We use walkie talkies or radios to communicate, there is a generator that supports the colony energy that runs from 6am to 11pm after that it only runs the kitchen to conserve energy and keep the food good. there are cars that we can use to drive around, they do not park inside the colony gates , but outside of them. Can’t let zombies getting in. The apocalypse has ran for roughly 1-2 years now.
