god bless this ANON: I think it's so disrespectful that so many of you in SCANDAL are complaining about slow updates in confessions or couple lists or even the scandals themselves. I wonder, how many of you run an RP? Really, I'm sure most of you complain and you don't even know the stress that is maintaining an RP - or a blog or a website. It takes time - it's overwhelming. Not to mention everything else that goes on in all of our lives (unless you don't go out then that's a different story). Probably like a 89% of the people in this RP is extremely busy with either work, college, school, or day-to-day issues. That in itself is the source of everyone's anxiety or depression or stress. And then you guys have the guts to blatantly call out the admins, specifically, the head admin that they are doing a ty job at updating. Instead of complaining, put yourself in their shoes. It's not like we have all time in the world to do the things we want to do - there's literally no way to do everything we want to do because, hey, guess what, add in eating and sleeping, and there goes approximately 9-10 hours of your day, leaving you only around 12-13 hours to do homework, or study, or hey! Shower. So, no. Don't complain if this RP takes its time to update - it's a quality RP exactly because they take the time to make an AFF story for the scandals with a legitimate looking code to make it resemble all kpop. It's a quality RP because the admins take their time editing the pictures so they look the proper sizes and not squished. It's a quality RP because the theme codes were actually made by one of the admins. It's a quality RP because they have taken the time out of their days to make it quality and to be welcoming and to send people warnings and to ask people if they are okay. Because, trust me, I have seen so many RPs and the admins are so negligent to the people and such a mess and they don't even try to edit the pictures so they look nice and all they do is recycle an overly grinded up idea for an RP like the 50 marriage contract RPs on RPR. This RP is unique and innovated and you can literally see the amount of time the admins have put into making it a good and welcoming place. Sure, a lot of you are sad that many people don't respond when you ask to RP, but, let's face it - did you take the time to red the OOC info on their wall? Many people don't like to be asked to RP, they prefer doing the asking. And other people are too busy or don't have any idea of what to RP (which is what happens a lot to me, so that's why sometimes I don't respond to wall posts) and other times people post random starters on walls and they just don't want that. And others of you just complain about couples or whatever but just...stop? Don't complain about someone else's plot because you're jealous that they are dating that person or whatever. Don't complain about the admins - they are probably doing the best job on this website. Don't complain about the RP or the people. And if you're sad that someone else wrote a scandal about something you wanted to write, don't cry. Just submit it? Do you know that's how the real world works? Grab a LIFE magazine and put it next to another magazine and both will have at least one article pertaining to the same news. It's okay to have more than on scandal about something because it's written by different people. But, honestly, if you guys are going to keep moping and complaining and not like how the RP is handled you can just leave and stop complaining about the admins and the amount of work they have put into making this RP. Because your complaints definitely don't help anyone and only make the admins more stressed and makes them fear that they aren't doing what they committed to correctly - because maintaining the RP isn't their job. They aren't being paid for it. But they still created SCANDAL which is fresh and different for your enjoyment - at least appreciate that and shut up.
