@Jungkook She giggles quietly. "Alright!" Joy smiles and looking for a suitable song. "Hmm.. this will be good!" She wispers and grabbed the microphone. The music starts playing. She looks down shly, but starts singin'. "Help, I have done it again... I have been here many times before. Hurt myself again today, and the worst part there's no-one else to blame~" Her voice was quiet and gentle. She closes her eyes for a moment, and sings chorus a little bit louder. "Be my friend, hold me... Wrap me up... Unfold me. I am small, I'm needy. Warm me up..." She made pause for a second. "And breathe me..." She almost whisper the last line.

@Joy follows joy into the karaoke bar. he sits down right next to joy. "hm....ladies first~" he said with a grin, and leaned back on the couches.

@Jungkook Goes inside karaoke bar with Jungkook. Looks around with gently smile. "Hmm... this place looks really good." She chuckles quietly, before she takes off her jacket and sits down on one of the couches. Look at the boy and smiles. "So, who sings first?" She asked and bite her lip.

@Hanbyul Hayoung chuckled at the older man’s quip. He was certainly the charming type, so she figured he was quite popular amongst his fellow workers. “You. . . have a lot of confidence, Hanbyul-ssi. What do you do here on the ship? It must be exciting getting to sail all over the world.” Hayoung had never been outside of the country so she could only imagine what it was like to make a living travelling from coast to coast. There was something almost romantic journeying by sea and meeting so many different faces. “Do you miss home sometimes?” She had hoped to remain completely professional, but her curiosity got the better of her. “I think I would. My mom probably wouldn’t like it either.” That statement probably betrayed her actual age. “She worries about me enough as it is.”

She listened attentively while he spoke, nodding at appropriate intervals. If Hanbyul lost his wallet, chances are it was already long gone. She hated to think of the worst, but unfortunately, the worst was usually the reality. Still, it wouldn’t stop her from trying. “I understand,” she answered, appearing thoughtful. “It happens to my grandpa a lot. He’s never sure if he took his medicine or not.” Realizing how that might have sounded, she quickly added, “Um, not that you’re old or anything.” Hayoung found herself laughing at his following comment. “It’s okay, Hanbyul-ssi. If you are a creeper, I have pepper spray and couple of self-defense techniques I’ve been meaning to try out,” she replied, not missing a beat. That said, she followed him down the corridor, passing by guests of various nationalities. Hayoung only caught onto simple bits of English; things she’s picked up in media. “Oh, are you fluent?” She inquired, glancing over at him. “English is really hard!”

"This means nothing to me," He sings into the microphone. He knows the song inside and out; from the lead guitar to the background vocals. He continues to sing pouring his heart into the lyrics. The song meant a lot to him due to it being the anthem of his love life. Usually the person was so close to being his, but they chose someone else over him. "You could have ruled the whole world," He continued.

He didn't just stand in one spot looking at the lyrics on the screen. No, he head banged when the music got intense and serenaded his company. Much like the song's words, he hides from love that could have been. He pretends to feel nothing other than friendship once he's been rejected. When he finishes the song, he does a bow and smirks feeling satisfied. "Top that," He says as he conceitedly sits down.

@Hayoung Hanbyul looked between the female officer and the man, grinning when he saw her smile. If she had a sense of humor, he would have no problem searching for his wallet comfortably with her. Wincing at the rough screeching of a high note, the singer tried to turn all of his attention to Hayoung. "I know it is." He teased, smiling crookedly in the way that made his dimple like a valley.

Puffing out his cheeks, Hanbyul moved closer, doing his best to hear what the officer was saying. First he lost his wallet, with a large sum of cash in it as well as his graduation ring, credit cards, and ID, and now he was loosing his hearing. It was frustrating and if Hanbyul had been drinking, he may have even yelled at the ahjussi police officer. He was more that glad to follow Hayoung out of the room, fanning his face as he studied her in the new light. She seemed around his age before, but now he wasn't so sure.

"I thought I brought it with me to the staff room, but it's one of those routine things where you aren't sure if it happened today or the day before." Hanbyul explained with a shrug before a hint of a smile made his lips twitch. "If I swear that I'm not a creeper, will you come to my room with me and start there?" He teased softly before blinking and smiling as an older foreign woman, one of the regular guests, walked by and he murmured a soft greeting in English.

@Hanbyul Hayoung tilted her head questioningly as she watched the man’s antics. She had to suppress the urge to laugh in case the sound reached her superior’s ears. Judging by the way he was belting his heart out however, that wasn’t going to be a problem. She allowed herself an amused smile. Hayoung couldn’t agree with the stranger’s thoughts more. Her commanding officer really needed to familiar himself with this century. That, and get vocal lessons, but Hayoung kept her opinions to herself. “Hanbyul-ssi,” she answered with a curt smile. “It’s nice to meet you.”

He seemed quite upset despite his humorous quips. The item he lost must have been pretty important. His attempt to appear nonchalant about it didn’t go unnoticed, but Hayoung chose to nod politely. If she were in his shoes, she’d probably be close to tears. Her mom would never let her live it down if she misplaced her wallet. She offered the older man a sympathetic smile. “I see, do you remember when you saw it last?” She would help him retrace his steps. How big can this place be, right? “Where have you searched?” Hayoung had to raise her voice slightly to speak over the increasing volume of the singers in front the screen. Being a quiet person by nature however, it was a weak attempt. She quickly gestured for him to follow her out into the hallway. It was much easier to hear one another outside, not mention it was cooler. The karaoke room was getting increasingly stuffy, making it difficult to breathe.

In the bright light of the hallway, she was able to get a better look at man. He had kind features and seemed like the easy-going type. Hanbyul also appeared quite young compared to the rest of the staff, so Hayoung was curious what his role was on the ship. He was also more noticeably upset now that they were in a well-lit area. Hayoung felt the need to offer him whatever comfort she could. “With the both of us looking, I’m sure we’ll find it soon,” she added reassuringly, hoping to ease some of his worries.

@Hayoung A sigh of frustration left the singer's lips as he patted his pockets for the umpteenth time. All signs of his wallet being there were gone. Manly pride made Hanbyul hold out for as long as possible, unfortunately ruining his experience of the party. Instead of relaxing with his co-workers, he was running around. When he finally decided to give in, he found one of the members of security and explained to him the problem. Later on, he would wish that he hadn't asked that particular man, finding him very annoying in the way he carried himself like he was proper, the pride of the police force, yet was drinking on the job.

After reluctantly following him, having no idea where they were going, Hanbyul blinked when they came to a young woman, looking to be around his age. He cast a small smile at her before opening his mouth to answer the man, only to get cut off. The singer narrowed his eyes and poked out his tongue at the officer before quickly hiding his tongue when the man turned around and left him alone with the female officer. Laughing once he was gone, Hanbyul, cast a glance over his shoulder. "His jam... This isn't music from the seventies, he must be mistaken." He snickered, glancing at the one named Hayoung.

"Oh, Hayoung... I'm Jang Hanbyul." And with those words, he bowed, studying the vibrant red carpet for a few seconds before standing back up. And here it was. Ouch, bye bye manly pride. "I, uhm, seem to have misplaced my wallet." He explained, looking away and bouncing his shoulders in a shrug to hide how upset he really was. Of course, the day that the boat is full of guests and strangers is the day he loses something.

@Hanbyul Hayoung bobbed her head up and down gently to the music. She missed the days where she had the time to visit places like these with her friends. Unfortunately, today she was here for work, not pleasure. It was supposed to be an event congratulating the staff of some fancy cruise line. They were all of different ages, but Hayoung was sure she was the youngest one here (no matter how she looked.) After several drinks and a few songs later, most of the crew were in good spirits. Some of them even dragged a few of her co-workers into the festivities. As much as Hayoung would have liked to join them, she wanted to be on her best behavior since she was only here to shadow her senior officer. Politely, she declined the offer of a brightly colored drink, much to the other party’s disappointment. That proved to be a wise move, since her senior decided to approach her just moments after. The man looked stern (it was probably the mustache’s fault) but Hayoung could tell that he’s had a beer or two, judging by the tint of rosiness in his cheeks.

“Cadet! This man is missing his—” He paused to turn to the young man behind him. “What was it again, son?” Instead of waiting for an answer however, the older man resumed speaking to Hayoung. “Hmph. Never mind. He’s lost /something/ and your job is to help him find it. Got it, cadet? This is your big break! Don’t mess it up!”

She seriously hoped that that wasn’t the case, but Hayoung nodded obediently nonetheless. He always did have a flair for drama. The trainee watched with wide eyes and a half-smile as her senior officer clapped the younger man on the shoulder and ambled back to the cruise ship staff. Apparently, the next song was his ‘jam.’ Once he was gone, she focused her attention to the stranger. “Um, hello. My name is Oh Hayoung. I’ll do my best to help you today,” she introduced with a bow. “Ah, what are you looking for, sir?”
