He poisioned her and tore her wings from her body, Maleficent was helpless to stop it, She then vowed to get revenge on the King. As the years passed a child was born to the King and Queen. A baby girl rumored to be the most beautiful in all the lands. Maleficent was not invited to the christening. A grave error. For a once pure heart had now turned black with pain and evil. Bursting through the castle doors Maleficent tried to get the King to apologize for his misdeed. When he did not, she only did what was fair. She cursed the child. On the eve of her sixteenth birthday, the child will prick her finger and fall into an eternal slumber. No power on Earth could stop the curse Or so she thought.
Maleficent was taken with the rest of the enchanted forest to a new land without magic. She was renamed Oh Hye Rin or Rainia as a nickname. She was made to be ruthless, firm, uncaring. She was a shark in a sea of minoes. Now she fights for peoples rights, defending them in a court of law. Though she still never found her own happiness. She has dreams, vivid dreams of what was once her life. But of course she doesn't think them to be true. Just silly dreams. Someday she will get what she wants. She will get her wings back and she will find happiness.
