@[i] wendy "You shouldn't push yourself though," he muttered as the both of them climbed up the steps to reach the top of the water slide. Yixing felt slightly guilty for having to make Wendy go on a ride that she was afraid of, and really didn't mind her passing on this one. Grabbing her hand tightly, the boy gave her a reassuring squeeze before nodding. "Of course I'll catch you, Wendy. That's a question you don't have to ask." With that, the older patted the other's head, and let go of her hand - ready to head down the long slide he had been longing to go on.

@[i] [h] lay "no no, I'll do it" Wendy frowned slightly, her feet rooting her to the ground when she was already up there with the Yixing, legs trembling slightly at the height as she looked down. " This is such a bad idea, Xing-ah. You'll go first, then I'll go. okay okay? You'll catch me right, at the bottom?" She asked again, knowing that the other probably would even if she didn't ask but just for the sake for reassurance, she needed to hear it from him.

@[i] wendy Yixing stopped in his tracks, turning behind and looking at Wendy with raised eyebrows. She was somewhat struggling and formed a tiny pout - which he had seen often since they were a couple before. "If you don't want to, it's alright." He nodded, smiling slightly. "But I mean, I'll go down first and make sure you're okay."

@[i] [h] lay "No. Wait." Wendy struggled a little, the last time she remembered sitting on an intense ride, I didn't go too well for her and Zitao. "But.." Wendy whined softly, lips jutting out a little forming into a small pout, something she often did when she didn't want to do something. "Fine." She huffed softly, taking the other's hand. " But if anything happens to me, there would be ten thousand people you would have to answer to."

@[i] wendy "And I look better with Luhan because we're both handsome by nature," he whispered back into her ear before straightening out, chuckling at her face. Yixing skipped towards the slide, grabbing Wendy's arm as she stopped in her tracks, looking at the looming slide in front of her. "You're still afraid of heights?" He tugged on her arm. "Come on!"

@[i] [h] lay "I look good with zitao." Wendy whispered in his ears, blushing slightly. " We look good once, long ago. not now." She grinned at her wittiness, sticking her tongue out. "Meh~rong~". Seeing the other run towards the big slide, Wendy ran along, stopping in her tracks only once she had notice how tall the slide was and she wasn't a fan of heights or huge rides like that. " You're going up there by yourself Yixing-ah, I'm not going up there with you, I'll catch you in my arms when you come down!"

@[i] wendy "I learnt how to be violent from you, Wen." He coughed out, rolling his eyes and poking her forehead gently. "Hey, I was trying to cut the silence." He retorted, giving an excuse for his violent gesture towards his friend. "Domestic?" Yixing raised an eyebrow, almost chuckling at her words.

"That hurts, Wendy. I thought we looked good together," he placed an arm over his left chest, over his heart, feigning emotional pain. Widening his eyes at her action, he tried to move away before Wendy closed the gap to squish his cheeks together. He felt his eyes cross, before being let go of her firm grip on his cheeks. "Yah!-" He groaned, nudging the other playfully and running away towards a huge slide that caught his attention.

@[i] [h] lay "Not as violent as you." Wendy retorted, eyebrows furrowed slightly at the accusation. "you tried strangling me and all I did was to hit you" She huffed softly, waddling in the shallow pool further from the other. "Domestic abuse." She said with her tongue stick out after that.

" I don't want to be a couple you with anyway." Wendy joked but smirked after that, waddling back, she closed the distance between both of them, bodies almost touching then reaching out to cup both of the other's cheeks with both of her hands, leaning close, in fact too close for either of their comfort (considering they were both attached) but almost like she was going to kiss him, instead she squished his cheeks light breaking out in a fit of laughter as the other's squished expression.

@[i] wendy Yixing became flustered at the sight of Wendy's red tinted cheeks. He never meant to make the other blush, much less take her back to the memories of when they were a couple, especially when he had gotten into a fight that involved her boyfriend. "And you're violent," he joked, rubbing him arm in mock pain yet again.

The boy nudged the younger again, hearing her half-hearted apology. Looking at the director, it seemed to him that he took the apology well, but still Yixing shot a warning look at Wendy. "In the music video, yes." He clarified, waving his hand to gesture. He backed away slightly, having just enough distance between the two to make it seem as if they were a couple. To be honest, he was feeling the guilt start to pile up in his heart. He wasn't supposed to be that close. Not when he and Tao were still fighting. And not when he and Tao hadn't made up yet. But this was all for work, he reassured himself. Only work.

@[i] [h] lay At the mention of her being his first love, she couldn't help but to blush slightly even though she was long over the chinese boy, what added to the blush was that the memories of first her love never faded anyway. "shut up." She said embarrassing, pushing him away lightly. " You're so gross. " she remarked jokingly with s soft whine as the other pulled her into a loose headlock, hitting his arms a couple of times so her would let her go.

"sorry~" She said, not really meaning it, but anyway wasn't the music video suppose to be about a couple having their time of their lives? That's what they were currently doing, having a time of their lives. She was brought of her thoughts when the other boy had called but before she could snap out of it, she was faced with Yixing's face being closed to her, too close. " W-we are?" Wendy blinked a couple of times, still trying to grasp the situation.

@[i] wendy "That's because you started to prank me, so I wanted yo do it back!" Yixing retaliated, poking his tongue back out at the other. "Oh no, I can't remember we were together before!" He mocked slightly, a playful grin painted on his face before ruffling Wendy's hair. "Of course I do, how could I forget my first love?" The boy pulled the other into a loose headlock, chuckling.

Yixing straightened his back, taking the director's words seriously. He was slightly embarrassed by the fact that he was goofing off with his best friend during a senior's music video shoot. "Sorry," the boy replied, bowing slightly at the director although he was chuckling at their actions. "Wendy-ah!" He cooed, bringing his face nearer to the other's. "We're back to being a couple again."

@[i] [h] lay "Because you really are!" Wendy retorted back, sticking her tongue at him. "I mean, who really thinks of luring someone by drowning?" She asked, furrowing her eyebrows in slight confusion. "Do you remember we were once together, Yixing-ah, I know that you can swim, you can't fool me." Wendy said proudly, it was the truth and even if she wasn't a couple with before, they were too good of friends to know how the other was like. "Wendy, Yixing, you guys need to be closer, more couple like. You're suppose to be a couple in this music video, so act like one." The director said, egging both of the actors to step their game up inside of bickering.

@[i] wendy Yixing huffed as he felt his body splashed with what seemed like ice-cold water, still trashing around in the waist-deep water in order to lure Wendy in to get into the cold water. "Help!-" He screamed louder, coughing violently to make the plot more real than he was making it out to be. Chuckling as she realised his plot to scare her, the boy felt another push on his arm. "You say that a lot, Wendy. You're insufferable."

@[i] [h] lay Wendy couldn't help but to break into a fit of laughter as the other fell in, just like the past, Yixing was still as easy to prank. Just as she was about walk away, turning away from the other she heard the other scream help, but as far as she remembered, the other could swim, unless, she was wrong? But it didn't matter at this point of time, all she knew was that the other was currently 'struggle' and without thinking much longer, Wendy jumped into the pull to help him, but as she got in, she furrowed her eyebrows, the pool was barely deep at all, the water not even reaching up to her neck.

"Yah!" Wendy frowned slightly, though her tone wasn't even serious at all. " You're insufferable." She said once again, splashing a heap of water on his face.

@[i] wendy Yixing innocently took a step towards Wendy, thinking that she was only trying to get him to sstep forward to break the awkward silence. "What is it?" He whispered as he saw the cameramen start rolling their cameras and the director staring intently at the two. Screaming as his plunged face-first into the pool, he thought of a better plan to get back at Wendy. It was a childish game of an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth but it brought them back to their past that Yixing never knew he missed dearly.

He flailed his arms around above the water, having his feet tread the water beneath him. "Help!-" The idol coughed out, facing Wendy and feigned that he was drowning.

@[i] [h] lay "Yixing-ah" Wendy called him over, glancing at him with a playful glint in her eyes, him unknown of her devious plan. "Yixing-ge." She motion him to come closer, seeing that he was now close enough, Wendy took two steps back, and two steps to her right, leaning close enough that their skin was touching before she pushed him lightly, enough for him to lose his balance and fall into the pool.

"GOTCHA." She said childishly, shaking her in a victorious manner at how her little planned had worked and the previous awkwardness that lingered around them had slowly disappeared with just a simple act of playfulness, it was like how they were back two years ago when they were still together.

@[i] wendy Yixing smiled at the other, faintly amused at her reaction to his tiny prank. "Hey, I was trying to break the awkward silence all around you." With that, he gestured toward the air around the both of them, nodding at his words. Feigning pain, he covered his smacked arm and made a face at Wendy. "You know you love it though," he wriggled his eyebrows at her, nudging the other playfully. This was just like the past they had, not that Yixing was missing it or anything.

The boy averted his gaze as Wendy took her towel off her waist, and focused on removing his own shirt to show his upper torso. Perhaps it was a little over an understatement to say that he felt awkward being this exposed with his ex but it was for a shooting, and he needed to be professional to garner more support and offers.
