you’re asking from an auditory perspective, not an olfactory one, right? in that case, i’d rather have my belches sound like farts. i’ve been told that my /rare/ moments of flatulence resemble quaint wind chimes. yes, i know. (she chuckles) very demure, very mindful.

i say this in the most polite way possible… the production team is getting creative each week. [ laughs ] but if i /really/ had to pick i’d pick the second. belches always given me the ick more than the sound of farts.

The first option. It's the most sensible.

oh? um . . . (tilting her head, she remains silent for a moment) excuse me . . . (turning away from the camera and covering her face with a hand, she quietly pretends to belch as stealthily as she can before she turns back around to face the camera) . . . well . . . i think i would want my farts to sound like belches. originally, i was going to pick the other option, but then i realized not all farts sound the same and some sound . . . wet? (awkward chuckling) for a lack of a better word. and then i thought about it, and if i had to hear a wet fart more than necessary, i think i would cry. (grimacing) plus, i just tested it out! and a belch doesn't sound that bad . . . ! you make a sound when you fart anyways, and you usually know when you will . . . so you could just walk away before you fart-belch and no one would know! heh!

personally, i would like to think i prefer fart to sounds like belches. can you imagine having your belches sound like fart? would it not remind you of the terrible smell that comes along with it? (shivers) If you think about it, one can attempt to release a belch as silent as they want to! and then it doesn’t seem all that bad because it’s hardly ever that stinky. however, when your belches sound like fart, and they remind you of fart…and if your brain links the idea of the smell to your fart to your mouth… does that not disgust you?

obviously, the latter is the safest option; however, my therapist has encouraged that i challenge my comfortability for the sake of emotional growth so i’m going to opt for my sibling dating my ex. if i can maturely handle witnessing my little sister making out with my loser ex, then i’ll be well on my way to righteous sainthood. besides, she’s used to getting my hand-me-downs.

it depends on the situation. for the first option, did i break up with my ex in good terms or bad terms? how long has it been since i last saw him? is he trying to get back at me? there's a lot of factors to look at for that i'd rather pick the lesser of two evils. i already treat my bestfriend as a part of my family. so, it's option two for me. it's much easier to... digest, i suppose. though, i'd have to find a much, much, much younger bestfriend. (pause) my sister is eight.

Depends, really. But I'd have to opt for the first option. If my ex and I ended things amicably, I wouldn't mind if my brother dates my ex. If he's happier, then that is what matters more to me than any residual, unresolved hang-ups with my ex. With the second option, if my brother and my best friend decide to end things or even if they're caught up in an argument, I'd hate to have to be the middle man /or/ worse, pick sides between two people I really care about.

I'd rather have my sibling date my best friend. If I'd been intimate with my ex and my sibling had them next, that would genuinely make me crash out. Good thing I'm an only child.

Hot take but I'd rather have my sibling date my ex (so we can share the trauma) because I really don't want to hear about my siblings being intimate with someone. And yes, I talk to my girl bestie about stuff like that

I'd rather have my brother date my bestfriend. Might make me cringe the first few times but it will be bearable as time goes. The former option sounds so atrocious. I shudder at the thought.

who would even pick the first option? that's insanity. obviously, i'd rather my sibling dates my best friend! i love my sibling, and i love my best friend, so if they're in love, that's a win for me! . . . but i don't want to see them kiss or anything. that's going to change my worldview. i'll have to close my eyes for that one.

sibling dating my best friend, period. because one—having two of my favorite people in the world like each other? bliss. fingers crossed they never break up, though; that'd be awkward. and two—i don't want my sloppy seconds anywhere near my bestie, hello!?

honestly, none. both are terrible situations... but if i had to choose, 'sibling date my best friend'. because i'd be curious to know what my friend would see in my sister. he must have been blind or desperate.
