⇢ Bounty Hunter Camp

@ρ Kim Jongin "You are quiet correct, yet you still reach to pull out a dagger from your side" Raising an eyebrow to look at the rather slender figure in front of him head on. the two almost at a stand point, neither spoke a word just stood ready and prepared to take on whatever was thrown at the two. Since the male was faced with the tip of the sword near his face there's was no other option to move from this point. Soohyuk's voice firm in stature not wanting to show any sign of weakness as opposed to his opponent. From the way he had been trained showing any sign of weakness was bond to get you killed and drawing your sword out first would definitely catch them off guard. He was sure if the man who he remembers to call his childhood friend was able to remember these tactics they both had been taught here at this camp but he was surely be able to recognize some of it's significance. Maybe not able to return back to his full memory of the times the two used to share but remembering a name could be the start of the process.

Soohyuk was surprised to see that the male was able to pull out his dagger in front of him. though he was still a bit saddened but the fact he still has yet to be recognized by his old friend. the two had went through so much that deep down he was sure that at some point he was bound to remember him eventually. Though now was not that time with both of their weapons locked against each other it drew more attention to the surrounding bounty hunters to see that a duel was about to begin. Soohyuk had been in many situations such as these but he hoped that he wouldn't have to ever come in contact with one where his opponent had ended up being his own friend. "I'm a man of my word. and my actions should speak for themselves as well." With a light smirk forming across his lips he pulled back the sword and began to strike with the swift motions of his sword the attacks would breeze through the air as he prevented the incoming motions of the dagger as it was charged at him repeatedly. "Think i'm from the enemy camp? guess you'll have to rethink your guess again." with one quick motion he was able to get past the dagger to making the incision into his cheek visible as the blood appeared from the wound and onto the blade.

@ρ Kim Jongin Tilting his head, he stood there in disbelief at hearing that the man that was standing in front of was not the person he had been locking for. For a moment he was sure that the man's physical features resembled that of his friend from what he could recall from his memory except this man seamed to be tired and most completely drained by the sun. the silence between then grew longer as he stood there helplessly not knowing what else to do now that he had found the wrong person. he lifted up a hand to shield his eyes from the smoldering sun. he looked at the features of the man's face. same skin tone, eyes, hair, and other features. it was impossible for him to deny that this was his friend Jongin. "If you aren't him how come you resemble everything about him" he spoke raising an eyebrow in his curiosity. as his eyes darted from his face to the man's bod. the rocks underneath his feet rustled as the man went into a defensive stance. something that he had learned as well.

shifting his feet into the same position, a quick glance at the mans hand assured the male that man was not looking around for some sort of jokes. from what he could see, he was meaning business. he slowly lifted up both hands up in an attempt of surrender as the fabric of the mans robe was pushed back from sight to reveal the making of a weapon that was as his side. "I have no intentions of harming you. Fair warning. If you ever do so and pull out that dagger i'll have to do what i deem necessary as defense" staring down into the man's eyes for assurance to his serious tone. his arm came down to slowly rest at the side of his black robe with gold embroidery. with a sword resting in its pocket around his waist he briskly moved the silk fabric out of the way to pull the sword by its handle swiftly out of it pocket.

@ρ Kim Jongin Soohyuk walked out of his estate early in the morning to make his way over to the imperial stables. Soohyuk finally took a day off from his work and it was his plan to go back to the village and visit his family and friends. Though most of his family has moved away to other villages, it was worth going back to see if any of them were still remaining. It would be saddening to him to learn of any family members passing away while he was gone. There was nothing he could do to change that. He would just have to accept their passing and move on with life. Upon reaching the stables a personal servant waiting outside with Soohyuk's horse all saddled up and ready to go. Soohyuk approached the servant and bowed thanking him before taking a hold.of the horse's reins and walking towards the gates of the palace. He stopped to mount his horse before taking off through the gates and to the village. As time passed on Soohyuk was able to visit his reaming family in the village before heading off to the bounty hunter camp his uncle resides at. Soohyuk assumed that many of the members at the camp wouldn't be able to recognize him since his appointing as governor. After arriving at the camp, Soohyuk was able to enter the camp on foot to look for anyone he could recognize from his past. Coming across his childhood friend Jongin, Soohyuk tapped him on the shoulder giving him a slight grin. "Excuse me, Jongin shi do you happen to remember who I am?"

@β Lee Minho /I look at you and hand it over as I play with the flow of my dress, the material soft and smooth to touch against my fingers that have been pressed against the bow's string a bit and I nod my head slowly with a light smile on my lips./ "Thanks a lot, for all of this Minho really I am so grateful and of course! I'd definitely be back here so be sure to expect me and not disappear on me okay?" /i tease a little as my eyes twinkle in mirth and happiness at the mere fact that I am at least one step to achieving my goal- I have someone who's willingly teaching me how to shoot an arrow and these are great weapons from the stories I've heard when I was younger for when there were wars and such but I just keep mum and my lips as I pace in front of you from side to side, before turning towards you once again./ "I can only make it the time I came by here earlier though- is this okay?" /I ask carefully, because I cannot be missing too long from the concubine estate and what if one of the girls take my leaving as being suspicious and follow my out which is just as nosy and everything but would bring a whole lot of issues regarding the things I need to really do at the moment in need of taking over what's mines. Offering a hand I smile softly at you./ "Thanks once again and I sure do hope to see you Sir Minho." /I say politely not minding you're a mere bounty hunter you're still someone who matters and you're still handsome and have that air of authority to you that being someone of royalty well 'was' someone of said clan I cannot help but admire you for such./

@Ⓒ Kim Hyuna /I take a small step back to allow you some space, watching you take your second attempt with both arms crossed over my chest. Even though I know you won't become a master in a mere few hours, I have hope that you've at least learned something useful from me. Silently I observe the slow process, my eyes following the bow from where it once was held between you hands but now is flying forwards. As I hear no thudding noise, I look to the target to see that this time the bow is stuck into the wood./ "Much better." /I state proudly, walking over towards the target to retrieve the few bows you had shot./ "You might not have hit the bullseye, but the bow penetrated the surface of the wood at least. I would say this is a job well done." /I release a long sigh before taking the bows back into my grasp and return to your side. The sun is beginning to set and hardly anyone else is here anymore./ "The night will be coming soon. I suggest you return home while it is still somewhat light out." /After gathering the bows that are still useable and placing them back into my set, I hold out my hand so you can return my arrow./ "Will you be here tomorrow to resume practice? Assuming you have motivation to continue..." /I question with a quirked brow. Most men would have laughed you off and never attempt to teach a woman how to fight on a regular basis. But I have met with several strong women and know not to underestimate them./

@β Lee Minho /Laughing softly I feel a bit embarrassed but eye smile at you a little and nod my head in understanding, it feels kind of weird being this open with someone suddenly but--I have to try and not just walk away slowly and bury myself in books. I want to do this for one reason and one reason alone- I don't have much of a passion for it per se like you guys may have it but it was always something that fascinated me to no end, I like looking at people doing it more than I doing it for myself, it causes me to chuckle softly at my own thoughts as I breathe in and out deeply, nodding my head and flashing you a light grin./ "Okay here goes..." /I murmur off distractedly as I take one of the arrows once again from the set you got- taking it out I start stroking the wood from it carefully before placing it towards the line once more, and I start pulling the bow slowly as I zoom into the target at hand, my eyes taking in the red bull target before I let out yet another puffing breath I didn't even know I was holding and letting it go - all with one whoosh of it passing through the air surrounding us./

@Ⓒ Kim Hyuna /I had no knowledge that you were a concubine, otherwise I would most likely not have been so openly socializing. But, I would still have treated you the same. I do my best to be good to anyone I believe is worth my efforts regardless of the heirarchy. As I watch how you take your approach and witness you turning a blind eye as the bow flops from the target to the ground, I can not help but smile a little at the failure./ "The mistake you made was not looking as you released the bow-- If you cannot see your target how do you expect to hit it? You must do your best to hone in all your focus in order to successfully hit that target. That was why you saw me practicing so poorly earlier, because I was lost in my thoughts." /I explain, my smile having left long ago. This was my first time teaching archery but I wasn't nervous at all. Not anymore at least./ "Forget that you have a conscience and allow your body to take control. This will be no easy task, but it's the best advice I can give."

@β Lee Minho /Nodding my head- I take in everything you say- my mind is so focused on the task at hand that I didn't even give a about flirting when you touch me or anything I really want to focus on this and excel. Of course it's not going to happen over night anyone can know that but I cannot help but want--more like hope to learn everything as soon as possible. I do everything as you say, glancing around a little noting no one's really out so that's good because I wonder if they'd give you hell for taking a concubine under your wing when you haven't even bought her or something along those lines and have them being trained in such a way but I ignore all of that in favor of standing into the position making my stance different to suit what we're doing, my hand moving onto the arrow and pulling back on the bow string as I hold my breath and tip my tongue out a little in concentration as I furrow my brows as I carefully pull back but hiss at the sensation my fingers are experiencing seeing as the arrow's string isn't all that light and dandy it's stiff and strong, sturdy to make the impact powerful I'm sure./ "I'm Kim Hyuna." /I state softly as I pull back and let it go- closing my eyes though as I do not want to see the mess I'd create- although I do hear a thud but when I look I see it's only to bounce off the target and hit the ground which makes me frown in light disappointment but it was expected anyways./ "Ahh I need to be more---firm haha." /I laugh a little and then chew on my lower lip in embarrassment./

@Ⓒ Kim Hyuna /I don't loosen up so easily, not because I don't want to, but because I take respect and discipline very seriously. If I opened up to you so quickly after having just formally met, I would personally consider myself a fool./ "I understand. Having bad aim is the reason why you are here, correct?" /I retort but in a certain voice that is calm and soothing, careful that I do not act out of line./ "It will not be easy at first but I will help as much as possible... I apologize, I should have introduced myself sooner-- My name is Lee Minho." /I move closer, gingerly touching your hands and shoulder so I can rearrange them into the proper position for holding the bow and arrow./ "Whatever your target is, you should always aim at them from the side. That way when you pull the bow, it will not hit you in the face." /I explain as I bend my knees a little to lower down to your height. I then point to the unused target that sits beside mine from previously./ "Since the wind has died down and the target is straight ahead, you can simply aim in a straight line. Stand as firmly as you can to keep balance. You want the tip of your bow to be aligned with your target. Carefully pull the bow back onto the arrow's string, and when you think you are ready, quickly release it. Understood?"

@β Lee Minho /Widening my eyes I grin and clap lightly but then looking over at you I chuckle soflty- thinking you'd need a number of magic tricks worked on you for you to lighten up a little and smile at me and chuckle I'm guessing but then again we just met and I'm more the one to be out there when the time is suitable for me that is and this is one of those times, yet due to the entire tough exterior you got going on- I cannot help but wonder just how it'll be to have you chuckling, laughing and talking care free to me. After all you're treating me like some lady that matters- of course under it all I am but you do not know that, no one does so it's a shocker but something welcoming and sweet that I cannot help but feel warm to./ "Okay--just know that I won't be good--I have horrible aim Sir....What's your name anyways? I should know the name of the person who's teaching me should I not?" /I ask softly and take the bow from you and my lips as I take it and hold it a bit awkwardly- before fixing it over my shoulder being a bit unstable with my hands because this is the first time I've ever handled such a weapon. I did knives and a sword just once..but that's it./

@Ⓒ Kim Hyuna /Silently I breath through my nostrils, being quite cautious not to move too suddenly for it might mess with my aim. The wind picks up a bit more, making my goal even more difficult to achieve. But I've done this many times before in harsh conditions and understand how to change my aim in the wind. My hands pull the arrow upwards, my arrow's edge pointing near the sky. Finally I release my arrow which moves over the wind currents and just barely hits the bullseye of the target./ "...Possibly you are my good luck charm, Miss Kim." /I state but show no signs of emotion besides content./ "We did make a deal. Take these." /I hand over my arrow and pull out a single bow from the container that is hanging over my shoulder, holding the thin weapon out to you./

@β Lee Minho /Pursing my lips I worry just a little that you'd miss but I try my best to think positive as I clear my throat as well and smile at you with a nod of my head./ "Okay then do as you may, I'd take a step back." /I state softly but clear enough for you to hear me as I move back slowly and place my hands folded in front of me as my eyes follow every inch of your movements- taking in how your pull the bow and arrow with a practiced move just testing the waters -with skillful ease and precision which has me wondering just how long have you been into this field and it must be quite some time because you show off that kind of professionalism and that air of superiority in your work. I know you're a bounty hunter, a rather well known one around the estate where I'm staying at seeing as a lot of ladies and men as well fawn over you./ "Good luck." /I mutter with a light smile and wink./

@Ⓒ Kim Hyuna "Thank you." /I say and carefully bow my head as further appreciation/ "It takes practice to build skill, of course." /I say but do not make any comment in regards to the ual innuendo or the compliment to my appearance. As I listen to you intently I furrow my brows towards each other. Not wanting to offend you or make it seem as if I'm weak, I hastily clear my throat before speaking/ "Of course not! In fact, let us make a bet." /I suggest, fixing my posture as I do so./ "If I can hit the bullseye this time, I will teach you what I know. If I fail, then you must find another better suited for the task. Can we agree?" /I turn to you fully and await an answer, getting my weapon ready in the prediction that you will indeed agree./

@β Lee Minho "Ahhh but I have been honestly keeping an eye on you for over a week Sir..and must say you're really talented at what you do...the way you work that bow and arrow." /I whisper the ending- knowing it's bad to say something with such ual innuendo this soon and all but seems like the concubine in me is outweighing the princess as I carry about myself in such a manner, chuckling softly I bite down on my lower lip and hold up my hands to you./ "Okay forgive me for that--but really...I think you're amazing at what you do..also you're not badlooking to the eyes if I must say so myself, so I think we can possibly get along, seeing as you're respectful and already sounding sweet." /I state and look at you carefully and move a bit closer and look at the target and hum a little under my breath./ "Damn, first time I came down to actually watch up close and personal at what you're doing, I sure do hope it's not me being the unlucky person and giving you such horrible luck in your skills." /I state with a light frown and shift some of my stray strands backwards once more- the wild hair scattered around and about, thanks to the wind blowing around us/

@Ⓒ Kim Hyuna /I was not only distracted by the unnerving beauty of the young woman who seemed to loiter about the campgrounds but also from the fact that I felt I was looking at a familiar face. I do my best to forget such ideas, as I am here for one thing only. Yet it seems fate decided I could not let you leave my thoughts. I slowly lower my bow, holding a single arrow in hand as a nearly angelic voice speaks./ "My pleasure to make your acquaintance, Miss Kim. I would assist in a normal circumstance, but it seems today I am lacking in skill..." /I respond as respectfully as I can, careful not to rub off as too rough or insensitive. I softly sigh beneath my breath, gesturing a hand towards other men who are nearby./ "Surely there must be someone better suited to teach you." /I say but in reality am just trying to find an excuse to send you away- not because I dislike or distrust you but simply because I have rarely met with anyone as physically appealing as you./

/As I lightly tug against the dress- making the slit broader and show of my thigh- the smooth skin shining from the sunlight I cannot help but glance over to the one man who did manage to have caught my attention after all. Looking up at you carefully I notice after some time, your focus seems to lapse a little and you're simply lagging with your shots aimed at the bull's eye. Something strange from my days of admiring and looking over your work, wanting to see how good you are- if you're up for it or not. my lips slowly I decide it's best I just walk over to you and get to hear your side of the story- get to see what's up with you today, first time I made my presence known and first time I'd even be approaching you. Walking closer towards you I smile sweetly and nod my head carefully as I look you over briefly and focusing my dark orbs onto your handsome face- sweaty a little but sharp and nice all the same./ "Hello there, I'm Kim Hyuna..I'm sorry if I'm disturbing but I was perhaps wondering---if a lady such as myself can have the pleasure of learning a thing or two from you?" /I ask with a light twinkle in my eyes- of course, for now I have to make it look like I'm merely curious- not say my plans out one time I'd have to earn your trust of course./

I try to keep focus but fail, missing my target because of my staring* I'm no better than a village girl like this. *I mumble to myself, trying to ignore your presence on the camp*
