Church

Traditionally a place of worship but vampires and demons like to be . Oh, you naughty nasties.

@Seung Ri Leeteuk grasped his blade and watched Seungri disappear into the treeline. He looked around once more then followed after.

@Leeteuk Seungri laughed again, obviously enjoying Leeteuk's disdain.

"You are so easy, you know that? One of these days you're going to get the soft chewy center and find out you had things all wrong. Good this, evil that. Everyone is just punching the clock buddy. By all means though, keep flogging yourself at not having the answers. I mean damn..."

Suddenly Seungri's sentence was cut by the breaking of a branch in the darkness 50 feet away.

"Well now," Seungri whispered, "looks like an interesting night after all..". He looked at Leeteuk, then at the shadows and started walking silently towards the noise.

@Seung Ri Leeteuk marveled at how Seungri always seemed to do the one thing that seemed to trivialize his gift the most. Seungri bordered on being able to read minds due to his highly developed aura awareness and deductive faculties. Leeteuk couldn't help but shake his head and smile at the jab.

"Would you be nice, I was almost glad to see you for a second there."

@Leeteuk "Let me guess," Seungri said as he put his finger against his forehead as old mind readers did in stories, "you are concerned that your cheese slicer is now clouded and that it truly reflects your inner being and you can't watch your romantic comedies anymore since you are no longer a pure little care bear?"

@Seung Ri "Long enough." Leeteuk responded. He was relieved to see Seung but he kept aware of his surroundings. It had been years since he had seen Seung and he didn't know now where his loyalties were.

Leeteuk was relieved to see Seung was still walking this plane of existence though, and allowed himself to smile in earnest.

"In all honesty it felt like forever, some days I feel like I didn't all come back." Leeteuk replied honestly.

@Leeteuk Brother I am hurt! What a terrible thing to say.." Seung said, as he could barely stop himself from laughing. He failed miserably and burst into laughter, "Oh Leeteuk where have you been, things have been so dreary without your tongue in cheek wit. Am I supposed to keep myself entertained these days? How long were you out on that crusade into the depths anyways - a thousand years?"

@Seung Ri Leeteuk looked at Seung and seemed to almost think about how to respond. Leeteuk then walked up to Seung and stood right in front of him.

"So am I to assume you are the one skulking around here? Have you felt anyone nearby? I felt someone a little more...dangerous than you."

If one looked closely you could see the slight smile on Leeteuk's face.
Seungri [A] 11 years ago
@Leeteuk Seung walked out of the shadows, lightly clapping at Leeteuk. He chuckled as he spoke, " Still playing out in the dark I see? Don't you ever just go out to the movies or something?" Seung then stopped clapping and looked at Leeteuk with a feigned seriousness. "Oh wait, didn't anyone tell you that you can be good without being boring?"

Leeteuk opened his eyes and again scanned the church in a slow, deliberate manner. The priest seemed to be fairly new, not yet having the gait of a man burdened by the knowledge that their faith afforded them.

Leeteuk then wondered, how long until the cloth demanded that he be privy to the truths of this world? Would they teach him about demons and the other things that made this world potentially unsafe, or would he come face to face with evil in his walk of faith?

After what seemed only to be an instant from when Leeteuk finished that thought he sensed something nearby. Something that was trying to stay hidden. Leeteuk had barely glimpsed it from the corner of his eye. He slouched over in the pew, appearing to be praying as he moved his jacket so that it wouldn't impede his grasp of Glimmer if things took a turn for the worse.

Leeteuk then took a quick inventory of the people and layout of the area. It had just turned nightfall and there remained only the two people and the priest. He leaned back again on the pew slowly, judging its attachment to the floor. Good, he thought, the pew was fairly loose and could be kicked out of the way should the situation demand it.

He slowly got up being aware of every noise it created. He took short strides to limit the rustling of his blade against his jacket and clothes. He started walking towards the entrance, glancing around the area looking for the telltale signs of the stalking of prey.

He just hoped to himself that there was only one hunter, for the sake of the humans. He could perhaps take one out quietly - but any more than that would cause havoc on the area and be open to witnesses.

There was a chance also that the creature in question was simply a being of the night, not openly aggressive just cautious. Perhaps it would simply end up being a discussion and not a bloodbath?

Leeteuk walked through the doorway and instantly felt out of place. This church had been around for centuries, and he could feel the aura of hallowed ground around him but for some reason it provided no comfort.

The priest looked up from the pulpit and Leeteuk instinctively slid into the back pew. His trench coat should be hiding his wings and he didn't want to attract attention. The younger angels would be asked to consult with the priest normally, he could only imagine what questions the priest would have for him if he only knew Leeteuk's past.

Leeteuk carefully watched the priest and was glad to see the man had lost interest in him.

Leeteuk then closed his eyes and centered himself. He could feel the souls of the few people present in the church. The old lady lighting the candle was in distress...felt like pain of a loved one. The young man in the second row was murmuring a prayer to himself. Leeteuk silently prayed for them to the Master, such faith in humankind gave him strength and they deserved whatever peace they could get.

Leeteuk took in a deep breath. How he loved that smell of aged wood and incense

Can I be Tiffany of Girl's Generation?

Species: Werewolf

Character Background: Tiffany had grown up on her own, after her single mother abandoned her in the woods as a toddler when she found out that she could change into a wolf. As cliché as it sounds, a mother wolf saw her and took her in as her own. Tiffany learned everything she needed to know from the mother wolf, except how to handle human life. Is there someone out there that would be willing to help her learn to control her transforming and become a normal human?
