Increased (Almost) All Character Limits

I've been really busy lately but I managed to squeeze this in for today. Character limits for roleplay posts, comments, PMs, and maybe others I've missed have been increased anywhere from 2x to 5x (mostly similar to Asianfanfics limits). I did this one really fast so if something broke in relation to this, just let me know in the comments and I'll look into it.
