the year is 2020. we've just gone through one of the hardest years, and we're finally stepping into a new year and a new decade. what a better way to kick things off than finding somewhere to settle down, make new friends, and enjoy yourself? we're not going to let 2020 tear us down. oh no, not at all. instead, we're going to grab 2020 by the throat and show it who's boss! pull up a seat and join us for a joy filled beginning of the year!
rules to follow
one.
favoriting the roleplay is mandatory before anything else. upvotes will only be required if you want to snatch another character. be sure to comment your faceclaim's full name and stage name if they have any. we don't accept fc's not of asian descent, sorry! reservations last up to 24 hours before they are free to be snatched again.
two.
once accepted, you're expected to reach 100 pts within 6 days of joining. failing to do so will result to automatic kick-out. if your character only had 0 pts the entire time, they will be deleted right away. we do not have a spam room in this roleplay, meaning that you really have to talk your way up to reach the points.
three.
for hiatuses, go to the designated room and read the details before tagging the assigned admin. requests posted in the comments will be ignored. when leaving, please pm any admin. any comment about leaving will be deleted.
four.
inactivity is set up to 7 days. you will be given one warning once you go inactive, and you will have 24 hours to clear the sign. since this is just a non-au, popping in the chat once in a week wouldn't hurt. if you didn't post 24 hours after getting the inactivity sign, your character will be deactivated. you can only claim your character back after 48 hours, till then, the fc will be open for anyone to snatch.
five.
there is a dating ban of 7 days and 250 pts for that character. do not join to couple up on the first day. if we see you talking to your partners only and ignoring everyone else, we will give you a warning. if you're looking for the pɹoʍssɐd, then choose a seventeen unit that you'd include yourself in. move-in couples are allowed as long as you inform us beforehand.
six.
as of now, we are only allowing two characters. second characters can be obtained with an upvote. likewise, every time the roleplay reaches a milestone, a new slot for a character will be unlocked. this can be anything like if the roleplay lasts for nth days or reached nth upvotes, so make sure to keep the roleplay running! you may snatch two faceclaim's from the same group as long as they're composed of nine or more members. character changes are only tended to in the cc room, tagged to the assigned admin. any cc request posted in the comments will be ignored.
seven.
ooc drama is strictly prohibited. do not use this roleplay as a platform to attack or make other people uncomfortable. we want this place to be a home for everyone, therefore avoid bubble roleplaying. talk to everyone and be inclusive. if we notice any of you disobeying this rule, we will give you a warning. the second time you do it, you will be kicked out.

once the roleplay reaches 15 upvotes, everyone will be allowed the chance to have 3 characters! however, your other two characters must have 250 points each before you can claim a third.

when there are 50 upvotes on the roleplay, the first event will be unlocked! keep an eye out for information on what that will be.

when the roleplay has been featured, everyone will be allowed the chance to have 4 characters. however, your other 3 characters must have 500 points each before you can claim a fourth.
