It didn't matter how many dolls she had already tested. She could be testing her first or her hundredth doll and it would still be the same to her, still strange, still awkward. With her independent nature she didn't need another person in her life - even meeting up with friends and family was a struggle for her, so having another person lounging around her would always be weird. Not to mention, that it was a robot and not a human. Now, Sehee was not against humanoids per se. She did believe they were a great invention, but to degrade them and turn them into toys - they would never argue, never be a full person and therefore served only those who could not find a partner because they lacked patience and a will to compromise - instead of giving them a better purpose.

The doll now lying on the bed in her guest room was no different. He was built tall and handsome, constructed after general beauty standards for their owners to ogle at and show off. Sehee shook her head. She would never understand the need to have a significant other to present, just as status symbol. That was not the question to discuss now as it was too late. The girl had already accepted the job offer, a contract valid for several years. The terms and conditions were perfect for a college student like her and thus she couldn't help but accept. But that also meant that she had to start working now as the company expected a first report within a week.

"Let's activate you then," she mumbled, hovering above the doll to press a quick kiss on his lips.
