking quickly, dongpyo clears his throat and forces himself to pull it together, saving the mental image of you getting out of the car for later and offering a bright smile as your hand slides up against his.
I am okay! you just look really.. really good- is all.
he strolls alongside you, a bit curious as to why you were somewhat blocking his view until the door swings open and the plush was exposed to his view. eyes widening and a little gasp leaving his lips, he immediately reaches out with his free and and scoops up the little frog, beaming up at you in between little giggles and murmurs about how cute the plushie was. his tail was practically creating a breeze of it's own with how quickly it swung from side to side behind him.
oh my goodness- this is so cute! you remembered.. awe, wook~
his hand wrapped around yours pulls slightly to get you to move closer, leaning up on his tippy toes to deposit one kiss against your cheek and then smoothly sliding into the vehicle, his tail folding in his lap alongside the adorable frog.

@sᴏɴ ᴅᴏɴɢᴘʏᴏ ʳᵉᵈ ᵖᵃⁿᵈᵃ as soon as you pinned your location, he stood up with much enthusiasm and went to check himself in the mirror one last time, making sure he looked all neat and handsome for you before heading out- keys and wallet already secured in his pockets. for a moment he debated whether to take his car or not since the weather is so lovely, but after their conservation about rain he decided that he would. he followed the directions in his gps, the nervousness and anticipation of seeing you growing the closer he got to your place. in exactly 15 minutes, which the gps had estimated, he was in front of your building. a smile instantly appeared on his face at the sight of you and he got out of the car coolly, though feeling his heart thumping against his chest as he approached you and saw how cute you've gotten for their date.

he sing-songed in a playful tone before noticing your dumbfounded expression, his head tilting to the side with a toothy grin.

he gently took your hand in his and lead you closer to the car without turning his back to you. of course he opened the passenger door for you, a little surprise gift waiting for you on your seat. it was a smaller version of the frog plush you once mentioned you wanted, a little baby blue ribbon tied prettily around its neck.

It was strangely nice outside today, the sun shining with only a few sparse clouds dotting the sky, if not for the chilled breeze that kept gusting by it would seem like spring spring has really arrived. Biting on the inside of his cheek to soothe his nerves, he looks around the area. People were occasionally walking by, there were a few lingering around a bus stop across the street, and the very cafe he liked to get his drinks from in the morning was bustling due to the lunch rush. Distracting himself was a great option- it made time pass by a lot quicker, and before he knew it, 15 minutes had flown by. Now responding to his fans comments on his recent Weverse post, the idol glances up as he hears a car pull up directly in front of where he was standing. His eyes widen and he slips his phone into his pocket as the driver's side door opens and Jaewook steps out, momentarily star struck at just how handsome the man looked. Pyo remains standing there, dumbfounded even as the actor approaches him, his lashes fluttering as he processes that this is really happening.
