Hangeng's Tent

@Onew/Jinki Hangeng blinked as he stared at the food and couldn't help but feel like a child when the other ruffled his hair. He puffed out his cheeks but continued to stare at the food as he tried to figure out what he was craving. With a sigh, he reached over and began to eat a few of the things he placed on the plate. He nibbled on some bread, eggs and who knows what else as he ate watching the ringmaster continue eating.

@Hangeng He pulled out a recipe book, knowing he'd be horrible without one and cooked dish after dish and piled it up on the counter, moving them to the table after he'd finished them. "Take your pick," he said after he'd been preparing for the past thirty minutes and wasn't quite done yet, but he figured he'd let the other start tasting his dishes before he continued. "Eat well~" he half sang to Hangeng as he ruffled his hair and skipped back to the stove.

@Onew/Jinki "Don't know," Hangeng replied, surprised at how fast they even made it to the tent. He blinked, tilting his head as his gaze fell on the ringmaster who continued to pull out food after food from everywhere. "Um, surprise me?" he more asked then stated as he tapped the table in front of him with his finger.

@Hangeng He let Hangeng use him as his support stand, happily guiding him towards the meal tent where he helped him into a chair as quickly as he could. "What would you like to eat?" he asked in a voice too chipper to be used during the morning. But the ringmaster couldn't help himself, he was too happy to see his hyung alive and not treating him like he was the enemy to bother. He was already pulling out a variety of ingredients as well, figuring he'd just make everything and whatever performer remained in his tent could help themselves as well.

@Onew/Jinki Food sounded quite delicious and good to Hangeng, he nodded again before closing the bottle. "Food, sounds good," he said as he pushed himself to the edge of the bed. He shut his eyes, slightly feeling lightheaded for a split second before it went away and he slowly moved to stand on both feet. It seemed he wasn't ready for moving quickly just yet. He didn't mind the fingers rather welcomed them as he lightly leaned against them before he told the other to lead the way to the meal tent.

@Hangeng "Do you want anything else...? Do you think you're able to walk? I could go make you some food in the meal tent..." Onew murmured, unconsciously running his fingers through Hangeng's hair. He stared at him affectionately, forgetting about their past and living in the present. His hyung was handsome, and so infinitely kind. He couldn't help but admire him. And he wanted to make sure he was completely okay.

@Onew/Jinki The older male nodded, his lips as he realized how dry they felt along with his mouth. It seemed he had grown parched during his nap. He happily took the new cool bottle from Onew, thanking him as he opened it up with a bit of struggle. He sat up, taking in a good gulp and sighing at how good it felt to have cold liquid run down his throat.

@Hangeng "Hmm... I'm good, just sleepy," he admitted, stretching and moving off the cot. He stumbled to his feet, running a hand through his long hair and trudging towards the mini fridge to grab a water bottle. "Want another one?" he asked, though his hyung had 2 bottles already. A cold one would be better, he told himself as he grabbed another and moved back to the cot next to Hangeng.

@Onew/Jinki "Ahh, fine," Hangeng replied with a small nod, a yawn leaving his lips after a second he finished speaking. He stretched his arms, groaning slightly before settling back onto the cot with a small tired sleepy smile. "How about you?" he asked the ringmaster tilting his head to the side.

@Hangeng He'd been deep in sleep, though when he felt something rumbling in his pillow his eyes hesitantly opened, finding that he wasn't in a position he remembered putting himself in. His brain clicked in soon, though, that he was in the infirmary and he'd most likely fallen asleep. "Hyung? Are you okay?" he asked, looking up and rubbing his eyes tiredly.

@Onew/Jinki Hangeng slept peacefully for a few more hours before groaning as he shifted slightly around. He sighed shaking his head, stretching his arms above his head looking around to see Jinki asleep. He chuckled, figuring this was how he would find him but he was glad that the other had actually fallen asleep like he asked.

@Hangeng Despite being as tired as he was, Onew couldn't stand sitting here being helpless any longer. He moved out of his cot, ignoring the pleads of his sore muscles and sat on the edge of Hangeng's bed, reaching the back of his hand up to press to Hangeng's forehead, checking for fever. "Sleep well," he murmured to the half asleep hyung, grinning and finding himself falling next to his friend on the cot, slipping into a nap as well.

@Onew/Jinki Hangeng hummed, liking the idea of not having another heavy book fall upon his head anymore and he slowly nodded as he closed his eyes. He was still tired and had taken a few sips of his water before setting it down and resting back into the cot, sighing as he relaxed. "That sounds, good," he mumbled out as he too soon fell into another nap.

@Hangeng "I'm not forcing myself... I'm doing just fine," he replied almost childishly, a small pout even gracing his lips. The nonchalant attitude floating around them both made him smile, though, wondering how thing shad slipped back so easily. he knew they had a lot of work to do between them still bu the would treasure this as long as he could. "We should cat disaster proof your room... I don't want another book hitting you in the head," the ringmaster murmured worriedly, afraid that something like this could happen again only worse next time.

@Onew/Jinki "You really need to stop forcing yourself, what if you push yourself too hard?" Hangeng asked with a soft gentle voice as he continued to Kira with attention though he smiled as he too noticed the cat had fallen asleep on top of him. It seemed that the acrobat had turned into a pillow or bed for the orange kitten. "Seems like it," he said, though he was glad Onew had actually taken his advice to rest. He didn't need the ringmaster near death anytime soon.

@Hangeng He bit his lip, debating with it, but if it would ease Hangeng's mind then he'd do it. Hesitantly he nodded, stumbling towards a mini fridge not far away from the cot to grab a new water bottle for the man. "H-here," he stuttered nervously, twisting the cap to break the seal and handing it to Hangeng gently. "I'll ... Try to lay down now," he mumbled sheepishly, taking a place on the cot on the other side of the one the latter was laying in. He didn't go beneath the blankets, however, choosing to lay atop of them and tugging the pillow close to him. He'd thought he'd been okay to last a couple more hours yet when his body laid down he was surprised to find all of his muscles nearly give out on him. He hummed appreciatively, despite himself and smiled sheepishly to his hyung. "Guess Kira wants a nap too..."

@Onew/Jinki "I'm fine, maybe some water?" he suggested rubbing his eyes as he tried to get rid of the sleep. He chuckled when the orange fur ball hopped and settled onto his chest, like a pillow and he couldn't help but reach over and the kitten with affection. "Take a nap, after you get my water please?" he asked tiredly, a small smile on his lips as his fingers gently d Kira's ears.

@Hangeng Onew knew that Hangeng was raising valid points and that he should be concerned about that detail, but his concern for the well beign of his hyung was still top priority, leaving him to wave off the idea of him napping. "I can sneak in a couple hours of sleep later... A-are you sure you don't need anything? Water? More pain killers... If you're hungry, I can make you something..." as he said this Kira came bounding forwards, hopping onto the bed like his hyung wasn't injured and curling up on the middle of his chest with a rumbling purr.

@Onew/Jinki Hangeng was about to retort against the other when he was abruptly grabbed by his head. He let out a small grunt, not out of pain but annoyance before he pulled back. "Its fine now, just a bump remains," he said with a shrug as he lightly ran over it. It hurt, but only when it was brushed over by something. "But you need sleep. What if I want something later and you won't be able to get it since you passed out and you will be passing out soon if you don't get at least a nap," he said before yawning again and turning onto his side, snuggling against the pillows once more.

@Hangeng He quickly shook his head, the feeling odd and making him a bit light headed but he brushed it off quickly. There were mopre important things to take care of at the moment. "I'm not tired. I'm fine, really, dont' worry about it... How's your head though? Do you have a bump..? I didn't check..." he muttered to himself, angry that he hadn't thought to do so. Saying it out loud now, though, he reached over and felt around on Hangeng's head, wondering if he was okay.

@Onew/Jinki Hangeng blinked, watching him before shaking his head smiling small. "I'm fine," he replied with a chuckle shaking his head. He really didn't need anything, he was more worried about the ringmaster who seemed like was about to pass out in front of him. "Are you tired?" he asked quietly, furrowing his eyebrows slightly.

@Hangeng He snapped awake when he heard the sound of his hyugn's voice. "I wasn't asleep. What is it? Do you need anything?" the ringmaster asked quickly, glancing at Hangeng in concern and standing up on slightly wobbly feet. "I can get you it, don't move. Are you hurting?" The words fell out of his mouth one after the other but Onew couldn't stop it. He didn't want Hangeng to suffer after all, and considering how bad he'd been the previous day he couldn't keep his worries to himself.

@Onew/Jinki He slept at ease for most if not all the night. He didn't have a nightmare nor did he havy any other troubles as he remained blissfully unaware of the things around him. He only seemed to move when he started to wake up from him dreamless slumber, head tilting to see where he was. He blinked, trying to chase the sleep from his eyes though he still felt tired. Slowly, recognition that someone was holding his hand began to register and turning his head he was surprised to find Onew toppling over. "O-onew?" He asked confuse and slightly worried, not at all fazed by the fact that he was holding his hand.

@Hangeng Onew watched Hangeng worriedly, holding his hand and watching him doze off. As the elder slept he kept by his side, forcing himself to stay awake for the whole night since he didn't want to have him wake up and be confused. The sun fell and rose by the time Hangeng woke again, and Onew was near tipping over from exhaustion though he was desperate to see Hangeng's condition and judge if he was feeling better or not.

@Onew/Jinki Hangeng had settled himself and relaxed, eyes closed as the other continued on with the conversation on the phone of whatever they were talking about. He hummed when he listened to the results of his problem, nodding against the pillows behind his head. He slowly opened his eyes feeling the gentle caress on his hand, not minding it but rather welcoming it this time around. The acrobat managed to smile, before closing his eyes again.

@Hangeng He sighed and repeated the answer to the man on the other end of the line with him, sitting down on the edge of Hangeng's bed as he felt a bit exasperated that he couldn't do much. By the time the man on the phone stopped babbling about this and that, Onew had already given up, having figured out the answer himself. "You don't have a concussion... Just a nasty bump on the head... They recommend you sleep it off and take another pill when you wake up," he murmured gently to his hyung, taking the others hand in his own and rubbing the skin softly.

@Onew/Jinki Hangeng blinked, watching the other on the phone with his eyes half open as he spoke. He had just closed them when Onew directed a question towards him and he gently shook his head not wanting more pain to be felt, though he wondered why he hadn't just said it then. "No, my vision is fine," he added with a small smile.

@Hangeng He waited anxiously to see if Hangeng would be able to swallow the pills, sighing in relief when he saw them go down. However, he'd been so focused on his hyung that he'd been ignoring the man on the phone. "Yes, yes, I'm still here... I don't know if he has a concussion... No he's not nauseous," Onew said in reply to all the questions the man was launching at him, darting quick glances to Hangeng. "Are you able to see properly?" he asked the latter, ringing the phone wire in his hands nervously.

@Onew/Jinki Hangeng whined slightly not wanting to have been moved but was anyways. He blinked lazily as he laid against the soft pillows, furrowing his brows. He sighed at the sight of the pills, but grab them and stared as he waited for the water. Once he was handed the bottle he shoved one at a time before taking a gulp of water and swallowing the pill only for it be followed by the second. He gagged, having gotten some of the taste on his tongue.

@Hangeng He grabbed the essentials, balancing the pills and other things while sticking a phone between his ear and shoulder as he tried to make contact with a doctor. "Here, take some of this," he murmured as the man on the other line finally picked up. He chattered away to him in shushed tones, propping up his hyung on the pillows and placing two pills delicately in his hands and popping off the lid to the water bottle so that the other could swallow them.
